So, so, so, so in love with this little gem! I only wish it were more readily accessible. It’s SO hard to find for sale even online. I was lucky enough to get a decant from a friend as a bonus with my swap in a Facebook Perfume Group. It was a instant love! If you like feminine, powdery, florals that are mature yet modern and not “dated,” then I highly recommend trying this if you find a opportunity to do so. It’s really something!!

A beautiful, natural lily of the valley scent, yes, but so much more than that.I am usually not into flowery perfumes, but I must admit that Miguels fantastic review drew my attention to this and it has been on my ‘to try list’ ever since.
It opens with a burst of a freshly picked bouquet of lily of the valley scent. This doesn’t last long on my skin and then the magic begins. It remains fresh but also powdery, creamy and perfumy.I am completely enchanted.I am not good at picking out notes so I can only give you my subjective impression and that is that Cloches the Mai is a kind of fragrance that you won’t come across often in it’s soft, unobtrusive way. This will be my Christmas gift to myself even if it smells of spring.I love to wear my fragrances according to my mood and not season or time of day so I will gladly wear it while it snows and think of spring!
I wish that this gem was issued as a real perfume because the longevity of this masterpiece is so fleeting that it should be marked as an edt at its best.

This s not a review but information to those who are interested in this perfume, like me. I contacted the Maison Dorin asking about the availability of this perfume and got their reply:
LES EAUX POUDRÉES
This line pays tribute to the heritage of Dorin linked to make
up and beauty products, also to flowers which are symbolic for
tradition and fashion in France.
Les Eaux Poudrées is a five powdery and floral scents with Lily of
the Valley, Gardenia, Camelia, Rose and Lily.
It is an entire collection of 5 perfumes in 100 and 200ml bottles (perfume not EdP).For now they are only available at their store.
I just wanted to share the information since this brand isn’t so easy to find.
