The collection embraces 16 fragrances categorized in four olfactory groups (citrus, floral, oud and musk). Each group consists of four scents, while each of the fragrances contains eight carefully selected ingredients.
Arabian Amber is an exciting and mysterious scent of the Middle East, with notes of Egyptian bergamot, Atlas cedar, Mysore sandalwood, Indonesian patchouli and golden incense.
It is available in bottles of 50 and 100 ml.
In addition to creating the composition, Michael Boadi designed all the packaging as well as the logo and the branding.
Arabian Amber was launched in 2011.

Thought this would be an ideal winter scent but just the opposite.
An amber based fragrance for the spring/summer.
I catch a glimpse of the amber in the opening but it is more like a soft sandalwood on my skin. Completely non offensive and leaning more to the masculine rather than the feminine.
It is obvious that high quality ingredients are used but I would have preferred more strength. I have got edc’s in my collection that have more power.
I like it but do not love it.
Actually here in the U.K it reminds me of a Champneys collection that is available in Sainsburys called Heavenly Amber. I have the room spray and the diffuser.
If I wear Arabian Amber and sit in the same room we will compliment each other nicely!

This is my first illuminium fragrance and if indicative of the whole range then we are in the realms of stylishly sheer, almost minimal and very clean. This is not a grandiose billowing scent that wafts and seduces. It is refined and pleasant with a certain reserve that I personally find a little irritating. The spices are there to accent the green floral Woody notes which present as a unified and well blended melange. Don’t look for separate notes cos there ain’t none here. I want to stress there is nothing wrong with this scent other than its a little boring a little polite and cold and in the absense of warmth a bit of a dupe. Where is the Amber and where is Africa. A better name might be spring awakening or morning dew.

I ordered a sample of this with a sample of white gardenia petals
from Luckyscent. and Immediately fell in love at first whiff! My favorite note in all of perfumery is bergamot, and illuminum has my favorite version of bergamot in thus scent. To my nose , smooth, delicious rapturous. decadent bergamot appears first to lead a parade of enveloping, enticing, warm and velvety smooth amber and amber-related notes and gentle tantalizing hints of spices from the east. Bergamot continues to shine throughout the life of the application and not leave the beautiful amber alone. The staying power, to my nose, and the heavenly combination of notes are what impresses me most about this incredible masterpiece! The silage is great, my husband said it was strong across the room. I would wear this (and have) morning, noon and night. This would have been a perfect choice for Kate’s royal wedding, honeymoon, and rest of her life, for that matter. I recommend this amazing creation to all floral, not too spicey amber lovers.
