This one is different every time I try it.
The first time, it was a lush, creamy gardenia.
The second time I tried it, it smelled like purple Smarties candies.
And right now, it smells like chemicals and hothouse flowers mixed with a sweaty big toe.
Again, it’s drastically different every time. I never know what to make of it. It’s addictive and mysterious.

Cheap smelling gardenia. Not artificial…SUPER artificial.
Cloying, annoying, it smells like a low quality fragrance.
It’s very loud, begging for attention.

I have a sample from Lucky Scent. It is a very chemical smelling gardenia. I might also add that it smells nothing like a gardenia. It mostly smells like radioactive styrax infused with some very sharp green notes.

I ordered sample Black Gardenia on luckyscent and it smells on my body like grape juice not like flower. I don’t like it ………. this is not what I expected. If someone wants my sample I can change it to something

Spellbinding! This is a dead ringer for the Trapp Candle Co. Tuberose line with a hint of black truffle. I would definitely invest in a bottle as the oil is incredibly potent and long lasting. Black Gardenia reminds me of the fragrance of Lady of the Night flowers wafting through the balmy air of a sexy summer evening. I find it very hard to get the Gardenia in this as it smells very much a Tuberose fragrance. I ordered a sample at Luckyscent.com and I am wondering if they accidentally sent me Black Tuberose instead….

Rich, heady, creamy, carnal, sensual, seductive. This one works with me, because there is no tuberose. Never turns musty or sour. It’s lusciously sweet without being sickly or cloying. No plastic, artificial suntan lotion tropical notes here. I love it.

Intoxicating. This stuff will suck you right in. You’ll take one look at that small bottle of decadant oil and think~this will last forever! I can afford this if it lasts forever right?
It does indeed last and last. It starts off as the most over the top, luscious, sinful side of the tropical gardenia. POW! You apply this and you’re immediately a mystery. It casts a dizzying spell and you can very quickly lose track of where you are.
It’s like sticking your nose right in the center of a just beginning to wilt gardenia. It morphs beautifully into an amber and vanilla background that reveals itself slowly, seductively.
There’s nothing innocent in this beautiful oil. It’s dripping w/knowledge and experiance of all things hot and steamy. I think if you want to own a bottle you might want to be too…….

Black Gardenia is the perfect name for this scent. Fleshy and heady gardenia scent that breathes mystery and dark romance.
