Carolina Herrera launches two new limited editions of the original fragrances CH (2007) and CH Men (2009): CH Africa and CH Men Africa in 2015. The fragrances continue the theme of last year’s limited editions CH Grand Tour inspired by vintage, luxurious train travel in South America.

CH Africa contains top notes of sunny African tiger orange and violet that lead to the heart of cinnamon, iris and rooibos tea. The base includes notes of Somali incense and vanilla.
Available as 100 ml Eau de Toilette in the signature bottles decorated with leather and camouflage print, with African symbols as charm pendants.

I love it so much. It was an unexpected gift from a friend. This perfume is a mix of everything I like about perfume: very fresh, full of energy and sweet.

Reminds me of original CH, but it’s milder and more tolerable. Also somehow similar to amor amor tentation. If you ask me, it smells like a sour green apple, mixed with flowers,spices and a touch of sweet notes.
I agree it’s not that smokey, yet enough amount of incense to make it deep and original.
all in all I like all CH releases and this one is no exception.

Sooo lovely. I thought it would be really smokey incense. But I get tea and oranges and a bit of cinnamon, sandalwood too. This will be my new spring-summer-autumn multi-purpose signature perfume. The only season this wouldnt be perfect would be winter.
In conclusion, I love this.
