Not a bad scent. The few times that I worn this, it just takes me back to the early 90s. I get a clean aquatic vibe from this. Average Performance.

To me it smelled dusty and dry.

Presentation:
The bottle looks fantastic when it’s sat in front of you. It has a nice suede covering that’s meant to draw inspiration from the old desert water bottles and the bottle is quite reminiscent of the old flankers that you’ll often see the desert nomads drink from in films. It’s also like the pouch that Diesel Fuel For Life comes in except there’s no way to remove the pouch without damaging it.
The stitching stands out to me as I can’t decide on whether the orange on brown puts me off or whether it’s the way the pouch has been stitched together that does it. There’s a piece of fabric connecting the top (which pops off, don’t worry) to the main body but it seems quite flimsy so it’s not something you could yank.
The sprayer is rather fantastic as it requires force but it’s very precise and quick which prevents dribbling and keeps the doses to a nice level.
Fragrance:
It’s a very nice smell. You can smell the juniper berries and citrus notes as they’re very prominent and I can only guess that I could smell lavender as it died down as it remind me of Burberry Touch For Men in the sense that it’s quite powdery.
That being said, it’s quite a versatile fragrance and it could be worn through the colder seasons (winter, spring, autumn) and cooler summer days due to the nice citrus notes.
It reminds me of being in an old wooden building, maybe a restaurant, that’s surrounded by grasslands and trees on a nice evening as the sun goes down and the gin comes out.
It’s quite defined and I would say that it would suit an older gentleman rather than a teenager but it all depends on the way that the individual conducts themselves.
Classic is a fantastic fragrance and for £8, it’s something that shouldn’t be missed.
