I just got my 1st swap today, this little gem, and it was a successful swap all the way 😀
It was instant love; the top notes are slightly juicy with buckets of wonderful sjasmin, than it dries down with the most gorgeous vanilla,
and it clings to my skin like for ever, – det var en fantastisk deilig parfyme – tusen takk for den –
but, I also think Belle Cherie fits mature womans (me 57) perfectly, I can higly recommand this beautiful perfume to woman of all ages 😀

this is a really young perfume that reminds me of various mall-store scents. Pretty sure I’ve rubbed something similar on my wrists from a magazine ad (we’ve all been there). This is definitely a step up in quality from those though. fruity, lightly floral, bit of sugary sweetness throughout. Nothing too harsh or artificial- a really well-balanced “trendy” fragrance. Not my style, but good gift for a teen.

This is the last purchase I have made, although I have already bought it over the years already three times it is always a pleasure to be able to find it .. For me it is very good, you feel good flowers, fruits and woods.
Despite being an EDT it is really very persistent if sprayed abundantly I can smell the fragrance even the day after ..
Fragonard is synonymous with elegance and quality!
To have absolutely in the collection! Top Top

A very youthful fruity, warm perfume. The tonka is lovely.

i have had belle cherie parfum in a little gold aluminium flacon for awhile now and never reached for it until yesterday. its now spring in australia and i sprayed belle cherie in my hair, on my wrists and once on my clothing and went to work.
this is such a gorgeous fragrance. i am dumbfounded why i didnt think this before. maybe the warmer weather sets it off but all night i kept getting wafts of a lovely, soft, vanilla/ floral well blended fragrance. although not a sillage monster, the wafts were enough for my pure enjoyment…

I visited a local boutique who carries a few of the Fragonard fragrances I ended up purchasing this one in a 6 oz. EDT. It is a nice, floral fruit perfume in the opening notes but does warm up quickly with hints of vanilla. It does remind me a little of Amariage, though lighter. I wonder how the parfum version of this scent performs.

After visiting the store and museum in Paris near the Opera House, I didn’t want to leave without a perfume for myself. After sampling almost all the perfumes, I fell in love with this one! It is very sweet, the sweetest of all the perfumes I have. And it is long lasting and empowering, so I only put on a little during special occasions like evening parties.

A fruity, sweet perfume that reminds me of a lot of the other popular fragrances aimed at late teens-young twenties. It’s fresh and fruity and not too heavy. It sort of reminds me of a younger, peppier version of Miss Dior Cherie.

The top notes were a little too sharp/bitter for me, but I passed it along to a friend who was wild for it.

On one hand I think this smells to sweet and fruity on me – I don’t usually wear fruity perfumes AT ALL. On the other hand, this smells like figgin’ candy – I can’t resist! The most fitting word is “juicy”, I think. It’s very juicy, fruity candy. As long as I don’t over-spray and don’t smell this directly from my skin, this smells just… very yummy. Probably not recommended for people on a diet.
I like this much better in colder than in warm weather.

I’m sure this perfume must have some serious aromatherapeutic properties! I bought it without testing, sprayed liberally on cold November morning and rushed off to work. The scent that surrounded me that day was one of the prettiest, most mood-lifting things I have ever smelled!
Fizzy, fruity cocktail with a hint of vanilla. Sour tangerine dominates for good few hours then it softens
and is slowly replaced by soft flowery notes. Delicious and subtle.
It’s neither unforgettable, unique nor groundbreaking composition. But it will make you feel fresh, confident, comfortable and at least 10 years younger.

Based on EDT concentration.
Fragonard Belle Chérie opens with sweet mouthwatering tangerine and crisp carambole. The fruity notes soon become creamy as vanilla, sandalwood and heliotrope come to play. They provide a smooth base, but don’t overpower the whole scent. With time, jasmine and lily of the valley complement the fruity elements. Belle Chérie remains a carefree fruity fragrance throughout, but never becomes saccharine candy-like.
The sillage is relatively close and the longevity is around 7 hours. Belle Chérie is a solid fruity fragrance, lighthearted and playful. It will be a lovely casual fragrance for warm weathers.

My mom gave this to me. The first thing I think when I smell this is “tropical” – although I cannot make out what exactly it is that smells tropical, this definitely makes me think of beaches and sweet, cool drinks. I agree that this is somehow similar to Nina by Nina Ricci. They both have a very sweet candy-like smell, but while Nina has a very strong smell, Belle Cherie smells very sweet, but the smell isn’t very strong. I Find Nina quite one-dimentional, while there’s definitely something under the main, sweet smell of Belle Cherie. Belle Cherie smells nicer to me than Nina. I would buy Belle Cherie rather than Nina, if I had to chose, but Nina is cheaper. Another fragrance this reminds me even more of, and is much cheaper than Nina is Passion by Avon, which have that same, star fruit top notes, jasmine and vanilla. Try Passion if you want a similar sweet, fruity, quite complex fragrance, especially if you enjoy the top notes of Belle Cherie.

On a recent trip to France, Nice we visited Fragonard factory shop in EZE. Off course we had to buy something, right. I left with Emilie and Juste un baiser also with their Royal Jelly cream and a scented Candle.
My girls the two young ones bought Mademoiselle Amour in a beautiful make up bag with a mirror. My eldest opted for Belle Cherie.
I really think she made the best purchase for her. Every morning I spray this on her before she leaves and the house is left with a beautiful scent that lingers for hours after she’s gone to school.
I am in love with Fragonard perfumes now. I love my choices, and the girls. They all have distinctive character and are very enjoyable to smell. They develop nicely through out the day.
Belle cherie is a sophisticated enough perfume with a musky feel, while still remaining floral, fruity and sweet.

This is a sweet fragrance, suitable for ages up to 25
It lasts longer than your average edt and has good sillage
My bottle turned bad after 12 months though but I didn’t have it completely away from light

I was introduced to this sweet, lovely fragrance at the Fragonard Musée du Parfum in Paris. The guide said around 90% of women loved this perfume. Well, I quite agree with her. And, yeah, I love wearing it all year round.
vik177 – :
Lovely and joyful. It’s fruity and sweet, it smells like a sunny summer day. At the same time I can smell vanilla notes which make it sweet as an fruit pie. It reminds me of Nina – Nina Ricci.

I received this as a gift. When I first sprayed it on, my initial thought was that this was a heavy one. It opens up strong. But then comes the drydown and it softens up. The drydown is lovely! It’s softsweet and a bit powdery with a hint of orange. It does remind me of another perfume but I don’t know which one. There’s a note which makes it a bit more interesting than other perfumes, I think it’s the carambola. To smell it you really have to press your nose against your skin, it’s like a secret note, for those close to you!
Sillage is good, about lastingpower, to me it smelled a lot softer after a few hours, but when I woke up the day after I could still smell it, so I would say very good!
Maybe not ideal for hot summers, more for colder days and evenings.
Raf02 – :
This is another fruity floral scent from Fragonard. It’s fresh and warm at the same time, very likable but not special. The dry down reminds me of Belle de Nuit also from fragonard which smells like J’adore by Dior. It smells like many other modern perfumes out there.

my mom traveled to Europe and told me she brought this one for me.. I hope I like it 😀
