Background:
Since I don’t live in France anymore, I ordered quite a lot of their stuff online… and bitterly regretted it.
Their price points is slightly above drugstore’s, then the face value is not excessive.
Fine. It’s common knowledge spending tons of money isn’t a critical criteria to get decent juices.
Plus, I blindly trusted French renowned quality.
The quality (or rather lack of thereof) of their EDT is shockingly appalling.
So is their customer service.
They blamed me for not trying their perfumes in their brick and mortar shop beforehand. So rude and patronising.
What’s the point of an online shop and international delivery then?
They seemed not to keep track of order refs and invoices either, which is rather alarming.
Once I returned the products, it took over a month following reception to give my money back.
They never answered my emails regarding that matter and I had to open a PayPal dispute.
Never again!
