The comment above should be for a different fragrance! They must have gotten a bittle that was labeled incorrectly.
Bella Jade is so pretty and feminine.
I didn’t tell my husband I had it on and he commented how good I smelled! He told me this was his favorite fragrance and not to use anything else! How can you go wrong with gardenia & jasmine? It is a wonderful scent. Go to your local health foods store or Target store and try a tester. It made a believer out of me!

This was a blind buy for me. But I thought that with the combination of scents listed in this perfume’s description (grapefruit, lotus, jasmine, and gardenia), it couldn’t possibly smell bad. Somehow I was wrong. Horribly wrong. Given the supposed ingredients, the smell of this stuff defies all explanation.
At my first sniff from the bottle, I knew something was strange. I dared to put some on my wrist and was immediately reminded of a campground. There was a scent kind of like pine trees, forest brush, and red soil baking in hot sun and dry, dusty mountain air, and that part was kind of pleasant. But there was a notable undercurrent of funk, and I think that’s why I was reminded of a camp ground rather than a forest; this perfume includes smoke and outhouse smells. And the longer it was on my skin, the stronger those smoke and fecal smells got. As it morphed, I was briefly reminded of incense (that smoky smell developing), then of my step-grandma’s house (she’s a heavy cigarette smoker), and then the fecal notes became more pronounced and the smell was just completely foul.
I have no idea what could have happened here. Did I get a bottle from a bad batch? Do they all smell like this? I really wanted to like this brand since it’s all natural (that’s why I tried it out in the first place), but there’s no way I’ll be purchasing from them again. Frankly, I’m horrified.
EDIT: I’ve since had some friends sniff the bottle. They say it definitely smells like an old lady. None were inspired to try it.
