In 1999, Yves Rocher’s catalogue specified its notes :
“Bergamote de Sicile, anis étoilée, feuilles de figuier, feuilles de violette ; myrrhe, patchouli d’Indonésie, vanille”

I’m looking for a small bottle of this perfume. If anyone has it and would be interested in an arrangement please let me know! Thank you!

I have several bottles of this fragrance but until now never managed to test it or wear it. Now is the perfect day to give it a try: it´s +3´C and quite chilly but sunny at the same time.
I always thought this perfume had a patchouli in it, do not know why, but it turns out it has no patchouli at all. At first i can smell a citrusy wood with a bit of spices. Smells quite different from what i have been expecting. I even didn´t find it the most pleasant smell i have smelled, since it was way too sour for my taste (might be also the fact that it was the very first spray from the bottle). Lucky for me it quickly passes by and it turns into a lighter version of cult classic “Theorema” by Fendi or Nina Ricci´s “Belle de Minuit”. It has that combo of notes that smells like a spicy gingerbread (hello floral-woody spices). A very pleasant one indeed and bit more peppery than the “Theorema”, softer sillage but the vibe is still the same. It brings me into an early christmas mood, which i love! Glad to have it!

I had this back in the day, my mum did a bulk order from yr and I had this and shafali fleur rare. I loved this but dident relaise at the time how much until years later now its almost impossible to get. I recently tried YSL black opium and something about it smelled like how I remember this to smell, I don’t know if its the coffee note or the spicy note but there is definitely a similarity

It is spicy but at the same time fresh and gentle. It is like citrusy cinnamon… and I like that very much here. The citrus goes a bit in the direction of the “orangeat” (those candid citrus things in pastry) so it isn’t a hesperid citrus and more like foody/sugary citrus. I like it that way : It could be an oriental but instead of being heavy it is a fresh oriental with enough spices and white woods to carry depth 🙂
I wear it if I want fresh but at the same time an oriental. Pitty it is so rare now…

The millenium scent!
The bottle was shaped like the Folies de Saisons bottles, the perfume itself was a rich, woodsy, feminine scent with a champagne-like sparkling note to it.
There were some faint fruit and floral notes but I cannot single out any of them.
I recommended 2000 et une Folies to anyone who liked Nature Millénaire (2000 is lighter and less gourmand, though) or Délires d’Automne (2000 is lighter and more transparent, though) of the Folies de Saisons range.
I have secured me one more bottle of this now never-to-be-found-again fragrance and I still like it a lot!
