For a budget priced fragrance,this ticks all the boxes.
The top notes are sparkling & fresh with a very sharp citrus blast!The anise & lavender being most prominent after the lemon settles down.Basil lends a clean,green/herbal freshness.
The middle notes are spicy yet green/fresh,the ginger & geranium (2 of my favourite notes) is a suprising yet brilliant combination which lingers throughout.
If you’ve ever crushed a geranium leaf to get that crisp unique scent,this note is very noticable,whithout being dominated by the spices.
The base notes are deep,warm & long lasting.I love olibanum in anything,the cedar gives a fresh clean woodiness & the amber/musk notes linger for hours.
This fragrance would be perfect for office or formal occasion day wear,or for a date/evening if you prefer something subtle.
I wore this on a hot summer day in London & lasted a good 6 hours.
The projection is good to moderate,but noticable without being overpowering.
The bottle design & packaging are very stylish,would make a great gift.
Would I buy it again? Yes!
The closest fragrance I could compare it to would be “Between Sheets” by Van Gils,but with a deeper,muskier warmth.
