Description

Burberry Woman or Burberry London for Women is a feminine version of the fragrant duo, called Burberry. Burberry woman is simple and charming, she loves the City she lives in and enjoys the long walks in the streets of London. Perfume is made in striking minimalist design.
It starts with succulent and fresh burst of fruits; peach, apricot, cool pear and black currant. The heart is woody-floral; composed of clear and sharp notes of jasmine gently harmonized with the notes of sandalwood and cedar. The drydown is made of musk and vanilla. The perfume was created by Michel Almairac in 1995.

It’s an amazing perfume, for a great price too!

I agree that this can be quite overpowering at first by being so sweet with that opening scent of vanilla/pear..I think that is what it is. Anyway, I really wish this wasn’t the case because gradually it becomes so beautiful. The smell is just divine, it’s warm and cosy yet also sophisticated. I find this to be different from the other Burberrys somehow. It’s a really feminine, vanilla-esque type of scent. If you don’t go mad with spraying it, it would be gorgeous.

This should have been a classic with Burberry.
A 90’s perfume that still smells Morden.

This is actually very nice. I’ve been hesitant to try this scent because of all the fruit. It’s actually not too sweet. It’s a natural true sweetness associated with these fruits. The blackcurrant probably prevents it getting too sweet. There is quite a bowlful of fruit notes listed but this is as much about vanilla. It smells like autumn. Mellow fruitfulness. I even get a touch of fruity wine.
A very nice, easy to wear scent. Not strong and in your face. It’s a nice comfy cashmere jumper and a freshwater pearl necklace. Oh so very polite and very British.
I get moderate longevity and sillage.

At first this is cloyingly sweet and fruity–an overwhelming caramelized pear and peach smell for the first hour. I almost washed it off because I got nauseated from the fruitiness, but then it changes with the dry-down. The woodsy musk appears in combo with the peach and vanilla. If you can wait a couple hours, this becomes very warm and lovely. It reminds me of a warm, soft, feminine and maternal lady.

More than any other scent, this was a transition scent for me. It was my first perfume purchase as an official adult and it gave me the feeling of sophistication and maturity that I longed to be grown into. There was a fullness and softness to it that just matched me.

I blind purchased this after reading great reviews. I sprayed some on my wrist and regretted it. This one makes me nauseous and I’m not sure why. I do know that whatever notes are in this and in Elizabeth Taylor’s Passion – are too heavy and make me feel ill. These two fragrances favor one another at some point during the dry down and as a result, I cannot wear either. I couldn’t wash this stuff off fast enough. I gave it to my mom and she loved it. I now buy it for her every year.

Ok this fragrance was a no at first. I had this, I sold my big 100 ml bottle last spring but I bought JS Fancy love recently and now I realize after the dry down what everyone is talking about, I was so late to the train here lol. The dry down is absolutely beautiful, I mostly get very ripe peach and vanilla and it blends with my chemistry very nicely, I figure if I love JS then I will buy Burberry Women soon, so excited to compare these two side by side. ❤️

I was actually intrigued by this because of all the buzz about its many dupes, one of which I happen to be a fan of. Because this is the more higher end version, I also had higher expectations. Unfortunately this one let me down, and happened to not be as similar as I was expecting…
The fragrance I was referring to is Taylor Swift Taylor. Both have a vanilla+peach combo, but that is where similarities end. While imagine Taylor to be a peaches & cream parfait drizzled with honey, Burberry Classic is stewed peaches in a vat of maple syrup or molasses. It’s too dense and heavy for my preference. Because I knew Taylor first, I enjoyed it’s fruity fresh quality. It’s perfect enough for the Spring and Summer. Maybe Burberry is its winter counterpart but consequently I now associate the peach note with warmer sunny temps. The darkness of this one seems out of place so I’d rather have the former.
Also longevity and sillage were not totally ahead of Taylor. For a celeb scent it can hold its own, but this one doesn’t out-perform in this department either.

I’ve worn this regularly for 10 years or so (the bottle I have is pre-reformulation, and I have not smelled the new version.) It is really lovely and versatile, and if I had a signature scent, this would be it. As others have said, it opens peach and vanilla, and maintains vanilla throughout as the sweetness dissipates. By the end of the day, it is vanilla, woods and soft musk — noticeable but also subtle and sophisticated. I can see where it would be too sweet for some. The floral elements are minimal, although there. I think of it as a soft woodsy gourmand scent rather than a floral. It is suitable for all but the hottest days of the year, but especially nice in the fall. Longevity is at least 8 hours for me.

This is one of the few Burberry perfumes I care about. It’s fruity, but not annoyingly so. It’s somehow clean, sweet and a little woody. One spray is enough and it goes a long, long way, for a perfume of reasonable price. For that reason, I went for 50ml. This is one of those perfumes that you still are conscious of even hours after having sprayed it on. Most perfume I don’t detect that much anymore after hours of wear, but this…! when I took off my denim jacket after a long day in uni, I got a strong whiff of this. Only sprayed it once in the morning! Brilliant. Stays very true, doesn’t dramatically change. I love it for day wear. Beware as more than 2 sprays can get heady.

I don’t smell any fruits at all…only wood and a generic, mannish cologne smell that reminds me of my childhood. It’s not feminine enough for my taste.

Buyer beware, I just bought a bottle of this at Ross and it’s extremely watered down. What i have is a skeleton version of what others describe here.

Burberry is a gorgeous fragrance; it’s soft, feminine, clean, comforting, woodsy, vanilla-peach-cedar-goodness in a bottle. I’ve always been a citrus- type of gal, so this perfume has me pleasantly surprised, and hooked!
On all notes, I smell vanilla, at all times. Top notes, you really smell the peaches and even some pear mingled with the vanilla. On the middle-to-drydown, the cedar blends quite nicely with the vanilla, to the point where I thought I smelled amber, but it’s just the smooth, comforting blend of the cedar and vanilla.
Great staying power, sillage NOT overwhelming, one healthy spritz on pulse points and I’m good for almost 12 hours.
Oh, and for those of you who may suffer from migraines, in my experience, this is one fragrance that doesn’t aggravate my symptoms. In fact, the sandalwood is good for my symptoms and seems to have a soothing effect!

My signature scent, very soft and vanilla-E. I get a lot of compliments on this perfume. When you first spray it on, it has a smell that you’d think wouldn’t transfer into a soft vanilla scent. I normally wear this with (PALMERS) cocoa butter and I splash on a the Victorias Secret Dreamy Vanilla after showering once my clothes are on, I then spray this on. Both scents compliment the perfume though its not needed, but to smell super scrumptious I add those for extra oomph.

My ex-wife wore this and I always found it to be both flirty and alluring. Bright and soft.
    I still enjoy smelling it.

It’s funny; I had the same love/hate relationship many have mentioned. Now it’s just love. After reading the reviews here I went to the nearest mall to test it, and fell in love with its peachy creamness. So I bought a 100ml bottle and sprayed it on myself. The first half an hour it went great, but then I just couldn’t stand how nauseating it was.
Well, I guess it was a matter of perseverance. I kept wearing it – it’s the most expensive perfume I’ve bought so far- and now I can’t stop. It’s soft, yet sophisticated… sweet, but not too sweet thanks to the woody notes. I just wish it lasted longer.

    Hard to describe this one.
    It`s a love/hate relationship in a bottle.
I had a 30 ml bottle and bought it on impulse. I was happily sniffing away on my wrist walking home with my newly obtained bottle but then I started using it. And I was getting headaches and nausea..
I love the notes and love to get a whiff of it, but on myself it just makes me feel sick. Yet, from time to time I need to sniff it, the dry vanilla/sandalwood/cedar and peach/apricot combination is so inviting, feels so right. I always believe we`re gonna make it this time, Burberry Woman and me. But as it starts to dry don on me I start to feel sick and want to get away from it asap..
    I am keeping it though.

Wow, this reminds me of the 90s so much, and I’m not even sure why – I can’t remember trying this as a child or anyone having it. I guess it just has a very 90s scent profile. A warm, sweet, fruity fragrance. It reminds me of Joop All About Eve a little.
I don’t understand how the apple note is not voted higher on here. It’s really strong. Yes, I do smell the peach note, but I smell even more apple, a similar note to that in older apple scented shampoos.
Burberry woman also has a lot of vanilla, obviously. It’s thick and creamy and very sweet, like a vanilla custard.
In the background I sense a slight woodiness that tames the sweet and fruity scent a bit.
In my opinion this could be a good allrounder scent, but only if it’s applied lightly and on the right person who really loves it. Otherwise it could also become somewhat annoying, because it’s a loud scent and not very complex in that. Anyways, it still smells great!

I ordered decants of this (I thought) from Surrender to chance and Perfumed Court. They both came labeled as Burberry Classic. Is it the same fragrance?

This stuff is just a jewel. A wonderful peach sorbet masterpiece. One of the few fragrances versatile enough to rock any season, any time, any place. You can wear it to a wedding one day, a bar the next, the beach the day after that, a romantic dinner, a job interview- the list goes on and on. It’s crisp and clean yet manages to be creamy too! Oh, I love it.
Obviously Jessica Simpson’s “Fancy Love” is a Burberry Women dupe, but I feel very strongly they don’t smell exactly the same. Yes, they are very, very close- to the point of being almost interchangable. But BW was birthed in the mid-ninties and like many other picks from that era (“era” meaning 1985-1998-ish), it has that signature pronounced golden-age oomph. That detectable je ne sais quoi about it- like a stamp. A number of other fragrances released around that time have it too: the initial Obsessions, some of the Diors, the early Escadas, etctera.
Fancy Love (which I also adore) lacks that key element. Not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. Just different. I find FL to be a slightly dreamier interpretation of what it is obviously biting off of. If both are peach vanilla ice cream, BW focuses more on the peach, FL on the ice cream. But it’s subtle. What clinches it for me is BW simply lasts longer and has more throw; I can detect it hours after I’ve sprayed.
So to sum up: you can’t go wrong with BW. The price and quality are oh so right. And fellas, it kinda sorta qualifies as unisex (at least in this day and age. Back in the day, nah).

This is a new discovery for me and it has quickly become my easy-to-reach-for fragrance for work days and also weekend days when I’m getting things done but want to feel comforted. It’s peachy, sweet, faintly woodsy, clean and graceful.
Light-moderate sillage, lasts well on me. It’s not a fragrance that announces itself, more a scent that envelopes you in a gentle cloud of happy, peaceful goodness. I wore it at work today and a colleague said I smelled like a spa. That’s the vibe. Really nice.

  24. :

First spraying: Mild gentle peach yes. Immediately see that this is wood. Mild simple “Woody” thing. Near sawdust smell. Quite lovely, soft and mild. 3 minutes: “I can hardly sense it, I’ll put some more, not only on wrists, but on the front neck, too”.
In the next hours could not sense any peach, but saw dust. Came to mind an opinion, that the scent suits more a man than a woman.
It’s a nice scent. It’s for sensitive noses, and for wise use, not bathing in it. I can understand the tea-moment person.
My taste wants stronger / has wanted sweeter perfumes. Sweetness is noticable (but light) in the beginning. Perfume fades, from lovely light to too weak, quite quickly. An elegant, delicate, mild scent. First it felt near-nature simple peach-wood, then noticed also an elegant “spicy” feature, just after spraying, that is beautiful.
P.S. After 3-4 days testing this “perfume” is really too weak for me, and I cannot get out of the fact, that it smells mostly plain wood.

This has been my signature scent for over 5 years. I have gotten numerous compliments on how I smell.. from strangers to the best of friends! My friends and family call it “The Maddie smell”. It will always stay in my collection!

I used to love this scent, got a new bottle today, made in 2017, and I am shocked and sad. There is nothing in this new concoction that would resemble the original smell and it evaporates in 10 minutes. Such a rip off, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone anymore.

I found this when I was 15 years old helping a man pick out a Christmas gift for his wife. It was my first and I’ve never found something better. That was 20 years ago and I’ve been wearing it nearly every day since then. I get compliments all the time. I’ve had a few friends and family members fall in love with it on me and try it themselves and it hasn’t worked for them. It just doesn’t smell the same as it does on me. So it may just be my perfect match. I can’t tell if the staying power has dropped over the years or if I am just now slightly immune to it. It is very warm so you wouldn’t think it would be great for summer but it truly does work for any occasion and any outfit. Most floral scents give me a headache and this has maybe only a slight hint of jasmine in the right weather. The notes are extremely affected by the weather which I find so fun. I think it is sexy, playful, and sophisticated. It manages to be deep and exotic and light at the same time.

I purchased this, but later returned it. Burberry Woman is a beautiful, warm fragrance. I love it, but I already own Jessica Simpson’s Fancy Love, which smells exactly like this. So if you have one of these, you won’t need the other. But to be honest, Fancy love is the best choice. It’s inexpensive and stronger.

This is a fragrance I always wanted to try during the 90’s but never got around to it. I’m so glad to have a bottle now. I get a lot of apricot, peach, and moss at first, which I found to be an unusual combination, but I mean that in a good way. I couldn’t stop smelling myself! The rich sandalwood and warm musk develops next and it is to die for. A very classy fragrance!

  30. :

As much as I like this pleasant scent, I can’t say it has staying power. I feel like I have to overspray it in order for it to even be mildly noticeable on me.

My wife owns this and I can’t keep my nose off it. The drydown is rich and creamy. I like to sneak sprays at night, just before bed, because of how cozy and relaxing it makes me feel. This might not be advertised as unisex, but I love it.

I absolutely love this perfume. It just makes me happy. Lightly spiced apple pie, powdery peaches, and vanilla—with hints of shampoo, depending on the temperature. Immediate love, total comfort. Day or night, any season.

After reading reviews from Fragrantica I decided purchasing this fragrance online. NO REGRET AT ALL. Love all the notes of it, especially the powdery peaches.A very beautiful yet simple vanilla fragrance. Timelessly love it!

  34. :

    3 out of 5

I purchased this online as I found it for a good price and had read all the wonderful reviews and it sounded like I would love it. What a disappointment! After the initial burst of rotting peach I smell nothing, absolutely nothing. It completely fades away within 15 minutes of applying it on my skin. I even tried it on a scarf and it disappeared within minutes. Perhaps I purchased a bad bottle.

  35. :

I like everything about the way Burberry smells. I love peach, apricot, vanilla notes. I love the way they are blended together here with the woody notes to have a striking contrast. It is not overwhelming with projection or sillage (even though I would be okay with that!) but it is not a shy perfume, either. Would be appropriate anywhere from the office, school, casual days.
Personally, Burberry makes me feel as though I am presenting the exact image I want.

  36. :

Burberry has that freshness of the department stores new shoes and clothes I rather like the way Burberry smells. It’s a soft fragrance way to go Burberry.

  37. :

Very nice, warm, fruity perfume by Burberry. It has obvious notes of peach, apple, vanilla and amber. I love it for special occasions in winter. Usually people in gatherings wear something popular and boring, Burberry Woman is out of their radar. There’s something sensual about it and welcoming.

  38. :

This was my very first Burberry perfume. I remember how cozy it smelled to me. I always received compliments when I wore this always. I now wear Jessica Simpson Fancy love to replace this, if smells pretty close and lasts all day on me.

To me this wonderful scent is about beautiful books red on a calm, quiet terrace with a cup of steaming earl grey tea and long wolks on the streets in my neighborhood with my nice little boy. Love it.

On my tester bottle I have the notes written from behind and it says there is a top note bergamot. Why isn’t it listed here?? Because I definitely smell it easy. I’d say this is citrusy at the beginning, later I feel some jasmine-woodsy mix. Overall it’s a fruity-amber juice and the most suitable season for it is the autumn.

I tested this on my skin at Nordstrom Rack, not really knowing anything about Burberry or this perfume. I was very much a perfume novice at the time. At the register, the saleslady exclaimed “Ooooh, you smell good!” This was my first perfume compliment EVER, and I was floored. I kept smelling it on my clothes and wrists – this soft musk that alternates between fizzy peach champagne and dry woody paper. YES sometimes it does smell like a new stack of copy paper – which makes sense because of the woody notes. I have since learned that this perfume has inspired other scents, which I also want to acquire! I don’t care if they’re essentially the same, I crave ALL the woody musks that have peach now!
Also, I’m surprised its from 1995! I was 13 at the time, and probably too immature to even fathom wearing this scent, but it feels nice knowing that it’s a relic from my young adulthood.

  42. :

This is my favorite perfume, because it always smells the same. Regardless of the hot or cold climate, this perfume will always smell powdery and with a hint of apricot. However, the formula must have changed within the past few years, because this perfume does not last more than 10 minutes on my skin. I have never seen anything like this. It’s really disappointing considering this is one of the few perfumes that I consider to be appropriate to be worn all year.

So disappointed that they changed the formulation. Recently bought a new bottle and it’s a fainter, toothier version of the old. No where near the creamy goodness it once was. Breaks my heart!

  45. :

Yes yes this is much weaker than what it used to be. It was a super sillage bomb and I knew it so well as it was my least favourite then.
I wanted to try again as my tastes have changed in perfumes and was horrified. Same scent but dilute. Such a shame as I now like it but appears to be too light to purchase.
I’ll probably re test again as hoping there was something wrong with the tester…or my nose.

I love this fragrance but I bought a 3.4 oz again and noticed its sillage and longtevity lowered down waay too much. I could say it was long lasting but now, all I can say it has moderate and it’s shame 🙁

Well OMG this is just so gorgeous, I couldn’t wait to rip open the packaging and get this on my skin couldn’t wait to experience all the stages. I read all the reviews and after much deliberation I finally decided to purchase my first parfum from the Burberry frangrance line and I’m so glad I did. Wow what a beautiful combination of scents, I love sweet orientals some with overload spice kicks at times as long as they have a vanilla drydown but the musk mixed with this beauty is just superb. First spray and you get that fresh pear/ peach explosion just awesome next stage it smells like the peaches and pears have been baked in sweet spices and drowned in rich Creme Anglaise. Then finally the Drydown a hint of the peach still lingers admits a gorgeous sweet creamy vanilla/musk finish. Just so well constructed if you love fruity creamy parfums like Casmir and Cinema but with a lingering feminine musk at the end this is for you. Lucky my skin chemistry does not bring out the cedar very much mainly the fruity creamy powdery notes for me mmmm mmmm

  49. :

    4 out of 5

I love apricot and peach together so this perfume has my name on it. I recently bought it after wanting it somewhat for a few years but there is something I observed – it is much weaker now than it used to be. A few years ago I am sure it was stronger with longer staying power and now it is like a sheer version. I think I read someone else say they noticed a change too so maybe it’s not just me. Anyway, if peach and apricot are your jam give this perfume a try. When it was stronger it reminded me a bit of the fantastic Juicy Couture Couture Couture.

  50. :

    5 out of 5

Someone called this preppy and I have to agree. I love the heavy opening with apricot, the middle drydown brings something nearly balsamic to the skin but I suppose it is the vanilla mixed with spices and the last notes are just pure spices almost a little stingy with some masculinity underlying in the death of the scent. I have a 30 ml bottle and it isn’t quite enough. I usually don’t find a love at the first sniff but this one was just that. Sometimes you just know what you like and the peaches lured me in.
EDIT: I bought a new bottle (100 ml) and noticed that there is now significant quality decrease in how strong the fragrance is. I still don’t regret getting a new bottle as you can still smell that it is a quality fragrance and I compensate by just putting more on. Still it’s a shame that also this fragrance has been diluted.

This scent gives me such comfort. I admit I don’t enjoy the initial cedar woody alcohol blast, I have to give it 5-10 minutes. But when it warms up I feel at home, like I’m in a protective blanket…

I was surprised to read that other people get peach from this. On me it smells like cedar and vanilla. I find something “Christmassy” about it. I’ve had a bottle for awhile and it’s more a like than a love for me – I much prefer My Burberry. I find it best suited to winter and rainy days.

I had this fragrance sitting under my bed for a long time because it was a gift from my godmother. But over the past year or so I’ve been wearing it quite a lot.
This is a very simple comforting fragrance; woods, vanilla (not sweet) and a fizz of fruits (mainly peach) which does not last long. In fact there is no longevity to this at all which is really unfortunate because I love the soft “bois de vanille” smell that it leaves behind. On clothes however this fragrance is perfect; the silage is much better and it lasts far longer, so that’s how I wear it on clothes and pulse points.

Blind-buy based on all the wonderful comments here. Unfortunately, I find it horrible, it’s so bad I’m afraid to buy any Burberry ever again. All I smell is wood and nothing more. Makes me nauseous.

  59. :

Primarily peach, cedar, musk, and vanilla. It’s quite nice, non-offensive, and long lasting. The musk is very prominent and has good projection. A charming, calming fragrance. I like to wear it in the spring when I’m feeling optimistic. 🙂

A lovely peach/vanilla sweet blend that has a touch of spicy woodiness that I’m guessing is the cedar and sandalwood mix. This woodiness gives this Burberry depth and a slightly herbal quality. There is an enveloping soft powdery note too that blends and harmonizes everything from the fruits to the spiciness. To me, a very elegant and quality fragrance.

I recently purchased this online for pretty good price at first you get a very spicy bold scent then it settles down to a powdery musky scent that’s very comforting after about 20 minutes or so it ended up being a sweet calming scent definitely a great evening scent I love it’s light feel too and the powdery notes are very relaxing I like this scent but I’m not in love I definitely prefer sweet creamy uplifting scents but that’s just me

This is such a happy fragrance. It has been my signature fragrance since 2010. I have gone through many bottles of it. It was only recently that I realized how long I have worn it and that it may be time for a new frag. That’s what led me here of course. =) My collection continues to grow, but I still have not found a replacement for this lovely scent.
I am still new and learning, so I will not speak much of notes. This is fresh and youthful to me, but could be worn at any age. Clean, classy. I have gotten many compliments over the years from people of all ages. Some of which had to go right out and buy it after smelling it on me!
Since I am on a quest for a new signature, I have not worn it much in the past few months. My daughter (2 years old) is already obsessed with “smell” and wants a spray of something any time I put mine on. So she wears it most days and I still get to enjoy it. Kind of ironic…This smell that I associate with youth (in my life), I get to enjoy on my little girl, while I, myself move on in the fragrance world. Some scents can be so dear to your heart. <3

Have worn this for a long time. Classy is always the word that comes to mind when I try to describe it. It’s woodsy without being earthy, it has a hint of fruit (peaches) to it that is, at the same time, not overly sweet. A hint of musk. It lasts and lasts and lasts . . .and I bet if I got a sweater out of my drawer right now, it would still smell a little like Burberry.

I found Burberry Woman at a steep discount at Christmas time and bought it immediately. I recall smelling it on a friend and finding it absolutely divine! On me, it’s decent but has a weird “earthy” note that plays out a bit like dirt on my skin. So unfortunate! I think it’s the moss and it just really blew this scent for me. It also just didn’t stick around on me. It was gone in 45 min to a hour! I wasn’t too bummed about the longevity because it didn’t agree with my chemistry anyway, but had I loved this fragrance and had it smelled as great on me as it does my best friend, the poor longevity would have been a real downside!
This sad tale of woe turns around ya’ll… So the very same week that I bought, tried, & miserably failed Burberry Woman, I also picked up Jessica Simpson Fancy Love. I have been trying to collect her Fancy Line since they are quite impressive for celebrity scents. Anyway, imagine my surprise when I tried it on and by the dry down I had a near dead ringer for the smell of BW on my friend!! I really thought I was tripping. lol Today however, it was confirmed when we were together and she was wearing her BW and me my JSFL, and nobody in the house could tell the difference as we shoved our wrists in their faces. Even better yet? Fancy Love lasts a couple hours longer and is far cheaper.
I’m sure that on some people it plays out differently and is perhaps less similar or less appealing if you actually dig that earthy moss note which Fancy Love doesn’t seem to have. But it’s really close! Especially if your skin doesn’t amp up that mossy note like my friend doesn’t.

Burberry is a funny scent. On first spray, this smelled just like the Smarties tablet candies. It instantly took me back to days long past of trick-or-treating. While I don’t mind sweet scents, I don’t think I particularly care to smell like Halloween candy. Luckily, the candy smell goes away after a couple of hours. On my skin, this dried down to a lovely, warm vanilla/cedar scent with a hint of fruit.
I’m rather amazed at the longevity – 17 hours later, and I can still smell Burberry where I sprayed it on my wrists. It’s not a heavy scent – stays close (I would say sillage is moderate at most).
This perfume is a nice pick-me-up scent for those gloomy winter days.

This smells nothing like Fancy Love nor Taylor to me. To me, the general scent I get from this is another Burberry scent, it seems to me that many of the Burberrys are beginning to smell the same. I was worried about the powdery accords, as powdery accords tend to get in my nose and linger there in a very unpleasant way. But I really do not detect the ‘typical’ powdery notes in this. I do get the peach, vanilla, the apricot and the pear, yet this is not an overly fruity nor an overly sweet fragrance to me. I do not detect musk nor sandalwood, but I guess it is the moss that keeps this from being too fruity and too sweet for me. It is nicely blended, I will say that. I do not get a definite ‘here I am!!!!’ from any of the notes specifically. They just all seem to play nicely together. Longevity is not the greatest, this all but disappears within an hour or two, and then it becomes ‘must sniff up close to even barely detect this’ type of scent. A nice everyday type of safe fragrance. For some reason I was worrying about this ‘screaming’ at me, and in actuality it is very soft and subdued. For the most part, I would say this is more of a mature lady’s scent (as in 30’s/40’s), not sure the young gals would enjoy this. One if the more ‘unique’ Burberrys for me, but yet I can still tell it is definitely in the Burberry ‘family’.

I really love this powdery bouquet of fruits and woods dominated by creamy peach. Sooo delicious! It’s a very classy, elegant, joyful and sexy fragrance. I can imagine both young and mature women wearing it. The longevity is amazing, I sprayed it on my wrist in the afternoon and I could still smell it lingering the next morning.
