… though marketed for women , found it more masculine … anyhow , applied 5 hours ago and feel it everytime I breathe … fresh without citric notes , a good option …. if temperature rises a bit , so does Accord …
… mate and ambrette dominate , to my nose , also spices … gets sweeter with temperature raising …
… second day , tried with less applications …less present , but aleays there … mate , ambrette … smells of teas , of the leaves and infusions , harvested cereals , dried herbs … someone sugested fig …perhaps a sugestion now and then …

Very similar to Gucci Pour Homme II. With a dash of violet and white flowers making it slightly more lighthearted.
Decent for the price point, but GPH2 being such a boring and over used everyday scent, dunno why Zara targeted to emulate it for this line. Also you can grab a bottle of GPH2 within the same price range – though I’d prefer this over the original.
Either way, uber far from niche or exclusiv.
Recipe:
5 part GPH2
1 part Sander for Men
Stir light, serve quick.

What a fresh take on the Woody Spicy category! I am into the woody, oriental perfumes like Oud Wood from Tom FOrd lately, so I was curious to try this.
It is a very suitable scent for warmer days, without giving up that punch that you get with the deeper Woody tones. It is fresh and bright, almost fizzing in your nostrils. It quickly settles into a nice, comfortable scent which smells mostly like cedar to me. I have had in on my arm for a little over 4hrs now and while it sits very close to the skin, it is definitely still noticeable. I think you can’t really complain about lasting power if a 100ml bottle costs 16€. Just spray every couple of hours and enjoy it all again!
‘Woody’ smells very clean and light, but without the citrus scent you usually get when thinking of those adjectives (I am not a huge fan of citrussy edt’s so this is a brownie point in my book)
It is advertised as a fragrance for women but could absolutely work for men as well. In fact, my SO is wearing it right now and will certainly use it as a lighter variation of his Burberry London. The overly masculine tones in this are not present, so don’t be afraid you will smell like a man. You will just smell fresh, put-together and polished. It doesn’t shout “perfume”, it whispers elegance. And all of that in a huge bottle for a price that can’t be beat.
If you are hesitant about blind buying this, I can highly recommend it!

I love all of the 4 Zara Accord line. Somehow they resemble a niche collection and the quality of perfume is just as good with the huge advantage that their prices are a fraction of any niche line. I approached the shelves of Accord line with doubts and reservation because of all Zara’s problem: their bad quality drydown which makes each of their perfume smell the same. But not this line. I tried first the Wood Accord and quite liked it. It smelled so watery and airy, green and ozonic like fresh spring, joy in a bottle. But still I had smelled a lot of aquatic perfumes and this didn’t particularly affascinate me. The big surprise came hours late when I got to smell this wonderful fresh, watery, sweet scent that came from my pocket where I had placed the scented paper strip of N3 Wood. It was like nothing I had ever had the chance to experience before, a different and distant yet familiar fragrance that made me smile instantly and filled with joy like a child. I love the aquatic group but this perfume is so much more than that, it’s so many undescribable things at once, a dewy bouquet of fresh spring flowers that never lose their fragrance and you just want to inhale the magnificent aroma. I also smell a note of tobacco that confers a masculine aspect to the fragrance.
The quality of this perfume and generally of all this line is very good for a Zara perfume and longevity and sillage are just as formidable. If you want to smell good for hours without having to spend a fortune on perfume than all of this line will do.

I love it!!!
It’s so refreshing and smells amazing
To me smells pretty similar to CH men Carolina herrera but less sweet and more green
veja – :
It starts with the green note for 30 minutes then slowly reveals its subtly fresh. Its a spring in a bottle.

A dead ringer of B by Balenciaga during the beginning and mid stage. I love B and was excited to find a true enough “dupe” that’s at a fraction of the price of the original… except after 8 hours it got my boyfriend’s attention: “What did you put on your skin? Perfume? Don’t buy it.” I sniffed again and apparently Accord 3 had dried down to a weird plastic smell.
Guess I won’t be buying it ._.

This smells like a niche scent, much more expensive than it is. It layers really well with green scents like Cristalle and Cristalle Eau Verte but also smells lovely on its own.
The lasting power isn’t brilliant but at £15 for 100ml you can’t really grumble.
It’s totally unisex but unlike a lot of unisex scents I don’;t feel that it’s too masculine for me. It’s one of those scents that takes on the personality of the wearer – you will wear it, it won’t wear you.

Went to store after seeing some reviews on youtube. Sprayed to test longevity, which is around 2 hours on me at 35C+. So I decided to return and buy it, it’s no brainer for this price.
About the scent: At the start it’s spicy, musky, after a while (~15m) the fig note (not listed, but it’s obvious) opens up and dominates the remaining time, later as it becomes a skin scent and hints of vanilla and floral notes appear. The fig is less sweet than in Zara Fig, the composition of this is more balances and makes it more wearable indoors.
On my other wrist I sprayed Valentino Uomo Intense and the longevity is the same of the 2 fragrances, when both became skin scent, is prayed Accord3 on top of the remnants of the other, and it’s BAM! Insanely nice. It gives this a darker, sourer tone and pumps up the original strength of Accord3.
Ksiusha_pa – :
Nice fragrance except it become a skin scent just after 15 minutes you apply it.
Right after the first spray i get vibes from Fahrenheit, then all i can smell is a fig note, although it is not listed among the component notes.

Another very good perfume from Zara

Very similar to the beautiful B. Balenciaga, as others have noted…perhaps not quite as long lasting but who cares when the price is so appealing? Fresh, dewy notes and very unisex with a light woody dry down. Lovely stuff.

I’m a regular sniffer at Zara and I know their style is to produce fragrances that smell like some popular designer ones but at much lower prices. This is the first time I tried a Zara perfume at the store, bought it and wore it consecutively for 5 working days and then went back to buy a 2nd bottle.
Zara Accord No.3 Woody is the most gorgeous scent I’ve ever smelled in years. It smells like an expensive niche perfume, even more impressive than Creed or Jo Malone. The best thing about it is, I can spray it generously and not get tired of it or find it cloying like many others. I find it unisex although it’s marketed as a feminine fragrance, but that doesn’t mean it is less feminine. The special effect this has on me is it is like a soul mate who understands my body chemistry and complements me.
Update: I was back at the store the 3rd time and sniffed all their men’s fragrance hoping to replace my hubby’s Dsquared. I got Vibrant Leather

I am amazed, this is just one of the best scents I have tried lately. I didn’t expect something so good from Zara, when I tried Zara’s scents at the store. It’s exactly like Balenciaga’s B, which is an expensive fragrance and one of my favorites. Just as good.
In my opinion it’s not woody at all. It’s fresh and uplifting tea scent with light floral and grass notes. That’s how I sense it. A perfect scent for summer and spring. Suitable for daytime and very good for a work scent. I consider it light, feminine and elegant as well.

This is awesome! I am a man, and this fragrance, which is supposed to be for women, works very well for men, either. I guess the mate is a kind of black tea, ’cause in the heart, the trail is very close to Gucci Pour Homme II. I adore this, perfect for this late spring and autumn. Fresh, clean, bright, without any citrus note. I do agree with Plantus, unisex 100%!!!
antoninak – :
Beautiful fragrance, I got it after I’ve seen Steven (Redolessence) and Hanan (The Broadwalk) reviews on YouTube.
I must say I really enjoy it also, is very refreshing without begin citrusy or aquatic.
For me this smell like a walk in a beautiful park, fresh cut grass and blossomed linden after a night of heavy rain.
The violet and the tea are the most pronounced notes, the freesia and apple are mostly in the opening.
I don’t feel self conscious wearing this women’s fragrance, in my opinion is 100% unisex.
