I just tried this at Target but I couldn’t smell anything. It was like smelling a bottle of water.

This one seems to be very popular, but I have determined that apricot notes in perfume are not really my thing. This reminds me of the sweet floral scents that were popular in the late 80s / early 90s.

I bought this impulsively at Target this week, after coming across an entire line of “Good Chemistry” brand fragrances in the perfume aisle. I am not disappointed!! Apricot Bloom has a nice, earthy scent about it, almost reminding me of a scent in the same class as my Pacifica Mediterranean Fig perfume…earthy but not pungent or like patchouli or anything that isn’t crowd friendly. It is a pretty and light wearing scent–wears fairly close to the skin after about the first hour…but it’s been 5 hours, and I still smell it on my wrists. Smells like there is honey in the fragrance as well (maybe it’s the amber I smell?)… I just can’t stop smelling my wrists!! I am totally impressed with this new line at Target…and the rollerballs are only $12.99, so I will definitely be going back for more 🙂 I liked all 9 scents that I sampled, but my favorites were definitely Apricot Bloom, Vanilla Orchid, and Magnolia Violet… I highly recommend everyone checking these great little rollerballs out! Great deals, and unique scents, I hope they stick around!

This is a nice, reasonable brand of fragrance.
It is also made cruelty free and vegan. Nice.
I am sure PETA would like this beauty brand of
fragrance.

Wow, this whole line of new fragrances sold at Target are too good to be true! And there are so many to choose from. My objective (and budget, although these frags are very reasonable) is to purchase one of each rollerball fragrance every week until I own the whole library. Then after discovering my faves I will graduate to the full size sprays. So far I have purchased Brainiac, Mineral Desert and as of last night, Apricot Bloom. I am not a fruity frag gal as a rule, unless i’m in the mood for a refreshing citrus, but oh my! Apricot Bloom is the perfect blend fruity top notes with my beloved amber lurking within. It is lovely. When I was a child and my mom bought me a much coveted toy, piece of clothing, even a Captain Kangaroo metal lunchbox, I had to sleep with it. Come on, admit it…you did it also! Cut to me at 58 years old doing the same thing with a new fragrance. If I love it, its coming to bed with me!!!! Now, now, get your minds out of the gutter, ha! Next week its Queen Bee!

APRICOT & NEROLI!!!
I don’t get amber at all in this one!
But it’s not your typical fruity/floral. That amber mixed in must give it, it’s punch!
Last about 6 hours on me!

I am so happy to see the Good Chemistry fragrances being picked up here! I’m very proud of Target for creating a fragrance line that–IMO–smells so delicious and exhibits such high quality! I hope Fragrantica adds the rest of the line, cause I LOVED GC’s Queen Bee too! I found Apricot Bloom to be juicy, fresh, and sweet, but not cloyingly sweet. The amber balances the fruit and neroli beautifully, and–even on my sponge-like skin that soaks up scent in no time–the sillage and longevity were very decent.
