Description
Cap Néroli ‘on the French Riviera’ is a tribute to the bitter-orange cultivation of the Côte d’Azur. I imagined the scent of a point of land running into the sea and having the sweet name of Cap Néroli!’ – Patricia de Nicolaï.
“This Eau de Toilette is a three-act play performed in a natural setting, like an open-air theatre perched on a hill plunging into the Mediterranean. The overture is a ballet of citrus enhanced with rosemary and mint, while a prelude of bitter-orange petitgrain essence heralds the arrival on stage of the majestic Neroli flower. Small in stature but powerful in scent, this radiant bloom is escorted by a bouquet of jasmine, ylang and eau de Brouts which come together in a delicated-paced choreography. Oakmoss, plus a hint of musk and amber, provide a finale like a bottle cast into the sea with an intoxicating message inside” – a note from the brand.
Top: petitgrain bigarade, orange, mandarin orange, rosemary, mint
Heart: neroli, jasmine, ylang-ylang, orange blossom
Base: oakmoss, musk
Cap Neroli is available in amount of 30ml Eau de Toilette, 100ml Eau de Toiltete and 250ml Eau de Toilette + 15ml refill spray.
Cap Neroli was launched in 2018. The nose behind this fragrance is Patricia de Nicolai.

The florals really come into play here.
This is almost like a traditional “eau de Cologne” style fragrance with a focus on the orange tree.
The citruses are definitely here but play a supporting role to the florals.
Most definitely unisex, but I would say this fragrance is not a “mainstream” designer style. This one is certainly “niche” with amazing quality.
The mint plays a big role here but it’s certainly not toothpaste mint or even natural mint, zip almost get a slight “menthol” type note but it’s not overpowering or strong enough to turn you off.
Solid fragrance
4/5…strong performance

This was a blind buy- and what a winner this is!
Cap Neroli is a wonderful citrus cologne that does not go sweet. Instead, it is a zesty, salty/herbaceous citrus, grounded with white flowers and musk. But it does not become a big sweet flower bomb; no, this settles into a salty, subtly sultry citrus skin scent that will rise with heat. You really do get the sense of summer- sunbaked herbs, salt air and citrus blooms.
Definitely unisex- I can absolutely see this as something both festival going guys and gals wearing!
And this is made for the summer!
10/10 would buy AGAIN.

It is definately ylang ylang perfume, with petitgrain’s green bitterness. strong minty nuance(methyl salicylate) present in beggining till end.
