This is pretty – what with the jasmine, pineapple, lychee and pomegranate, it could easily be a sticky, sickly scent, but the pink pepper cuts through the sweetness, and the tea gives it just a touch of sharp green, which stops this from being too sweet. The musk and sandalwood save this from being a run-of-the-mill sweet floral and give it a nice depth. It’s one of those scents that stops registering after a while, then I’ll leave my office for a bit, come back, and can smell it in the room – not overpoweringly, just a nice flowery scent. If you’re a floral-fruity fan, and especially if you love peony, then definitely give it a go. Unfortunately, after a few hours, it develops a bit of a metallic bite on me.

Pretty scent, but I find it to smell a little too synthetic an one-dimensional because it doesn’t change much from start to finish. To me it’s all litchi and peony.

I just got a sample of this. If you just smell the liquid before putting it on, you get loads of litchi. However once it hits your skin, the litchi fades pretty fast, leaving behind peony with a hint of jasmine. This is a very light, feminine floral. I do not get too much of the fruits but they are there. I can also notice the tea, sandalwood, and musk, but I feel that the peony is the star of the show. It’s a really nice light scent, but I can’t say I love it. I don’t hate it either. I just like it. I think it can be bought pretty cheap, which is nice, but my 2 mL sample should be enough. If you really like peony though, I highly recommend this one.
