This reminds me of Truly Dazzling by Kate Spade. It is a bit aquatic and sharp.

I don’t know how reliable this note matrix is–I am getting a few notes that don’t seem to be mentioned here.
This opens with a fresh aquatic note–not overly salty or “Cool Water” esque, but definitely aquatic. It’s fresh, but it’s soft and not bracing. I get a tinge of that ‘hairspray’ note that happens when I smell fruity florals, but it’s also not unpleasant. The drydown on this one is citrus, violet, musk and vanilla with the citruses staying quite some time at the forefront, giving it a clean, bright feel. It lingers for awhile but softly, I could see this one being inoffensive in the work place or a family gathering. Perfect for spring or summer.

I know I reviewed this earlier, but that was without actually trying it on my skin. Now I actually own a rollerball of this. I am surprised by how musky this is! It is more grown-up than I remember it being (since I don’t usually consider musky fragrances to be youthful). I can smell the floral/fruity edge to this, but MAN is that a lot of musk!

I know I reviewed this before, but things change. Chemistry and hormones change. I still like Capri. A soft floral that does have a very slight powdery-ness to it. No candy-bomb here!! Soft sillage, yet as another reviewer noted, lasts for several hours, at least a good 4 to 5 hours for me. This is also quite lovely on a breezy Summer day. Would particularly make a lovely outdoor event fragrance like say for a picnic or outdoor concerts or boating or such.

Capri is a soft but long lasting scent on me. Pretty,
a breeze of fresh, sweet, powdery violets. A waterfall
breeze with sweet flowers in it. I like this. Very Nice.

Like all the other scents in this series, it’s light, fresh, sweet, a little floral, and a little fruity. Perfectly safe for the office. I feel like it would be difficult to over-spray. I also think this line of fragrances is more ideal for teens as an entry to the fragrance world. See if it’s available from Nordstrom Rack before buying at Macy’s or another department store. I’d be disappointed if I paid more than $25 for this.

This is a lot fruitier & sweeter than I was expecting. Its basically a nice, sweet, summer floral. Nothing to really set it apart from any other floral. Ill finish the bottle but there is nothing here that makes me want to rebuy this.

I have a rollerball of this that’s two years old and when I first opened it to apply some (after nearly a year of sitting in a cool place) the smell of acetone hit me hard and I nearly gagged. I suspect the citrus notes have gone rancid because in a few minutes I smell the violet and musk. Just can’t get past that horrid acetone opening, but I don’t want to toss the bottle yet, either.

Much more fruity than what I expected given the notes. I have a hard time believing those are the only notes in this pretty perfume. All in all this scent is light, a bit linear maybe, but nice. It smells a tad familiar like it’s been done many times before. Definitely office-safe. Great for a beach or boardwalk stroll! I like it, and will definitely keep my bottle but I don’t know that I’ll buy it again.

Love it! Very simple yet chic! More powdery than fruity, and more floral but blended so you just get a nice summery feeling perfume! Linear which I appreciate in this genre.❤️

My husband bought this fragrance for my mom for Christmas, after I spot smelled it for her and thought oh wow this is amazing. I wanted it so badly for myself, but knew it was the holidays and would ask for it as a gift. So he got for Mom and I asked for it from a dear friend. My mother got it for Christmas and adored it. Wore it several times after around me and it just lingered and wore so well on her! I of course who wanted it so badly never got it from the friend! So I waited and waited till I found a good deal on eBay and snagged a large bottle. Hands down in my 10-11 year’s of collecting fragrance this is in my top 5. Sentimental value and just the scent. It’s sheer, gorgeous, and just envelopes you with total, aquatic beauty. I get THE ABSOLUTE MOST COMPLIMENTS!!! When I wear this! Men, women! Everyone! I swear even my animals flock to me. This fragrance is a ding ding winner. The moment my bottle become’s “low” I will re-stock. Simply a winning fragrance and an absolute signature.

This fragrance is simply gorgeous! I sprayed this on from the tester bottle at Kohls one day and two people stopped me to tell me I smelled Amazing and ask what it was. My sister that hates perfume LOVES this one. This would be great for everyday wear. There’s a simple sophistication to it. I feel like when I wear this people think, I bet she has her life together! lol

This is lovely, more of a grown woman’s fragrance, in my opinion. 4 notes, and that is it. But this is cleverly blended, it is not too powdery, not too citrusy, and not too musky. Just a clever blend to create a lovely mature woman’s fragrance. Not too heavy, yet not too light. I think this would be office-safe. Lasting power on me is moderate.
Vince Camuto fragrances I feel are not talked about enough. In a world of candy yum-yum and fruitchouli fragrances popping up everywhere in recent years, it is nice to have this more classic type grown woman’s fragrance. Nicely done. Next time you see a tester, I suggest taking a whiff. You might unexpectedly fall in love with this, as I did.

Fresh, simple floral with cool, almost watery notes. Not a ton going on in this but very fresh and clean. None of the Camuto fragrances are complex and this might be the simplest but it’s enjoyable all the same.
    Reminds me of a waterfall.

So lovely and peaceful! It’s similar to Light Blue but without that terrible cedar note…

I smell nothing but flowers, it reminds me of a tropical vacation. It’s a fairly nice scent, but I probably won’t buy a full bottle after I use up the sample I got with another perfume purchase. It almost seems more like a scent you would spray on linens than a perfume.

Agreed with the ‘heavy floral aquatic’ description. It reminds me of these violet scented bath cubes my grandmother used to get when I was little.
She’d keep them in her chest of drawers with her clothes to fragrance their contents and didn’t use them in the bath until all but the faintest trace of scent was gone from them. This is that same powdery violet fragrance turned up to ‘high’.

When I first smelled it I knew I’d smelled it before and finally figured out that it reminds me of the original fragrance of Moroccanoil Hair Serum. I have only a scent strip of the Capri but I have a new bottle of the serum. The serum has a stronger vanilla scent until it is applied. That’s what Capri reminds me of, the scent of the Moroccanoil ½ hour after applying it!

@celebrity89…..I’m surprise u don’t like it…lol now tommy girl is a scent from the 90’s and I wore that in high school lol 1992-3…but I don’t get that in this. I live where its mostly hot n humid so this scent wears well for my chemistry . chemistry means a lot for a scent to smell well on each person. Like my sister , wears samsara or shalimar…and those smell terrible on me and I’m 40. But if I wear heavy scents : Dior addict blue bottle is my favorite! Yeah , too bad its too aquatic for ya….I love it in my humid weather.

A floral aquatic that reminds me of the 90’s florals that I’m not a fan of.

Finally , got a bottle of this…. I just love the clean tropical fresh spring summer wave of this …and it will be my summer scent or spring rather. Its a tad sweet, but much more fresh tropical and waves of fruity beachy breezes….beats Marc Jacobs dot ten fold! This is a winner ! Also better than ” Bella” which was a over kill of synthetic sweet mixed with a child’s fruity fake gum candy

This is summer and spring in a bottle…really nice and fresh with a slight tropical summer breeze kick. It has lasting power and the drydown is just like the first spray and that’s a plus. It is not a cheap floral flow like daisy dream which falls flat. gonna pick this up soon! love!
