I just tried a sample of this, and at first, I really wasn’t too sure about it. It opens with a burst of tangerine, and I’m not a huge fan of overly citrusy fragrances. It does however, begin to dry down into the floral notes fairly quickly. In just a few minutes I could detect the florals, and the amber gave it a nice, light, almost powdery feel. Meanwhile the patchouli added some depth. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised by this one.

So, I recieved this free when I ordered some samples of parfumes. My husbands reaction was “wierd, that doesn´t smell like parfume”. I don´t agree, I think it does smell like parfume, just not one I would wear. There is a bitter note on my skin and it makes me think of bath-houses… So wierd. Is it a combination of tangerine and freesia that does it? Maybe it´s just some wierd reaction to my skin chemistry. It is warm though and thats nice. But I have other warm perfumes to wear so… Good bye Axis! Another wierd thing is that I can find no review on this at all! Not here on fragrantica and not if I google it. Not a popular perfume or very uncommon?
