I love the AV for women and Midnight Blossom, which is not listed in the fragrance base, but this one has too much of a sharp powder element for me to like it. I don’t sense the fruit at all — just powder with a hint of vanilla. Oh, well, for $10, it will make a nice gift for someone.

Decent smelling fragrance. Nothing amazing or groundbreaking but a pleasant everyday scent. It’s pretty inoffensive so deff something that you could wear to the office, however, it won’t last all day and would need to be reapplied.
I only get about 2 hours out of this. 3 at the absolute most. And the projection is perfect for office setting. Is strong enough to be noticed, but won’t fill the room or make anyone sneeze.
Upon initial blast…it smells VERY close to Britney Spears Radiance, but that only lasts about 2-3 minutes and then the Amber note starts to emerge but it comes out in a very powdery type of way. That basically sums up the scent itself. A mix of fruits and a powdery sort of Amber note.
This isn’t a love but it is an easy like.
Overall rating – 7/10
***Side note : Doesn’t hurt that you can find it dirt cheap. 😉 ***

I’ve always loved rooting for the underdog and fragrances are no different. Judging by the other reviews, poor amore gets no amore from most. I, however enjoy the scent. I have a pretty varied collection of high end to low end frags both modern and vintage, I have to say that Amore gets a spot on my shelf for the effervescent opening mandarin notes alone. Follow that up with the really refreshing apple and berry notes and I’m willing to overlook the inclusion of pink freesia in the heart (I absolutely hate freesia, but thankfully, the scent is so well blended that it makes scant appearance).
It’s a creamy, yet sparkling citrus with an underbelly of ripe fruits and soft musk. The longevity is fair—-it’s a citrus after all. I don’t expect much and at less than $7, I’m not going to compare it to a niche…in fact most niche citrus frags die honorable deaths on the skin after about 2-4 hours. Hey…it might have been a short affair but at least Amore didn’t leave me broke and stranded in Vegas. Instead it fixed me a small continental breakfast, complimented me sans makeup in the morning and left with a smile and a promise to call. What more can you ask for the equivalent in cost of a Long Island Iced Tea at a local chain restaurant? Give the poor frag a break, lol.
It’s decent. I really purchased it as a great layering piece to “lift” certain heavier pieces.
***shout out to the fragrantican Suhaesa who is the mighty layering queen. Seriously, head to her threads over in the club section on layering perfume. You’ll never look at your perfume collection the same way again and you won’t purchase frags in the same way either. I call it fragrance alchemy! You CAN turn lead into gold.***

Reminds me of the original formulation of vs very sexy. Actually smells really nice and has decent spillage and longevity. Well worth the $6.99! A nice daytime fruity-floral scent.

I love this. Its sweet and soft with Sweet berries, Citrus, Musk, and Vanilla. A bit Gourmand, Lightly floral and some Amber in the base. Lasts several hours on me. When I sprayed the top of my arms in the evening I still smelled it softly the next morning. Ordered it blind online (since I really like AV as well). I wonder if that stock is different from in stores, since it lasts a while on me.
Doesn’t smell like anything else I own

I just bought my second huge flagon of this, and there is a reason. A lot of my reviews will tell you that anything with jasmine and amber notes in it is going to end up in my collection sooner or later. I bought a gift set with lotion, bath gel and a 1.7oz bottle of Amore about a year ago. It’s still going (I don’t ever wear the same frag twice in a week) and when I spotted this huge bottle tonight at TJM for $7.00 I pounced. This starts out smelling like a fresh suntan lotion-y smell on me, but within minutes the amber elbows its way forward to the front of the line and plants itself there. The jasmine is standing in second place, foot tapping waiting to take over at any moment. I love amber frags and this one just smells incredible on me. Everytime I wear it someone says, “You smell so good!” I layer it with the lotion and it lasts at least 12 hours on me. For whatever reason, this ‘fume makes me want to put on a pair of Sperry Topsiders and bermuda shorts and hang out on the sailboat with Ted and his buddies. It’s all popped collars and summer at the Vineyard for me (at least in my imagination). This is summertime in a bottle where people pahk the cah. I love it, even though there isn’t a preppy bone in my body. This will remain in my collection as long as I can find it at a great price point.

This is sweet and pretty nice for the 30 minutes I can smell it on my skin. I wasn’t expecting much and I was actually surprised that the scent was as pleasant as it is. Its very soft and sweet. I get a berry-ish whiff in the opening and then it very quickly changes to a warm sweet vanilla candy scent. But it doesn’t last whatsoever. Seeing that it was 7$ at TJ Maxx I am not going to complain and will just keep respraying until the bottle is gone. Definitely not something I would repurchase-even at 7$.

Sweet vanilla fruity floral, if you’ve never smelled it, your not missing anything. Got it at TJ Maxx for $7.99 and I think kiristarr is pretty much rigt about this and the other scents she named. However, I beg to differ when it comes to Judith Lieber’s Topaz, which I also found there a while back, as it has something really interesting going for it.

At the end of the day, this is a product of the notorious Palm Beach Beaute, with offices in Delray Beach, Florida and manufacturing in New Jersey. Many of these straight to Marshalls juices run through them. Ellen Tracy, Adrienne Vittadini, Judith Leiber. Everything cheap and never fit to see a department store shelf. I’m from NJ, and I’ve lived in Gulf Stream, Florida, just outside Delray Beach. I suspect a mob money laundry when I smell one.
That said, it’s okay for the price. Wear it around the house. Most money is dirty, and I don’t mind helping give it a wash.
PS – I also own Ellen Tracy Pretty Petals, and the synthetic notes are very similar, quite recognizable as products of the same manufacturer.

I like this. It is a different kind of sweet. It actually came off as kind of masculine upon first spray. I then walked around and let it dry and I could smell the sweetness of the apple, vanilla and red berries in this pretty frag. It is an adult gourmand that can be worn around others and stand shoulder to shoulder with the best of them. The price was very affordable and a little goes a long way. Lasting power is ok, though, I would say 5 to 6 hours tops before fading. It is not for the lovers of the candy sweet gourmand lovers, but the semi sweet ones! 😉

Totally agree w perfumeaddiction, this is a gem! Amazing n a fraction of the price of near twin sisters: Pink Friday, Justin Beiber’s Someday, Viva La Fuicy, etc! My daughter absolutely loves it n we r hoarding this one for sure!!!

I own one bottle and saw one on clearance for $5 at TJ’s and grabbed that one also. This scent is extremely pleasant, soft, feminine. It’s a little gem – a secret illegitimate love child Vittadini does not want anyone to know about. I don’t get it. This perfume went straight from the plant to TJ Maxx. Never sold in stores other then the discounted vendors. Amore is gorgeous the best low cost perfume I think I have ever encountered. It’s a safe bet one you can spray on you anytime anywhere and not offend. Smells very close to Nine West Love Fury. If you enjoy soft light safe scents this is the one for you. For the cost you cannot beat it. Best part it lasts a fair amount also! Damn I am sticking with the cheap fragrances I seem to do better.

I have a 3.4 oz bottle of this which still has at least 3 oz of perfume left in it, if anyone wants to do a swap. It is in its original box, message me.
It is a crisp and refreshing scent, sophisticated, zesty and classy. Not for the in-your-face fruit lover, but definitely polished and classy. Lasts long, just not the right fragrance for me.
EDIT: I think I have someone who wants to swap! 🙂
