Description

“When you think of perfume its impossible not to think of France. This is our house scent, inspired by the film Sabrina, where the heroine goes to Paris an ugly duckling and returns to America an elegant, desirable woman.

I wanted to create a fragrance that you would imagine real Parisians wearing, rather than the old traditional French fragrances or modern American single notes. I liked the fresh soft lemon opener and the floral heart, but was very proud of the elegance in the fennel flourish. Just foodie enough to make you smell ‘good enough to eat’. The rose and fennel have a clean musk note making this a light, understated fragrance,” Mark Constantine.

This is a hard scent to describe. I have a hard time picking out notes, but I get a scent that’s sort of sweet and sort of spicy. I may be smelling lots of fennel too. Ultimately this scent is a bit too sweet for me, but it does have tremendous depth.

This sits very citrusy and strong with fennel on my skin, with very little of the rose shining through. it doesnt seem to last very long on me, either, which ive never had with any of lushes before. pleasant to wear, but quite simple.

Upon first spray very citrus with a hint of something like ylang ylang or pachouli.
When this tones right down it is very nice but none the same reminds me of Quorum aftershave. I definately remember a boyfriend smelling like this. It will put all of you off me saying that but it is nice and unusual with it.
Musky Grapefruit tones and yes very classic French daytime chic. Very fresh.
It smells like a lighter Dolce Vita for women/ Quorum for men.
    Could easily be unisex.

This what I would call a typically classic fragrance, there are no real obvious smells in there, it just smells scenty! Although I do get the initial hit of fennel/soft aniseed.
Many of the BNTBTBB scents are too much for me, they seem strong and sometimes way too medicinal in a strange way…..But if you find one that you love, the staying power is phenominal…you can have a shower and the scent will still be there! Good if you like it….bad for those mistake tester squirts!

I think this is a very elegant perfume, with a lovely citrus and anisic lift in the top notes, drying down to a slightly animalic jasmine and rose. If you like classics like ‘Joy’ and ‘First’, you’ll like this, as I do.

Cloudy fresh fizzy lemonade and Love Hearts sweets. YUMMY!
    Super sweet and fruity.
    I LOVE this smell.

There is something very strange about this perfume, it’s something you either love or hate. Despite many reviews that claim it to smell like sparkling orange, the first notes which I can pick out are fennel, grapefruit and lemon. It’s certainly unique, and it’s easy to understand the Parisian influence behind it. I can’t help feeling though that there’s something rather snobby and pretentious about it (not entirely a bad thing) – whenever I smell it I always think of a really uptight bitchy shop assistant working in a designer boutique who looks down her nose at you as you walk in. If you’ve ever seen the US show ‘Gossip Girl’ this really reminds me of the character Blair Waldorf.
It is nice, but it’s not the nicest ‘B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful Scent’, which in my opinion is Cocktail

Lapsang souchong tea and antiseptic cream. Hit by this first vile assault, I want to scrub the offensive mix away. But wait.. before I can, it’s transformed into mouldy orange peel with an edge of forty year old talcum powder. There’s something almost pleasant about this latter stage – but not pleasant enough for me not to give this mix a thumbs down.

What a sparkling scent of freshly peeled orange! (Thanks, rebella!) B scent is a very “positive” fragrance which made me smile from the first sniff 🙂
On my skin it has the bitter smell of orange peels mixed with the smell of ripe juicy orange itself. Later some spicy notes appear, adding the light smell of cinnamon to it.
I imagine B Scent on a woman as well as on a man.
A must try for everyone, who’s looking for the orange scent in fragrances. Really great!

Do you like french movies? I do, and one of my absolute favourites are “Le fabuleux destin d’Amélie Poulain”… this could be the perfume for Amelie. It is french, charming, cherful, youthful and full of sparkle.
This perfume makes your steps a little easier and lighter, your dimples a little deeper and the sparkle in your eyes a little more obvious.
Citrus make it a good daytime perfume, but the rose and spices make it very personal, saturated and flirty. Powdery, creamy and very comforting. A must try, longlasting with good sillage.
Would suit any women, no matter what age you are, it´s kind of ageless and classic, but will at the same time boost the youthful feeling.
