Great smell. This stuff is so concentrated it feels like cooking oil between the fingers, yet it sits close to the skin very soon.

Now this is good – spicy wood, smoky licorice and a hint of vanilla, with the vetiver giving it a lovely fresh feel. I’ve tried a lot of unisex fragrances, and while some of them could definitely be worn by either sex, some have struck me as too feminine or masculine to be truly unisex. This is one that could easily be worn by the blokes or the ladies – there’s enough sweetness to stop it from feeling too ‘blokish’ and enough spice and wood to stop it from being too ‘girly’. Definitely enjoying this one. Longevity is pretty good too – I got around 10 hours.

smoky vetiver, nothing else..a very poor performer!

I’d call this one an evolution of Eccelso. I kind of see myself switching from Eccelso to Audace in a more adult stage. This is more about almond with a peppery feel, due to the licorice and surrounded by the woody part of a bean, the tonka bean. I also get vetivert and a “leafy” aspect which supports that “sparkling” feel that you get with licorice.

Ooh, this is one of the smoothest vetivers I’ve met so far. At first I even thought it might be fig tree, in a Philosykos style. They do share cedar in their notes, so perhaps the woods + green is what made me think so. It does shade into the eeriness I sometimes get with vetiver, that hint of acrid smoke, but it’s softened nicely by the anise/licorice and tonka. Lasts nicely but doesn’t overpower. Reminds me of what I liked about L’Artisan Coeur de Vetiver Sacre. I like it!

This is most definitely a unisex fragrance, smooth vetiver with delicious sweet smokiness. The sweetness continues and meets with tonka bean, which makes me soft in my knees! It’s gorgeous! The longevity and sillage and perfect! On me, it lasts around 10hrs. Compliments non-stop!

Scent – blood orange & vetiver.
Season/Time of Day – I prefer to use this one all year round, day or night.
Projection – I didn’t get noticed, I didn’t get a compliment.
Longevity – I get 24hrs consistently.
