This is me! Now I can not find it! Love it!
Help me find it

It smells so nice, bare and quiet and I really wanted to keep loving it, but it keeps reminding me of the scent of a clothing shop. this might be my nose or my skin (or both), yet I didn’t manage to love it after about 3 hours of wearing it. It’s not offensive and it’s really light and delicate, but I can’t ignore my Trip-To-Zara association.

I liked the green and clean scent it provided without having a strong sillage. I hate having a loud perfume that bothers others. This is not loud. It is a low laying scent that lacks any powdery. I found Bobbi Brown’s bath fragrance to smell too much like mosquito spray in my testing so I purchased this. I adore this perfume and the clean feminine musk smells wonderful on my skin. It unfortunately has something I’m probably allergic to since I’ve developed headaches while wearing recently.

This was another blind-buy for me in a fit of wanting to try ‘clean’ perfumes. For me, its a great ‘just out of the shower in warm weather’ fragrance, but strangely I can also imagine it being quite comforting in the winter.
I don’t get lily of the valley from this at all. Its bergamot/citrus on first spray, then quickly dries down to cedarwood and something very green, which I assume must be the violet leaf (?).
This is a light skin-scent, hardly any sillage on my skin, although good longevity up close and personal.
This is one I’ll definitely wear around the house when I want something light, clean, green and comforting.

I don’t have much to add in the review department. I always buy another bottle of this when I am out. IMO it is just so delicate and innocent. It is my favorite bobbi brown frag. I also get compliments by strangers on this one and aren’t those the best kind of compliments.

No. Scrubber. I get where they are going with this; clean and fresh, reminiscent of freshly ironed linen if the scent was a texture. But it smells like fabric softener. A little ozonic and maybe a touch of aquatic, both accords I can’t. Washed it off my arms in the bathroom of a Cheesecake Factory. That, ladies and gents, is desperation.

It’s the smell of simple and minimalist.
This coastal dune, which drops off sand, water and sea wind.
The smell of vegetation, which heats up the summer sun.
The smell of hot day on the beach.
There are so carefree and wonderful.
I would like to make this day last forever.
Smell discreet, but very charming.

I am by no means a perfume aficionado. I have been on a mission to find a signature scent. I have worn Chanel for years. Firstly Coco, which now I abhor. I think because it enters the room before I do. I have worn Chance for a number of years and blind bought ‘eau tendre’ – too powdery for me. I was so very disappointed. After testing all Chanel in all of it’s glory I became nonplussed.
Almost Bare, was a blind buy to me. Firstly, it is very green. I did not detect citrus. 5 minutes later it smelled of lime or like a gin & tonic (with a wedge of lime). This was a unisex smell to me. 15 minutes and I still detected a very green smell – more like the green from a florist shop, the leaves. At 30 minutes it was Chanel Pour Monsieur.
50 minutes later (and this perfume is very slight on the skin)my 7 year old son told me that it smelled of fresh sea water and seaweed! I did not detect this. More of a soap to me.
I am very unsure what “soapy” means. Soap to me is the odour of 1970’s soap – Lux, Imperial Leather, etc.
In this day, I would say that this is soapy in a “my husband coming out of the shower” kinda way. And now I am smelling the sea. Fresh? Yes. Feminine? I simply cannot decide. After an hour the scent is still there – not sure if I would be wafting through many rooms. It is a pity really. This would be an ‘every day perfume’ for me – school run, work, shopping. At the cost I think a slight rose wouldn’t have gone amiss.

smells too common for me, not long lasting too. not worth the budget. buy an axe or avon fragrances
than spend money with this.

I find the BB scents rather unattractive. This one smells like the other two to me: it’s almost not there and just gives you something like “fresh air”.

I tried Almost Bare today and think it should be renamed “Barely There.” This scent was so pale that it was barely perceptible. In that respect I guess I’d say it was the ultimate skin scent, cuz basically, even if you have it on, you still just smell like your bare skin.
I’m all for minimalism and can appreciate a simple fragrance, but this is so subtle that I can’t believe it’s classified as an Edp. To me, Bare is really more of a an apres bain spray and 60 bucks is an awful lot for a body spray!

A sheer, airy fresh floral that speaks volumes in a discreet manner. Starting with the luscious Italian bergmot that leads a trail of freshness from the soothing violet, leaves you feeling light and carefree. The delicacy of the muget/lily with it’s aromatherapy properties, works well with the scintilla of jasmine petals and continues with an atmosphere of serenity. The marriage of cedar and amber in the base instill a sense of pure peaceful bliss. The musk, if any is slight. The scent strength is light and the life is short lived, i.e., 3-5 hours. This is an ultra feminine charming perfume to wear on no nonsense days. I was seduced by it’s quietness.
