A nice, gentle violet. I was surprised to see it has bergamot in it’s top notes – I’m not conscious of it, but I love bergamot so it must be part of the attraction for me subconsciously.
I can smell the berries.
There’s a nice, subtle, fresh green grass scent at the base I really like.
This isn’t a sweet, candied violets fragrance. It’s light, warm, a little bit fruity and a little bit fresh green grass. Picture a patch of roadside violets growing in grass beside ripe blackberry brambles in Summer: that’s what it smells like

Being an absolute Violet lover, I had to get it, and it’s soooo cheap. But I’m really surprised with the quality.
To me it’s mostly violet mono, beautiful, velvety, dusty, and with a vintage vibe. When I wear it I feel like a porcelain doll in a Victorian dollhouse, ruffled peticoat, white laced stockings, shiny black shoes, silk dress and hair in nice curls. Beautiful, soft but somewhat melancholic and sad (but I dont mind it, I actually love it 🙂
