Another exceptional perfume oil from Amouage focusing on the beauty of rose. The perfume combines two different types of roses (Taif and Bulgarian) surrounded by dense ambergris, beautiful cardamom, Oud, jasmine and finally artemisia to give the blend a really nice herbal touch. The perfume radiates beauty from the moment it lands on your skin. Classy without being overwhelming with a pronounced sillage, projection and very good longevity. Simply beautiful. Enjoy!

It’s a soft white rose, warmed by cardamom and transparent ambergris, underpinned by a medicinal oud whose herbal quality is enhanced by the spices, artemisia being strong in the base for me. The artemisia adds an herbal almost licorice like quality, enhancing the oud note’s medicinal aspect.
But that doesn’t really convey Tahani. I was expecting a very oriental, opulent kind of scent. This is a creamy soapy white clean scent– with a spicy oud base. It’s very light while at the same time has a strong presence. There’s quite a scent trail, someone said I smelled like rose water. Later it’s like white flowers or a well perfumed creamy soap, kind of like dove or camay in the 70s. Smelled up close the spicy oud/ artemisia is strong and well blended. The effect is light, modern and sophisticated.
To get the full effect I need at least 3 drops, on ankles, back, neck, ears, wrists, etc. Just a dab and the concept doesn’t quite get conveyed. Like most Amouage, it bears exploring.

quite smooth, sweet and amazing, totally what i’d expect from amouage. the ambergris here is mega warming and carries the rose and the oud well. not my MOSTESTEST FAVOURITESTESTEST amouage attar, but definitely worth trying if you can find it…

Tahani reminds me of biryani. I am obsessed with Amouage.
tayyiba, is ok …Not bad not a favorite.
Preferably are more wonderful Amouage attars;
Homage 10/10& tribute 10/10 leans toward masculine and just wonderful.
Al Mass is a genuine favorite of all times of all attars.
If one likes al mas 10/10then they will surely enjoy Asrar. both are leaning toward a cream confection gourmande. Al Mas is better than most fragrances very nice. If someone likes Lyric, Gold or Memoir Woman they surely may consider Al Mas.
there is shams Doha very very very nice oud. Classy smooth.
For those who like powdery and soft fragrance then Amouage Musk attar. Its a powdery musk.
Amouage Sandal. Al Mas. Sandal is a beautiful creamy young mysor sandalwood. It opens with a hay like scent that quickly vanishes to a wonderful, amazing creamy sandalwood. Its great for laying.
Musk is used in perfumes to create longer longevity and sometimes you can use Musk under a perfume or faintly mixed in a fragrance to create a longer longevity. Amouage Musk is surely a musk of choice.

Fazli, all the ones you mention are not available are available again. I think the problem is that Amouage makes these in batches and sometimes they are in stock and sometimes not. There was a time a couple of months ago where almost all of them were out of stock but, almost all of them are back here in Dubai (including several not listed here).
