As dr.astrov has said below, this is a simple, linear scent, quite fleeting on its own, but it could be used for layering. I can smell cranberies and just a little bit of mint in the drydown. On my skin it doesn’t last more than two hours.

Marvellous Berries is, as expected, a light and completely linear fragrance mainly consisting of quite tart (as opposed to sweet) cranberries and little else. Amazingly, I only paid £2.50 for it as part of a special offer on the Yves Rocher website. As nice as it is, I probably won’t wear it on its own, but I think it will make a great layering base for when you want to add a fruity note to those darker woody or oud fragrances. I’ll be experimenting a lot with this one!
