The 90’s were a good decade for nectar-ish florals and amber-ish sweetness. So many fragrances launched during those years featured them prominently; as the other side of the Calone coin and airy cleanliness, heavy honeyed florals were the other end of the spectrum. And Jean Paul Gaultier (nicknamed Classique at the end of the decade) came busting like a boudoir on fire, powder and orange blossom vanilla!
JPG starts with subtly fruity and slightly spicy bergamot and aniseed. The orange blossom shows from the start, this is the note on which the whole fragrance revolves around, and it’s bigger than life. Supposedly there’s tuberose and ylang ylang, but honesty I can’t really smell neither one of them. There’s a certain ‘full fat-ness’ that I assume is the buttery quality of ylang, but the Queen is nowhere to be seen. I wonder though if you can sense her in brief glimpses of green that flash for nanoseconds before disappearing.
There’s also a pronounced nail polish effect which I assume is either aldehydes or a combination of notes. After all, the inspiration behind it included powdered wigs, nail enamel and dusty theater curtains.
The heart and base notes show the orange blossom in full bloom; heady and heavy, honeyed and spiced up. But the spices are gentler than what previous decades offered, and here we get cinnamon and ginger primarily, at times evoking the scented potpourris that permeated the air in homes, stores and everywhere in the mid 90’s; come autumn and winter, you couldn’t escape the scent of cinnamon and vanilla that permeated many a store!
The base shows said spices, but softened by creamy vanilla, amber and sandalwood. The powderiness doesn’t show up on me until the very end, and then it’s a soft violet powder, reminiscent of Oscar de la Renta; mysterious, solemn, beautiful.
The bottle which I own comes from 1995, when it was simply called Jean Paul Gaultier. And while the bottle looks like a modernist tribute to Elsa Schiaparelli’s Shocking bottle, the enfant terrible created something equally avant Garde for its time; it was the 90’s and early 00’s equivalent of what Poison, Giorgio and the likes were to the 80’s. Loud, bombastic, never taking itself too seriously. And it succeeded because it was fun and well made. A modern classic and one of the nicest orange blossoms.
The formula of today is quite thin, pale and soulless (what else is new?), heck even the color is almost transparent compared to the deep amber of the vintage. The 2016 Essence de Parfum is the closest to the original release and one of the nicest flankers; while not the same, it has the same huge orange blossom, ‘modernized’ with the current novelties, whipped cream and chili. But totally worth it if you miss the old Classique. And equally strong and powerful.

Initially very strong but once it dries down it’s amazing. Smells sexy. And you will smell it for a few days on your clothes.

Uniqueness – 9/10 (wouldn’t mistake it for an other)

Scent character: confident, seductive, content.
If some niche brand would come up with Classique today, everyone would be ecstatic probably describing it as ‘unique’, ‘sexy’ and ‘spicy’. It just stood out in 1990 when it was first released and STILL stands out, especially today, when sweet sugary scents are on top of the fragrance market.
Classique doesn’t have any sugar in it. The sweetness in this fragrance is similar to flower nectar, it isn’t fake or cloying. Spices in it are well-blended and inoffensive, even leading anise is nice, although it usually smells very medicinal and repulsive to me in any fragrance.
On my skin, I get anise and mandarine at first, then in an hour or so anise gets much quieter, and vanilla, amber, ylang-ylang, and orange blossom become prominent. In the drydown it’s warm spices and vanilla.
But all of this doesn’t matter – the notes, what comes first, and what smells the strongest.
The best thing about Classique is that everything is so well-blended together that all you get is just a beautiful holistic scent that isn’t like any other. It is 100% signature scent material, very recognizable.
The talk about it being ‘old fashioned’ is irrelevant to me because Classique is timeless like any other well-made fragrance.
Classique is a fragrance you need to experience for yourself. Don’t try it on blotter or fabrics – spray it on your skin and then see if it’s for you.

Many years ago a good friend of mine had a dupe of this called ” Catsuit”. The liquid was a bright fuchsia pink and the bottle was of a womans body kneeling on her knees sitting upright. It was sweet, a little powdery and had a beautiful watery orchid note with juicy plummy sweetness.
I have to say, i actually like the dupe more than the real thing.
I tried this not long ago as i wanted to know if the copy i was smelling for so many years was anything like the real deal. Yes, to a point.
This came on as a strong powdery violet with some fruity notes in there. It was nice for about half an hour till something went horribly wrong with my chemistry and all i could smell was plum and curry powder..i think cinnamon is not for me, i avoid all perfumes with a cinnamon note at all costs as i dont particularly like it anyway, but i couldn’t believe how rancid it went on me. Disappointing to say the least.
I wont give this fragrance a bad review, as it started quite nice so i can imagine this bring magical on the right person, but it just wasnt for me. Not every single perfume works on everyone.
For those that can rock this, i envy you.
rch463elipseskism – :
Talk about memories!! I remember when every girl was rocking this in the mid 90’s. What a great scent, very seductive, heavy but never cloying. It’s very suitable for evening, but i remember when i wore it to highschool and my dad used to yell at me for wearing such a heavy fragrance to school. Them old good days…
zver101276 – :
It’s a very classic scent, but it doesn’t mean it’s boring. When I smell it on myself, all I can think of is vintage funfair on a summer night that ends in stargazing on the meadow. Perfect for a romantic date, as it’s effortlessly sexy. It’s sweet, but not overpowering, it’s powdery in a vintage way, like something a young woman in 50s or 60s who’s having the time of her life. I don’t think it’s a scent you should wear when busy or running errands, as it needs time to flourish and be appreciated.
metall – :
Im 22, my hair is pink, my style is kinda retro/pinupy and I love wearing color. I’d say I’m a little extravagant and when I tried it, my sister and a male friend swore this was me in a bottle basically.
It does smell very girly and retro but doesn’t smell like a grandma. It’s powdery and soapy as well so it gives kind of a clean feeling to. However it is strong, so maybe you wouldn’t want to wear it on a hot summer day.
Someone said this is what Marilyn Monroe would’ve worn, and I agree! Actually, Dita Von Teese wears this one too 😀
Alex83 – :
My Husband tried the original Le Male and loved it so much he bought a huge bottle. Made me curious to try the original Classique. I sprayed it on a tester and also on my wrist and was in love. Finally ordered myself a bottle and I have to say, if I was ever to have a signature I’d put this in the running.
The opening to me is very floral. I think I’m getting the orange blossom, rose, tuberose and other assorted flowers all at once and it creates a white flower almost heady like a hyacinth but not smelling like one. As it comes down to the heart the spices and florals create this lovely floral powder evocative of men’s cologne that have the cinnamon note in it but in such a feminine way. It is also sweet, but not a candy gourmand sweetness, more like a floral sweetness.
I don’t think this smells dated at all. Its feminine, confident, sensual in a classy old fashioned way. I don’t think I’ve noticed this on other women, and am happy to start wearing this especially once fall comes around. Ladies give this a try!
53rus – :
Beautiful perfume… Someone on here called it dated,i don’t think it is. It’s quite feminine, enigmatic, mysterious, a master piece really.
I also have Safanad, and part of me was hoping for a bit more similarity between the two, but i have to admit that Safanad is more refined, and more wearable for me.
I would happily enjoy Classique every day, but sadly, on dry down, it reminds me of Habanita L’Esprit too much, which is the only perfume i have that i genuinely can not stand.
I will revisit this one in winter time, hopefully we will click then.
aeg810Diobtetty – :
I remember when this was first launched, such a sexy bottle. But I didn’t like it at all. Today, I was in the perfume department and thought I would try it again. How pleased I was, I fell in love with it to my surprise. Perhaps because I am more mature it smells warm, spicy and sensual. It is long lasting too, which To me is a must. I always try to buy EDP. I’m so happy!

The olfactory equivalent of champagne-colored satin underwear complete with a bustier and stockings + feathered kitten heel slippers. I wear this when I want to feel like Madonna in 1993.
sergii32 – :
I went to a perfumery with a friend to try this one on. On me, I could smell powder and rose, on her something very clean and soapy.
I suggest not to blind-buy it, but to try it on skin first. It smelt so different on the two of us!
vstudilov – :
In the top notes delicate rose scent is spiced by fresh anis. Middle notes combine sweetness of orange blossom and exciting ginger, a powerful aphrodisiac. Vanilla and sensual amber gently embrace in the base.
This is very strong. I get a brief waft of spice that dissipates into a fresh, clean soapy scent on me.
It’s nice but no signature scent for me.

neowin – :
A gorgeous perfume that reminds me somewhat of Lancome Poeme in the drydown. The top is spicy and the drydown becomes rounder, softer, but still spicier than the other one I mentioned. Sharp yet extremely feminine perfume. Perfectly fit for day wear and warmer weather too if applied with a light hand. Great longevity and sillage!
aaiobi – :
The EDT version.
This is hard to review, because the reason I love it so much is very subjective: to me it smells just like summer. I don’t know why. Orange blossom is the strongest note in this, and orange trees don’t even grow in my country, so it can’t be that. There’s something in the combination of notes that maybe give me flashbacks, invoking the scent of a childhood sunblock, sun on skin, and perhaps the smell of a safety-vest (not that I smell anything plastic in this) that takes me back to summers spent in the archipelago.
Even without my very personal scent-associations, it’s a really lovely perfume. Floral and sweet and light. I completely fell for it from the first spray.
It’s also pleasing to others. My extremely hard to please mother commented that I smell good. She dislikes every single one of my perfumes, and is a self-confessed hater of orange blossom, so it was a bit of a shock.
However, I’m always pro sampling before buying, so do sample first if you’re not adventurous with your money.
Martira – :
Over the years, some classy-smell perfumes have turned “powdery-moth-ball” in the dry down on my skin (and it does not matter how many times I have tested them). This one unfortunately performs that way too with my chemistry. I would not recommend it for blind buy, ’cause you never know by just reading the notes.
(Cacharel Anais Anais is the queen of classy scent and powdery dry down, but it does not turned “moth ball” on me. That is the kind of timeless perfume that I like).
SHEDOW – :
This perfume has character of a sexy, classic, vintage, seductive woman.I got Dita Von Teese vibe from this perfume. In addition i got lots of compliments from this perfume, especially from woman, remarkable!.

Am I the only one who dislikes this??
Good thing I only got sample vial in this. Scent is too mature for my liking, and I don’t smell the orange blossom. 🙁 I only get the vanilla and star anise. Creamy, musky and cloying. Not really my type.

@muckata_11
This is not a review of Classique – so other readers, please skip this.
I have sent you a PM – and then thought that the information with which I’ve supplied you could be useful to others (although it should probably be on one of the forum pages, rather than a perfume review page, for which I apologise), so am cutting/pasting most of it below:
I’ve tried the code as well (checkcosmetic.net) and have also tried replacing the 8 with a B (sometimes the printed code isn’t clear). I can’t think of any other possible substitutions for the numbers/letters from the code you’ve uploaded. The result was the same either way – the code didn’t exist.
You could try contacting JPG direct, or going into a dept store which has a JPG counter and compare the smell of the perfume to that of those on sale – although you have what is supposedly a vintage, so it may smell slightly different to the tester, due to degradation of your perfume/reformulation.
You can also check the barcode on the box (if there is one). Type the exact sequence of numbers into Google and put inverted commas around the number, like this “01234567890” (for example). This finds this exact combination and sequence of numbers and will trace everything with this number, which is the ASIN – a unique identifier for the product. Clicking on one of the hits should confirm whether this ASIN relates to the product you have bought – although, if this is a true vintage perfume, it may not work, as I am unsure when this system was introduced.
In all honesty though, I think you may have bought a fake. In your position, I would first contact the seller and see what their response is. Also, check their feedback and see whether there is a history of other buyers suggesting the perfumes they sell are fake (although I would always advise doing this before buying). It could be that this is a genuine error on the seller’s part of course, as they could have bought the perfume themselves and sold it on in good faith, particularly if this is a private, rather than business, seller.
If the seller is uncooperative, open a case through eBay, explaining exactly what you have found out by checking the batch code etc. In my experience, eBay is supportive of buyers (in fact, the buyer often has far greater protection and rights than the seller). I have bought Max Factor mascara which was fake from an eBay seller; on reporting this to eBay, I was instructed to destroy the mascara, rather than returning it to the seller (which – potentially – would have enabled them to sell the product again).
Hope this is of some help.
ETA In the UK, you could also try contacting your local Trading Standards (through your Local Authority/Council) for advice. However, I am not sure how much they will be able to help, other than providing much the same advice as I have; all LAs are under a great deal of financial pressure, so it’s possible you may not receive anything other than a very generic response.

The iris hates my skin.
The first breath was so promising — bright heady orange blossom, creamy vanilla, a fresh and and clean undercurrent and a hint of dirty amber.
However, as it settled the soapy clean iris took over and destroyed the beautiful balance. I’m sur this is a beautiful fragrance on the right person, but it’s one with a delicate balance that can be thrown off by skin chemistry easily.
The dry down is a really pretty sweet vanilla. I think I may have to explore some of the flankers.
BESTiya – :
Hi,I bought vintage one from eBay.co.uk. When I checked the batch code JGQ98 X I was told it doesn’t exist. Can someone tell me is real or fake?
димка – :
I am in disbelieve…
I can’t believe that I now love this fragrance!
When I smelled this more than 20 years ago, it made my stomach turn. I assume it was the combination of strong orange blossom and tuberose that really didn’t agree with my whole system.
I could smell it everywhere and I always had this very strong reaction, so I started avoiding it at any cost.
After a while I stopped smelling it on everyone and I forgot about it and I just staid away from everything JPG with a buste.
Some months ago I started noticing a beautiful delicate scent around one of my collegues. I really liked it because it was warm, cosy, powdery, feminine and delicate. Can you believe my surprise when she told me it was JPG Classique?
Recently, again, I smelled something sultry, feminine, almost narcotic on a woman at a garden party. I had to go and ask her. Again JPG Classique.
So, the next step was to try it on myself and it was an epiphany.
My husband also commented saying that it is sensual.
I don’t know what happened but I love it now so much and I had to buy it. Maybe the reformulation has made it more wearable to me, and maybe my chemstry changed as well – this has happened already with many scents I once despised, for instance Chanel NO5, and that I now am almost addicted to.
I have also recently started liking Dior Hypnotic Poison and Addict, two powerhouses that back then made me feel sick.
So, never say never.
I am a converted now.
Шэди-95 – :
The drydown of JPG Classique is exquisite. The vanilla is delicate and powdery, with a nice touch of amber to warm it up. So, it is an amazing drydown… IF you survive the first hour. When opening it’s a sharp blast of star anise and stuff I can’t identify – every time I would try to smell it closely it would hurt my nose.
So, that’s my (probably unpopular) opinion. Unbelievably good drydown, but the waiting for it… too painful.
kadim – :
I adore this. So romantic and sensual. I have a small bottle of vintage which is incredibly potent. I also have a recent BPI bottle which, although lacking the detail of the vintage formula still packs a punch and outperforms most other fragrances in my collection. I have yet to try the Puig version.
Morganqwert – :
There are not enough words for this fragrance. Timeless perfection!
Magog – :
JPG C for women does smell like a lingerie drawer. Lacy, satin, silk, skin… vanilla, amber, orange blossom, vanilla again. When other reviewers mention something sharp in this, I think maybe it’s the ginger. But I don’t get much ginger, certainly not in the Origins Ginger Essence sense.
And the JPG C EDT and EDP are different. The EDP that I have on today is thicker and sweeter than the EDT. I like both of them. I love the bottles. Yes, this was launched in the early 1990s, but it seems timeless to me, enduring. It’s non-offensive. Very wearable. Likely to draw compliments.
Leader – :
When ever I want to be specific and different I put this fragrance on me. Vanilla but not so sweet with amber. It is perfect romantic fragrance. Very similar with JPG perfume but a bit slighter.
CEHE – :
A few months ago I tried this for the first time. I really loved the scent when I smelled the spray nozzle from the sample I got. It was all creamy goodness, I didn’t smell something similar before. But unfortunately it was kinda sharp smelling when I sprayed it on my skin and it stayed that way. I decided to give it a try again and I like the smell on my skin now, yeah :)! But it really has poor staying power and soft sillage on my skin, what a pity! But I won’t give up on this one and am going to try it again every now and then to see if it maybe has better sillage and longevity. In the mean time I will enjoy wearing my other lovely perfumes :).
Greetings to all other fragrance lovers!

If time and space had allowed I’m sure this is what Marilyn Monroe would have worn to bed. This masterpiece is just like her. Classy, sweet, tender, fragile and strong at the same time, with just the perfect amount of artificial beauty, just like Marilyn’s blond hair dye. Soft like her voice, loud like Andy Warhol’s paintings, timeless and beautiful.

Creamy orange blossom with a little musk and amber. This is nice and has good sillage and longevity. I dont really get all the hype about this perfume. Its very nice, nothing more. No wow factor or anything that unique. I will def wear this and finish the bottle but I will not rebuy it.
mxo842speagoessenda – :
My first ever signature. I wore this and nothing else for more than a decade. I always preferred the eau de toilette. Still love it and seriously considering getting it again when the bottle of Classique Couples limited edition I recently bought didn’t smell anywhere near like the original. It’s the creamy and divine orange blossom that does it for me every time.
atheist – :
Anise and bergamot opens up with spiciness, orange blossom and tangerine adds sweetness while rose and pear milds the first spray.
The drydown is nice, present vanilla, somewhere I get a tiny hint of cinnamon and florals.
I wish anise and overall sweetness would tone down a little and cinnamon would be more prominent – that I would prefer more.
I love Le Male, think it’s far more better executed, but still – yep, this deserves the label “a classic” as well.

It brings me great joy to share my experience with this wonderful perfume. The bottle design caught my attention first and the scent itself took my heart to another place. I love the tuberose, the orange blossom and the ginger. It does remind me of growing up especially around oriental ingredients such as star anise. It remains a classic love affair in my life and in my collection.

This was my very first perfume given to me as a present. This was about mid 1990s.
But OMG this was SOOO strong and i remember only needing a teeny weeny bit as it would stay on me all day. I only ever sprayed it the once as it was too heavy. I haven’t smelled this for many years as when i got down to the last drops, i gave the bottle away to a collector. I wasn’t into fragrances back then as i am now and i should’ve kept it as it was my first LOL. I did have it for a good few years though. I absolutely LOVE the bottle. It’s one of my fave bottles as its very shapely and feminine. The fragrance itself is not for me. I would never buy this for myself. To me, It’s a very long lasting scent and it’s one of those that lasts on your clothes until they get washed.
I can’t remember the actual notes in this but i know i’ll never buy it or wear it ever again as it’s just not for me. 🙂

Just came to say that I am IN LOVE (again) with this lovely Cavallier creation. Many Gaultier fragrances contain a familiar mix of vanilla that is neither deep and boozy-bourbon but not really vanillic either, more like plasticky white musky vanilla? Anyway, Classique is an interesting mix – it’s clean soapy and dirty oriental at the same time! It feels very vintage (think of glamorous 50’s Hollywood) but doesn’t really translate dated either. The orange blossom here is just so enrapturing! I tested EDT and EDP side by side and preferred the EDT due to it’s more pronounced spice and white floral aspects.
A more detailed review coming soon!

I’m wearing this one as a switch up from my Angel Muse. I didn’t realize there was rose or star anise! I just figured, white florals. I get a very light ginger. I really can’t smell the anise but I don’t tend to get anise or licorice notes in general…must be my nose. This is nice but not awesome. I think it might be better in warmer weather, will have to try in in spring. It is not cloying, overbearing or too strong. I like more * safe* perfumes and this is definitely safe would be appropriate for most occasions.
I actually wore this Putting up the Christmas tree.

I had this perfume years ago because my father loves the JPG cologne and thought it would be a great match for my mother. She never got around to opening the bottle, so she offered it up to me for a try. We marveled at the gorgeous female form and delicate peachy color of the bottle before I opened the box and sprayed on my arm (as did she). We sniffed at the floral explosion expectantly… and promptly began to choke.
It’s a bar-fight of florals and powder and a definite scrubber to my nose. (This perfume’s sillage to me feels like the equivalent of putting one of those heavily scented garbage bags over your head.)
I will give props where they are due though–the longevity is legendary and ridiculously hard to shake. If you love the notes, you’re in luck. If not, sample on paper to spare yourself.

This review is for the dry oil version as I haven’t tested the perfume itself.
I really enjoy this fragrance! It’s floral for sure, but laced with spices that are prominent enough to make this scent interesting without making one sneeze. This is one of the only ginger notes I can stand, and that’s probably because of how excellently it pairs with Classique’s gentle sweet flowers and gummy anise note. Anyway, I love the dry oil version because it’s soft and wonderful to wear to bed or when I’m spending a night in cuddling with my SO, but I’ll definitely test the perfume soon.
margoscha – :
I’m too fickle to have a signature scent but if I were to have one this would be it. I’ve been wearing Classique since the early ’90’s and I just adore it so much. It’s beautiful, feminine, sensual, soft. I have no preference between the EDT and the EDP – I love them both and the lasting power is fantastic. Gaultier created a masterpiece and it is a true classic of perfumery!
hieriemapezem – :
What makes Classique such a modern classic fragrance?
It combines the scent of another era, with the powder and floral aroma, with 90’s soapy clean vibe and with patisserie macarrons, sweet and so in trend with nowadays scents (but less tooth achingly sweet).
The result is a perfectly balanced scent, with manny facets, that is cool, versatile, fun, sensual and unique. A true Jacques Cavallier masterpiece. And that’s why is still available almost 30 years since it’s release.

I’ve been wanting to try this, I finally got my hands on this beautiful fragrance. Sexy, sweet and intoxicating. This smells like french pastry, the one frosted with cream and has a cherry on top. Delicious. Smells so unique although the white floral note reminds me a lot of Tendre Poison by Dior. This is an absolute fall/winter fragrance and I can’t wait to wear this. A++++

Strongest notes: Sandalwood, Vanilla, Ginger, Orange Blossom
I’m going to rephrase my previous review because I seem to have offended some people, which wasn’t my intention:
Classique is a perfume that has a lot of things I hate: White powdery florals and strong wood notes. These are scents my grandmothers (both of them) tended to wear so I generally associate these kinds of smells with that age range, no, it’s not a bad thing, it’s just not scents I find myself particularily attracted to. I often find these scents too strong and even tacky on my skin, as my skin generally is better with fruity gourmands.
That said, something about this absolutely makes it 100% work. For once, I found a perfume with these notes that actually smells great on me. My grandmother actually gave this to me and told me to “give it a try”, so I reluctantly did.
And I’m glad I did. It’s warm, and sweet, and extremely sexy. I have NEVER found a perfume with notes like this that ACTUALLY sits right on my skin like this one does. It’s not harsh or tacky, it’s elegant and incredibly well crafted. There are mild spicy/woodsy notes that give it just the right amount of warmth, which blends beautifully with the sweetness of the florals and vanilla.
Sillage: Moderate
Longevity: Incredibly long lasting! I actually had this on for over 12 hours and can still faintly smell it on my wrist.
I definetly recommend this perfume.
Irunka – :
I sprayed this in the early morning and I feel like an Old Hollywood Goddess! Omg, what a classy scent. Yes, it is a bit soapy. Yes, it is a bit powdery. But, hey! Sometimes I want to smell clean! 😉
Later on, it is almost a gourmand vanilla. I’ve been wanting to eat my arm off all morning! Plus, this is a powerful perfume. I discovered it in my art class. My teacher has a lot of objects for us to copy and do some excercises, and I found this beautiful bottle. It looks like someone forgot it a long time ago, and it still smells! As a perfume lover I had to pick it up and tried to get some juice out of it. It had nothing left but it still smelled amazing! That’s why I knew I would love it.
popov5267 – :
Oh! This one is full of surprises.
First – finding it. It was nowhere to be found on the department store shelves, only the EDP. So when the saleswoman asked if I was looking for anything… I explained… and from deep in the lowest drawer she produced the frosted Classique bottle. What? Why? No idea. Anyway, I had what I’d come for. On I spritzed.
Second – my first impression is not vanilla; it’s white soap. Yes, Classique is very powdery, and vanilla-y, and I get the lovely hint of anise in it. But, dominantly, it smells of Dove soap with an orange-blossom-honey twist. For what it’s worth, I love the scent of Dove soap, and I love orange blossom honey even more than I love regular honey, which is a lot. But beware: even though it’s beautiful soft clouds, it’s still sharp, and hyper-sweet.
Third – it’s strong but soft. I had the impression it was a striking, loud scent. Not on me, no. This is soft, wafting, strong but still yielding. I thought for certain the scent might get on my new coat through my sleeve – no. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing. Maybe a bit of both.
Last – it’s pleasing. I often think tag lines are kitschy and sure enough when I smelled this one I rolled my eyes internally because I do in fact agree that this is “a fragrance that promises pleasure”. It’s sexy and comfortable at the same time. Good for going to bed with someone but also just good for going to bed.
PS – it sent both my husband and I into sneezing fits. I would definitely consider buying it if it weren’t for this. As it is I feel like Givenchy’s Organza has a similar warm, powdery feel without sending me hunting for an epi-pen.

I love this parfum! So feminine only for women. Beautiful smell of fruit and flowers cinnamon and vanilla. Smell like a cake! When I spray her she is fresh and smell like orange and ylang flower also rose, orchid, and powdery iris. Last a long time. The dry down is a little bit of musk lots of amber and more powder. The perfume is pretty strong and last a long time so maybe some would say it is for mature ladies but if you spray a little is soft and powdery and good for young girls. This delicious cake is good to wear to parties and to wear on dates if you are single girl. This is very sexy not in provocative way but in a girly way. This perfume goes with pretty mini dresses and cocktail dresses high heels and make up lipstick and nail polish. So womanly and smell so good.
