I like this one a lot. It has class name nobile comes to mind. It is a very unusual rose here almost like rose with sugar powder so yes it is sweet for sure. It reminds me of Turkish delites they smell almost like it. At the same time the scent is not juvenile at all just the opposite. When develops it has powder not too much and not too little just right. It is not offensive and will not knock out people around you. It is not similar to anything I know it is quite unique. Very feminine and the sugary rose is the main player. For women who like sweet powdery perfumes. You have to wait for development for about 15-20 min do not judge by first spray. Lasting power is quite good on clothes stays forever until wash so if you are one of those who likes switching between perfumes depending on mood and temperature outside I would recommend spraying on skin. It is not heavy at all and not from “fresh” category.

I have this and can’t wear it. If anyone wants to buy it, please PM me. It’s over 75% full.

To me it smells like expensive lipstick from 80th and some lovely powder from the same era. After 20 minutes roses coming out, after another 40 minutes coming elegant musk and hint of vanila….then sandalwood,
3 hours later it still smells lovely soft and pleasant. Not “chemicly” at all.I would prefer this one over nowadays perfumes for sure.

its sooo powdery with an overwhelming musky feeling. Perfect for winter due to its elegance and warmth.

It’s a very very powdery fragrance. The entire middle phase is pure sweetened powder. It starts a little strong/outdated, with spicy carnations (???) according to my nose, although those aren’t listed in the notes. Once the spices subside, it turnes powerdery and sweet. This must be when the sandalwood and iris kick in. In the drydown I get a powdery vanilla. Overall it’s a very opulent, “female”, womanly, voluptuous scent. Not for little girls for sure. There is something in it that reminds me of Chloe Love, but that one is more youthful. This doesn’t have the sparkle, but it has the curves. Somehow I envison the ladies from Marlyn Monroe era smelling like this. Very elegant, long lasting, good projection. A good quality perfume, classy and mature.

This one is a special one. This really is a perfume! It’s projection, lasting power….it’s power in one word is unbelievable! It’s power ( not it’s smell ) is similar to Armani’s She or even TM’s Angel.
Like someone mentioned before it’s a heavy one, but such a beautiful perfume. It’s a powdery, sultry perfume. But like the bottle implies, you should use it if it were the most precious golden liquid, just a little! Do not even try to wear it on a summer’s day, maybe a summer evening but only if your chemistry allows it. More suitable for colder days.
If it suits you, people will want to know what you are wearing, because it’s such a different fragrance. It’s a statement perfume. Dare to wear! 🙂

My Mom bought this for me when she sent to Rome in 2001. I have tried to wear it, but something in it wears me out! I like the fragrance, but it seems heavy to carry and it makes me feel tired. Sounds odd. I could not bear to just get rid of it, especially since I think it is hard to locate. SO I put it in my husband’s fragrance shelf and it smells wonderful on him! He is a big, strong man and can easily “carry” this heavy fragrance. Actually, it smells very powdery on him–go figure. Who says “chemistry” doesn’t play in how a fragrance smells! The fragrance lasts all day until he showers in the morning.

Please! kan anybody tells me where I kan find it to buy?
First time I bought it in Santorini in Greece and I felt in love with this perfume at once and I remember that me and my husband had´nt much money on us that time but I said I would rather not eat dinner this evening BUT I have to buy this fantastic perfume. So I bought it with the rest of the money I got on me 🙂
This was year 2001 and since then I’m looking for this fragnance!!!
Please please if you know something tell me!
By the way I live in Sweden and I’m going to London soon, maybe I found there??!!

A simple, straightforward, elegant fragrance! A brief fruity opening, the orange quickly fades although the blackberry has some staying power and melds beautifully with the floral heart, in fact I’d call the blackberry note a heart note not a topnote here.
The scent 20 is primarily a musky wood, the sandalwood is very beautiful in this one, warmed but not dominated by the vanilla and lifted by the jasmine and roses. I was surprised to see cedar listed in the basenotes, but that might be what I smell rather than the orris root I suspected was there.
Overall a truly wonderful sandalwood fragrance and I should really wear it more!
