I smell bitter citrus notes complimented with tea! It’s fresh and sweet but not in a juicy way. I wouldn’t say it’s deep but there’s a slight smokey, woody edge that I like.

it just crossed my way at the drug store and i fell in love with it… again 4711! they know how to revitalize the antique formula, they give it a very modern twist, it opens fresh and fruity, but it’s not that sweet like many modern fresh citrusy scents are. it has a deep and smooth and woody dry down. it’s still bitter and woody, it reminds me of English bitter orange jam, but not sticky at all! After all it is still an eau de cologne, but it stays longer on my skin than the classic 4711.
