Description
“In the early 1900s, a small band of explorers set out to climb each of the 46 peaks in the Adirondack Mountains. With only 12 set trails, the moutaineers were the first to forge new paths through uncharted terrain, inspiring thousands to follow in their footsteps. Rooted in the essence of adventure, Batch No. 46 captures the energy of great outdoors. With a rich blend of warm woods grounded in dark amber and musk, this rugged scent symbolizes courage with a fearless drive to reach new heights.” – a note from the brand.
Batch No. 46 by Abercrombie & Fitch is a Woody fragrance for men. This is a new fragrance. Batch No. 46 was launched in 2015. The fragrance features black amber, musk and cedar.

This was released at the same time as Endeavor. It has much better longevity than Endeavor! It has a woodsy, soapy (barber shop) type of smell. A clean woodsy daytime fragrance that will last at least 3-4 hours, in my experience.

I just got a bottle. The opening is great. Maturity. I know A&F won’t disappoint

Old man’s scent. Very woody, dark. It smells okay, but not my type of scent. It’s like standing in the forest, with an intense smell of amber (too much)
Scent: 4/10
Sillage: 5/10
Longevity: 5/10

This fragrance is almost, if not exactly, the same as Ruehl No.925, the signature fragrance of the now defunct A&F brand, Ruehl… which is itself very similar to YSL Rive Gauche Pour Homme.

Tested this one out a few days ago. I enjoy it more than anything currently in the A&F store. Reminds me of Woods or at least from what I can remember Woods smelling like… So maybe that means people won’t have to dish out an unnecessary amount of cash on Ebay. Lasted a good 6-8 hours on my wrist. Potential keeper.
