Description

This fragrance was inspired by Giorgio Armani’s’ holiday spent on the isle of Pantelleria. The scent of lazy summer days and freedom.
Acqua di Gio achieved its high-quality status by perfectly harmonizing aquatic notes with sweet and fruity notes of muscat grapes from Pantelleria along with blending them successfully with the freshness of pineapple and citrus notes.
Watermelon blends nicely with the notes of freesia, hyacinth and ylang-ylang. The warm, woody and musky base note remind of the Mediterranean warm temperament. This fragrance was created in 1995. The nose behind this fragrance is Alberto Morillas.

Acqua di Gio is super nineties, which is something I usually have a soft spot for, but this one takes it a little too far for my taste. I like the carefree sweet freshness of these typical aquatic fruity florals, but wearing this one is kind of like being bulldozed by it. Also, although it’s not listed in the long list of official notes, what I mostly get from the fruity aspect of the scent is melon – which in my opinion is just okay as a fruit, and not great in perfumes either. I’m glad I got to know this classic, but from this category I vastly prefer L’eau d’Issey.

Aquatic peach vodka up front. Super light clean fresh dry down BUT it becomes a skin scent on me within an hour so that’s not a very good value and I won’t bother to purchase it again.
Unisex: I would love to smell this on a man!
    Light enough for Texas summers
Similar to L’eau D’issey in the aquatic element but LD has better longevity.

Yes, I had this perfume as well, it was a pressie from a best friend. It’s a nice perfume, smells very aqua and green.

My mom is wearing this since the 90s, it is still her number one.
She is very chic woman, but in a non-conventional way. She has great minimalistic taste, she picks everything she owns with tenderness, delicacy, subtlety and freshness, but her choice is always wise and quality. She really knows how to do it, it suits her perfectly.
This scent surrounds me with childhood memories, but also with some very special femininity and respect.
However, in spite of me being emotionally attached to it, I think this is surely an iconic fragrance.
For Taurus and Pisces women especially, I would say.

If anyone is interested in a vintage bottle, I have a gift set that’s been sealed since the 90s, the lotion separated but the perfume looks flawless. PM me

It is absolutely gorgeous. Fresh and sweet at the same time. unfortunatelly quite hard to find in stores since the launch of Acqua di Gioia.

Very floral and very green – this perfume is rather sharp, but this sharpness is not unpleasant. It does feel fresh and makes me immediately think of Lily-of-the-Valley. The sharper note might be because of the vodka? Not sure.. But it is an interesting combination indeed. I believe this definitely wears better in the summer, but could also be quite nice starting early spring.

In the mid-90s, my mother was volunteering with the Environmental Club at the local college. She used to take me to the mall to promote their efforts. We’d hand out flyers, trying to get people to help plant trees and other landscaping efforts.
Back then she used to wear this perfume. I remember it lingering on her oversized cotton t-shirts, tied back with a fanny pack. I remember looking up to her when she cared so much about nature and the environment.
So for me, this transports me to an innocent and energizing time, and for that I have to like it.
It does not take you inward to intimacy and privacy, as other perfumes can do. Instead, it reaches outward to the world, on an endless oceanic horizon – fresh, bright, cool and full of energy, a sense of possibility for the future.

Lovely clean opening of musk vodka and peony underlined with citruses. As the fragrances settles, I get white florals – mostly lily of the valley and some fruity undertones.
Fresh, just slightly sweet, aquatic scent. It would definitely be my choice over di Gioia.

I used to love this fragrance in the nineties but it wasn’t mine. Maybe because I felt that it wasn’t me. I couldn’t handle white flowers on my skin very well back then, maybe because I used to live in a colder climate and I longed for more cosy, warm scents.
Now that I’m living in a warmer country and that my taste and chemistry have changed I have rediscovered it for me, and it is definitively me. White flowers are now a constant in many of my scents, no matter if they are in a fresh or warmer setting. Here the lily of the valley and jasmine are deliciously creamy and feminine and toned down by the aquatic and the green notes. This scent can really transport me to a summer day at the pool more than on the beach, it may be the vodka note or the enticing colour of the bottle but I really have to think of a swimming pool surrounded of a garden with fragrant flowers.
Because I didn’t wear the scent back then, I don’t know if it has been reformulated but so far I’ m very happy with it. I also really love the bottle in its simple and timeless design yet so feminine in the slightly round edges that remind me of pebbles.

    * These are my personal experiences/thoughts with this fragrance. Yours/others may differ. *
    Initial – peony + lemon + jasmine
Drydown – lily of the valley + calone + vodka
Duration – unknown (had to remove after 2 hours)
    Projection – soft
My Experiences – The opening of this is very pretty – a lovely fusion of peony and jasmine with a punch of lemon for freshness. Unfortunately, the drydown is awful on my skin. Somehow the lovely floral turns into a scent reminiscent of cat urine inside a bouquet of lily of the valley flowers.
Quick Thoughts – soapy, lily of the valley, urine, scrubber

Acqua di Gio is juvenile, with the smell of flowers, with a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. Is the scent of the young femme.
Is important to shake the bottle before using to get all the balance of the notes.
Sometimes is fresh, sometimes sweet, is the starting of the sensuality. The perfect scent for a date or before sex. Stimulant and able to be appreciated for your couple. Is a pleasure.
With not a larger longevity but when applied after bath with a high possibility to keep the sillage for a few hours. Never compare this with CK, that brand is really poor.
A real pleasure with a delicate green tone. Be careful with the bottle, is very delicate too and easy to be broken.

Acqua di Gio (for women) – this version – is a relaxing, all-inclusive Caribbean cruise in a bottle. Aquatic without too much saltiness (though a hint of salt in the air is there), green but not bitter, a touch of sheer summer florals, in a world of smell-alike-wannabes this stands at the top of the mountain. This is the “I have arrived” of feminine aquatics. Perfectly inoffensive in it’s light/ sheer composition, Acqua di Gio stands apart as the best example of this type of scent (that I am as of yet familiar with).
I recently bought mine to coordinate with my fiance when he wears the men’s version, which makes me swoon every time.
One of the gorgeous things about this scent is it’s flexibility; it’s light and unobtrusive enough to wear to any office, but opulent and refined enough to reapply before going out for cocktails at that hip, chic new hotspot.
Don’t be fooled by the pyramid, folks; there is ZERO peony in this. Literally NONE. Not in any way, shape, form, or fashion does Acqua di Gio have peony, not by any stretch of any sentient being’s imagination.
    ZERO peony.
    NONE.

    Longevity: 8/10

This is a good quality nice aquatic floral. It has a watermelony vibe to it too. I think it’s worth a try even if you don’t normally go for aquatic fragrances as it’s not just another cool water. It’s not brilliant but I enjoy it. It’s also very 90’s.

Do they have a matching Armani bikini or bathing suit to go with this aquatic fresh summer fragrance? Beautiful! Absolutely beautiful. I love the opening. Smells fresh and fruity, summery, not quite tropical, but definitely something that takes you to like a pool or beach. A pineapple and banana flavor opens this fruit juice almost like a Kerns fruit drink (remember those drinks?) sweet but it’s not sugary or cloying or candy-like. This is definitely mature but can be worn by girls in their 20’s.
Fruits give way to flowers, soft florals of peony and rose, jasmine, freesia and lilies. White florals mostly, with a soft soapy body. The florals are aquatic meaning they smell like freshly cut flowers that you put in water, in vases. This is exactly like getting whiffs of flowers in water in a flower shop. The scent is quite feminine and no way can a guy smell of this without losing testes. There is a man’s cologne version of this stuff which is quite good and more aromatic and green-aquatic a la Davidoff Cool Water. This one is strictly for us girls. The dry down is slightly musky, woodsy and warm with an amber. This is a long lasting fragrance and feels very grown up but clean, soapy, mature and sophisticated without being grandiose. This is nothing original as it does smell like 90’s fruity florals but the watery notes give it a very modern and very wearable touch. Smells great in the day time and it is soft and inoffensive so you can wear it anywhere from work to pool parties and at the beach. Summer is coming and I’m taking out my Acqua.

I had a 50ml bottle of this beauty years ago and I loved it. I went through it pretty fast because it didn’t really last on my skin and it needed reapplying after just hours. Fast forward to last month, I was talking about Acqua Di Gioia with a friend and as I mentioned Acqua Di Gio, I became a bit nostalgic and ended up ordering a full 100ml bottle, for old times sake. Same beauty, it turns out – I don’t know if it has been reformulated, because it smells the same to me, as far as I can remember. The big surprise was longevity this time – it is really good now on my skin. I sprayed it yesterday morning before work, and it was still there in the evening. Really delicate and intimate, a bit sweet yet refreshing, it is definitely a skin scent that, on my skin, performs so much better in colder weather (spring & fall) than in the summer… the same as Cacharel Noa, which is lost on me if used during summer. I’m really happy to have this again in my collection.

There was a time in the nineties, after l’Eau d’Issey came out, where everyone was putting out clean, radiant fragrances in minimalist packaging. This was Armani’s horse in that particular race.
How is it? Rather good actually. It’s surprisingly durable even on skin and it has an interesting balance between fresh tropical fruity notes and mean green florals.
Basically: a Sauvignon blanc for the nose.

Nothing wrong with this scent other than the price. I find sooo….sooo many just as nice for 1/4 the price. It doesn’t last any longer…IF as long. There are obviously many people that find something incredible about this. I’d like be able to experience what they love so much.

i dabbed acqua di gio on my wrist from a sample vial about an hour ago. ive been sitting here on computer since and i can smell no wafting at all. in fact, i can only smell it when i press my nose to my wrist and for the price you’d want it to waft some.. therefore, for me.. this ones a dud.
a big thumbs down for me.

On my skin, it doesn’t resemble Eau D’Issey at all. Good longevity (over 10 hours) with moderate sillage for more than 4 hours (I am talking about mid 90s Aqua di Gio) and on me it was an aquatic white flower combo (LOTV and jasmin mainly) with lemon and soft woods on the drydown. Didn’t get the vodka note nor the peonia. It was one of my favorites, bought 2 100 ml bottles and used for many years.

Ain’t feelin’ any love here. This was another blind buy based on rave reviews. For those people who hate Issey Miyake type of perfumes(think L’eau d’Issey), then you may not like this. Because it smells just like L’eau d’Issey. Sharp notes of Lilly of the valley infused with jasmine which reminds me at times of matcha powder or fresh cut grass mixed with sweet smelling floral(the sweetness of jasmine is dominant which smells like jasmine note found in incense). Nauseating and headache inducing to say the least.

This is one of my all time summer fragrance favorits. Have been wearing it off and on for thirty years. Always keep a bottle in my collection.

Years back, when I first came across a sample, it was a wow perfume. Loved the amber and cedar note lingering on my skin for many many hours. I had to purchase a bottle of this.
That was back in 1995. sigh… Unfortunately, 20 years later, I still haven’t finished the bottle.
I guess I wasn’t in the habit of wearing perfume like nowadays, and I fell in love other rather prominent scented niche perfumes.
I am not quite sure about floral or aquatic note in this perfume because what I like the most about this perfume was the soft amber, cedar woody note.

Un profumo che è come un bouquet di fiori acquatici.

Fresh, simple, green. The florals of the peony and lily of the valley are dominated by the “aqua” scent that is SOOOO overdone. Girl’s version of Davidoff’s Cool Water. I loved this as an undergrad student, as it was my first more expensive perfume purchase, but now I find it simplistic. I still have a huge bottle, and it’s taking me years to get through it. Nice to wear to the gym if you want to keep a shower fresh scent while running on the treadmill, or to the beach. Similar somewhat to Issey Miyake L’eau d’Issey – another aquatic floral of the same vintage. Seems like many girls in the 90’s wore one or the other if she was in to the aquatic scents. I find them both boring now. Fresh, yes, but forgettable.

  32. :

    3 out of 5

One sniff of this aquatic floral sends you right back to the beginning of the 1990´s when, together with other very similar scents like Issey Miyakes ‘L´Eau D´Issey’,
this new group of ozonic perfumes created a whole new category.
Sure, there are some discreet floral notes hiding behind the massive and totally dominating dose of Calone.
Sweet pea, freesia, peach and muscat grape makes it a more feminine composition, but as the case is with all the calone fragrances – they stand very much in the back pews.
A cool, watery fragrance with the aroma of sea spray which is best suited to wear in warmer seasons.

  33. :

    3 out of 5

This used to be one of my favourites, and still is rather… but when compared to others (niche scents and so-called masterpieces) it can come across as a bit crude. It is an in-your-face aquatic scent, but not as blatent as Davidoff Cool Water. Once you realize Acqua di Gio was never intended to be a delicately unfolding waif, you can enjoy this strong, watery, swimming-pool fragrance for what it is: fresh and relaxing. What I enjoy most is the high it throws me into. The ozonic quality makes me feel like I’m floating up in clouds, in the physical and metaphysical sense. Heaven!

    Really beautiful simple scent.
a fragrance for a woman who want smell fresh aquatic and a little bit of floral but doesn’t want to end up with CK one.
I over look this perfume all the time because I think it’s came out for so long and maybe smell like old fashion regular perfume.
so briefly it’s smell like Orange Jessamine after rain.

I first smelt Acqua over 10 years ago and shocked of how good, exciting and fresh it smelt. But at that time, i did have the habit of wearing perfum.
Time change and here i am! Sweet, cool and quite genuine melon scent explodes like a nuclear boomb on application. It slowly fades out to give place to warm woody scent. It is reasonably long lasting for EDT and the sillage during the ‘melon phrase’ is great. At first i found the top note too sharp, having applied the frangrance on my neck. Now i apply it on lower part of my body and it produces wonderful round frangrance.
Acqua is still a very unique scent even after over 10 years. I think it is becuase melon is not usual in frangrance notes, even for fruity frangrance. The most popular ones recently seem to be berry and pear.

  36. :

There is something in this fragrance that doesn’t feel quite alright for me. It almost feels like there is a carnation in the composition which definitely would not belong in there. Should be the aquatic part that bothers me; I’m usually not a fan of that kind of notes.
Apart from that it’s fresh floral, a holiday scent indeed – not too interesting but just right for your time off.
I personally would not go for it.

Acqua de Gio original from the 1990’s has been stored in my under bed drawer boxed for an eternity. I havent used it in such a long time and almost gave it away as it had fallen out of favour with me years back. So today for old times sake i thought i would take a trip down memory lane!
Its a very fresh aquatic floral for me, there are slight fruity notes there but i feel that this outweighed by the flowers.
The longevity is good, sillage the same…. Cant say i will wear it regularly. I may be available to swap this near full bottle!
    Relegated back to its box!

for some reason, this fragrance, has printed its DNA in my olfaction, as a banana scent. Remember it as very fresh and yummy fruity, with great sillage and longevity. Its a rich fragrance, its full blooded, and ripe, and a little went a long way.

  39. :

Agua di Gio is a very light, daytime scent. It blends with my skin so that I literally don’t feel the scent anymore which brings me to a point why have a scent when neither you nor people around you can smell it. It is for someone who is starting off with wearing fragrances or someone who wants to be on a safe side.

  40. :

I out grew this perfume & it is a long time since I last had some, but from memory it was a very fresh smell on me, cucumber & melon, banana, aquatic, I think it may have been the lily of the valley notes that eventually put me off it.

  41. :

    4 out of 5

Hoo wee, this is very sweet!
It starts of with a very high pitched sweet floral note, which I think could be lily and jasmine. Then it musks and sandalwoods out a bit. And the lemonade vibe pops its head up just enough to be engulfed by those very prominent sweet, sweet florals. The backdrop of ylang ylang and the amber and woods calm the sweetness down only slightly. It eventually calms down into a more woodsy powdery background, still with the sweet note hovering. Definitely not for the faint hearted, this bowls you over as soon as you spray it or open the lid.

I need this beauty back in my collection – It is wonderful. Uplifting, classy and with signature potential. I consider this to be the older sister of Tommy Girl. There’s nothing like it!

Acqua di Gio is the mother of all acquatic floral and it had a success that according to my tastes is not really explicable.
Perhaps it made a statement when it came out and it was relief from heavy notes, but at the same time it started the trend of all the floral ozonic/acquatic “acqua” thing.
New and lively at first, it became such a bore everywhere. Every woman and their sisters wore in a bottle at once squitting: “Oh, it’s so fresh and gentle! Inoffensive!”
No, it’s not inoffensive. Probably still one of the best in its kind, still killing me softly with “acqua”.
It has an interesting woody drydown that softens that brain killing piercing note, so when I used to wear it long time ago (only sometimes for fashion’s sake) I had to endure all the first stages before enjoying that soft wood. I hope they didn’t reformulate it.
    BTW what’s Musk Vodka?

  45. :

    5 out of 5

Another floral fruity fragrance I do like, which is rare. This smells very watery to me, like something out of a stocked floral area near a lake. It comes off on me as very floral but with green notes.
The top notes are peony, pineapple, musk vodka, peaches, lemon, banana leaf, and violets. I smell the peony and vodka right off the bat. The violet as well but it comes out after about 10 minutes on me. The middle notes are lily, freesia, jasmine, hyacinth, ylang-ylang, rose, lily-of-the-valley, and calone (which is a synthetic note to mimic melons). Base notes are sandalwood, amber, musk, cedar, and styrax (which are a woody resin).

It is not discontinued, just harder to find it nowadays. You can get it in big stores or in duty free in almost all countries airports. It’s still on Armani’s website and you can get the perfume. Mine was made in 2014.
By the way it is not even close to the scent of Acqua di Gioia. When I couldn’t find Acqua di Gio I’ve tried Acqua di Gioia and was really disappointed…
I really like the perfume. My sister bought it for herself but apparently it has something that she had allergy for and she gave it to me when I was quite little. It’s totally different on me. On me it’s ocean and jasmine garden and I like it. On my sister it is not a garden but little dark room with jasmine and ylan-ylang all over it.
It’s quite unique scent with many ingredients and smells so it’s amazingly different on different persons and not everyone can wear it and smell it. I’ve noticed that some people are much more sensible to it than others. Never had this with other perfumes. Maybe it is because of lily’s scent.

Since I wear Aventus and its done so well for me my gf has been wanting a fragrance thats her “AVENTUS” so to speak so last week we went to Macys to sample a few frags.
And we tried a few frags but the female version of ADG seemed to blow the competition away !
Its a beautiful blend of freshness, light cirtuses and floral as well as some nice woody notes in the background to add some depth. This is a very similar to the mens version but while the mens version gives off a playful more casual vibe the womens version to me anyways gives off a playful vibe but also a more elegant vibe. In a nutshell this fragrance is beautiful and is a must for the warmer weather !!!
This actually lasts my gf 6-8 hours and projects pretty well on her for 4 of those hours.
Id rate this fragrance a very solid 9 !!! This and the female version of Issey Miyake are my 2 favs as far as my personal fav scents I like smelling on women

Just received my ADG I bought from online.it’s rejected product but original and I got the tester for only $18. this is the real smell of sea water. Imagine walking on the beach in Bali (I’m Indonesian) with breeze and Balinese traditional music. Floral and watery. And also casual enough for any occasion or office day time wear. Oooh how I miss Bali.
Update : I notice that actually this is smells like air freshener. probably it was the best on 90’s, but I buy it in 2014 where air freshener and detergent could smell like high end perfume nowadays 🙁 so sad that I smell like stella air freshener

The way this perfume changes is lovely and it also responds to heat in the nicest of ways. Many hours after applying, the top notes long gone, I will be outside in the summer warmth and get the most beautiful rose fragrance and that alone is why I love this perfume.
I have been wearing this for ten years with great love. To me this is neither aquatic (well, a tiny bit, but not overly) or Mediterranean, (whatever that is, I’ve never been, but tend to think rosemary and lemon)
I have been looking for years for a perfume to surpass this for spring/summer, seriously I don’t love all the notes, but can’t find one. Maybe it’s like marriage!

A pleasant aquatic smell but I am very dissapointed I cant get any wodka or citrus.

Just smelt it in a local store looking for a fresh summer scent and really am in love I think! To me it starts fresh and strong. Vodka and lime! Then the flowers burst out together with aquatic notes. I can’t recognize all of them flowers, but in the beginning I noted a little Hyacinth and Fresia together with a very beautiful Jasmine. The Jasmine stayed with me the whole driedown together with light woodsy notes.
It slightly reminds me of a very luxury soap too. The freshness, the flowers… WOW. Why didn’t I find this one before?
And… another perfume from Alberto Morillas that I like. Al the perfumes he blends seem to go well on me.
Because it is still sold here in The Netherlands it looks like it has not been discontinued here. It is rather expensive though.

Just wanted everyone to know this fragrance is not discontinued.Armani website,Ulta beauty and Macy’s.com all still carry this in all the sizes.I tested this at Ulta and it did not smell rancid or old.I smelled tropical breezes, ylang ylang.jasmine, sweet pea with some watery fruits and a lovely soft sandalwood drydown. This is much better than the new Acqua di Gioia which is too sharp and not as feminine on my skin.Beautiful aquatic fragrance with a soft warm sensual drydown.I will be purchasing this for my aquatic summer fragrance. This is a breezy, tropical aquatic perfume!Love it!

I went through more bottles of this than any other!
I don’t quite understand why wonderful scents get discontinued and hideous celebrity frags inundate the market.
I think it’s risky to order discontinued perfume online because you run the risk of getting old rancid bottles.
This was a classic that should have stayed!

When I was a child, most perfume that were around (or at least those that were caught on my radar) were very heavy fragrances that everyone can smell when you walk into a room. Then I read about this perfume, saw the picture and the ad on a magazine and I realized if there is a perfume like this I maybe able to enjoy it. I wanted to have it quite badly in my childhood into early teens, but it was a bit too expensive for me to get in my hands then. Then I found other perfumes in the meanwhile and I forgot all about this. Now that I can afford and want to smell it again, it disappeared from the market. I think I have tried it somewhere but I don’t remember the smell. I’d love to try again. Please don’t tell me it smells the same as Acqua di Gioia? I tried it and didn’t like it at all.

One of my personal all time favourites. Fresh, acquatic & feminine. Each time I smell Acqua di Gio, it reminds me of summer. This perfume is really hard to get these days, but I recently got a 50ml bottle from a European website & am using it very sparingly!

    Dear Readers,
I will miss this perfume since its has become discontinued now and this has a personal endearing memory attached to it since this is or was my sisters day signature perfume since its arrival in the scene .
I remember this perfume arriving in the 90’s and I was a young teen then and my sister had her this aquamarine perfume, im not sure if her boyfriend gifted this for her or she bought it and brought her a boyfriend?, either story this perfume was very beautiful on her , because she smelled like the perfume but the sea spirit of the perfume possessed her and they became one , she did become a captivating sea maiden when she wore this and always got complemented and got herself a man , what a perfume !.
So I went to try it myself and well I must say it did not brought me to catch of the day but it was very friendly on me and it reminded me like a glittery gold by the sun upon a beautiful sea and playing with dolphins in the waves and being kissed by the sun , a truly lovely experience but I know that I could never wear this for two reasons:
    1. I loved L’eau de Monteil more.
    2. Its my sisters perfume and I honor that.
But this fragrance is truly a lovely fragrance to behold since its one of those legendary aquatic fragrances since Mr Armani truly captured the sea in a bottle, but not any sea scent but of a virgin sea from a lost age where the earth was young and humans were meek and not powerful to pollute the seas with waste and sins, for this aquatic scent is truly beautiful and mythical , a lovely gift for your aquatic special someone or your own inner water spirit , I and my sister lament that this fragrance is being discontinued and who ever owns this perfume is truly a sea treasure !

This was a gift. While I know this perfume has some cult following, personally I dislike it. It stings my nose, I find it a “raspy” smell.

This perfume reminds me when I felt I was finally budding into womanhood (I was a late bloomer). Fresh, jovial, adventurous, feminine, understated and sweetly humble…it matched me perfectly. This was not an ”in your face” fragrance, it was more of that good girl type fragrance, shy and sweet. On me, this was a lovely perfume which was pure pleasure from first spritz and throughout. The sillage was kind with those that had sensitivities and lasted a long time (about 8 hours).
It is versatile enough that you can wear it at the workplace or on a date. I wouldn’t file this fragrance under ”seductive” at all, however…my exes (used to) and current boyfriend seemed to really wanna keep their faces close to me when I’d wear it. I dare say that in all my years of working in a perfumeria, there was NOTHING that smelled like it, so if you’d like to sample something quite unique for its time, this is well worth a try.
It is just a very pleasant fragrance and it makes me feel like some lovely mermaid having her happy moments on earth still smelling like her home…an exotic, serene, crystal blue sea.
BTW, if anyone wants to get rid of their AdG…send me a message! I’ll gladly adopt it XD

It has its cult following, but it has aged now, so I personally am not crazy about it, although in summer, it would be enjoyable to wear..typical Morillas creation, soft, a bit sharp, more mature also..just a nice one from the past!?
    Almost unisex .

Love it to death. I wear this since I was 13 and now I’m 21 and I still love it. It has a slightly tomboyish scent that is light and crisp (I hate sweet perfume). This stay on me really well and it lasts on my clothes for days although the smell altered slightly but the evoluted scent is still alright. In short: it is just a pleasant, summer scent.
Side note: I use to think that this is men’s perfume (I thought the female version is Acqua di Gioia) and kind of sad that I actually use men perfume, but how stupid I am there is two version of Acqua di Gio, the blue bottle for women and white bottle for men 🙂
