I first tried this fragrance in Moscow in April and loved it at first sniff. It is unbelievably well-constructed, smooth, rich and beautiful, very long-lasting with a gorgeous dry-down. I did not buy it though since the price seemed too steep – and then came to regret it because it was not available either in the United States or in Europe. However, I was haunted by the sweet memories of this magic scent to the point that I got a friend of mine from Moscow, who is a sympathetic “perfumaniac”, to but it for me. Today is the day – the Valiant Horses have made their way across the ocean into my eager hands! What can I say? To me, this is one of the most amazing perfumery creations I have encountered in my life. I am too overwhelmed to analyze it – but why should I? Olfactory bliss – this phrase says it all!
