A little late to the game on this one, but being in Bolivia for the holidays has it’s perks- one of them is that I can still get discontinued VS gems, for a better price than the newer scents!
My hubby just bought this for me as a stocking stuffer, and we both love it.
It’s a a fresh, tart strawberry-rose scent to me. Perfect since I love both of those notes! It reminds me of Miss Dior Cherie or Coco Mademoiselle for that sophisticated quality, with a strong dose of feminine edge. It’s a bit stronger and longer-lasting than some of the other VS scents, which I can appreciate.
I do hope VS brings this one back so I can get it in Toronto as well!

I actually neither like nor dislike this scent. It opens as a screechy hairspray scent, then jumps to a nice strawberry leaf and chamomile scent. It stayed in that phase for far longer than I expected, before it faded to a more…shampoo-y creature. The final scent was very strawberry syrup-meets-haircair products. Champagne? Champagne bubble bath maybe. These notes really seemed like they’d be something special, but I don’t think it was a success.
As I stated in another VS review, I’m not much of a fan of the chain. I don’t shop there anymore because I’ve never had a good experience with their customer service. That, and their bras are cheaply made. /shrug That being said, I’ve been impressed with the “Secret Garden” line in spite of myself. It’s almost like real perfume!

I have a terrible secret: I love to layer this over L`Air du Desert Marocain.

An artificial strawberry scent blended with the smell of sour apple cider, supposedly representing the smell of “champagne.” Just awful.

This is my first Victoria’s Secret purchase. It was on sale at my local pharmacy for $13 Au. I only purchased it because I was after a body spray for the gym. I sprayed a few different VS body mists on a card and went for this one. I actually really love it. It seems to last long enough for my needs and is not overpowering – so perfect for when you don’t want a cloying perfume – such as at the gym or at the beach. I am now very interested in the VS perfumes – so might be visiting my city’s airport soon as that is the only store in my city. There are so many to choose from, which I think will make the choice difficult. No wonder so many girls are buying a haul of products (as seen in YouTube reviews).

Hello, All!! I worked for Victoria’s Secret during the launch of this fragrance.. To those familiar with the original release in the mid-90’s I ask is the current version the same?

This stinks, the smell is not at all clean, fresh or anything. I wouldn’t use this to even spray a room. I think this and Love spell are the worst smelling VS body mists. Love spell is just overwhelmingly sweet its nauseating. And this just smells sickening. I love pure seduction and also moonlight dream which has been discontinued or was it a limited edition. It really is a hit or miss with VS body mists and fragrances.

    VICTORIA SECRETS LEAST FAVORITES
    Strawberries & Champagne
I WISH I wish this smelled like putting strawberries into champagne.
I have done that and its’ nothing like that. This is sickly sweet and unusual with the chamomile and the aloe that do not match up with sweet strawberry and bubbly champagne. They should have kept it at 2 notes of strawberry and champagne, maybe some vanilla and musk.
But it’s a short lived scent of chamomile, aloe, and champagne with only a dash of strawberry in the form of strawberry jam. The scent is a gourmand fragrance, I suppose, but not what I expected from the VS line. This is not unpleasant but it does smell bizarre like an indie niche fragrance and not the VS scents of fruity floral notes.
The perfume has a weak projection and a short life. It’s a body mist. It also comes off as mature. The fragrance still sells at VS boutique stores but I wish they would discontinue it because it’s really one of their worst scents ever.
I had a hard time finding a place to wear it. I always wore it around older women at my mother’s yoga studio where I worked for 1 year after college. The ladies thought it was a very lovely scent and asked me what perfume I was wearing. Being that close to them in the yoga class they took whiffs of my fragrance. I told them it was Victoria Secret Strawberry Champagne. They said they’d buy it.
Good for them. More for them but no more for me!

oh my lord i hate this it actually makes me mad.
first of all it’s not a pleasant smell. it’s like one of the suffocating batiste smells. the champagne is so offensive to me, it ruins this for me.
when i smelled this i had no idea why this is a classic. or why anyone would like this. i’m so sorry i know lots of people like this smell but it’s too strong and suffocating and i agree with the reviewer below, i totally get the bug spray smell.

  10. :

Wanted to love it since I do like strawberry in perfume, but the combo with champagne= bug spray!
Wearing this reminded me of that same odor I smell after overkilling a roach.

Maybe it note of cassis playing games -but for my opinion – very unpleasant smell .wet closes?some bitter harsh accords.i bought gift set with shower gel , lotion and also edt.
Same feeling from all of them.i love fruity -aqua easy wearing fragrances :(.
But as it happened with versace “bright crystal” -my body chemistry is not right for this perfume.

Fragrance Review For Strawberries & Champagne
    Victoria’s Secret
Notes: Strawberry Champagne Black Currant Chamomile Aloe Vera
An intoxicating boozy fragrance. Smells just like when you put your nose to a glass of sparkling bubbly champagne sweetened with a strawberry inside of it. It’s not quite Yves Saint Laurent’s Champagne Yvresse or Germaine Monteil Champagne, both frags are the best as far as champagne scents, but this is not bad. It’s sweet and delicious. There are aldehydes that are not being listed on the note formula on Fragrantica but it’s not a big aldehyde content. At first you get that fruity scent of strawberry and additional fruit note of currant. The champagne takes over and smells so good while it lasts. Then the chamomile and aloe vera, which has come up in so many other VS fragrances, appears. It’s not a big player here as it would have been way too herbal. This stays bubbly, dizzying, fruity, and sweet. I love how it smells. This fragrance is suitable for junior high and high school girls starting out in their adventures in perfume.

I’ve been wearing this fragrance for over 15 years. I only bring it out when the mood hits me, or when I just need to add some zing to my day! I’m wearing it today because the weather in my town is wet and dreary. So I decided to put on a bright pink blouse and a nice skirt, and I will spread a little “Bubbly” brightness wherever I go today!

There will probably always be a part of me that loves this fragrance. It takes me back to being young and feeling like I can do anything, that the entirety of my life as a woman is ahead of me. Somehow, wearing it now doesn’t make me feel like a pre-teen even though that’s when I fell in love with it; it just reminds me of that feeling of having infinite opportunities and unknowable wonderful experiences awaiting me and the rest of my life ahead of me. That’s a lot of responsibility to place on a fragrance! Especially one that is, by all accounts, fairly mediocre. But I still think it’s lovely; it’s not overly sweet by today’s standards (though I remember it smelling sweet in comparison to other fragrances when I was a teenager). It does have a fizzy aldehydic quality (their interpretation of champagne?) that brightens it up and lends the otherwise-juvenile (deliciously trashy, in my opinion) strawberry a bit of sophistication. In my mind this is the fragrance equivalent of someone like Sally Rand or Gypsy Rose Lee: you know she is trashy and ought to be trashy because that’s what she’s all about, but you can’t help but think the overall effect is a bit more elegant than it has any right to be. I’m glad to have had the foresight to pick up a bottle on sale before it was discontinued, just in case I wanted to revisit the memories later on. It’s fun, bright, vivacious, and just trampy enough.

  15. :

I love Strawberries and Champagne (as in putting strawberries in champagne for flavor) so I hoped this fragrance would smell like that. Of course it’s not accurate but it’s just as sweet and bubbly. This is a sweet delicious smelling fragrance. I would like to know why the Victoria Secrets folks kept adding aloe vera and chamomile in most of their fragrances. For whatever reason it smells like tea! That’s not bad of course. The black currant note (another word for cassis or grapes) is very much like a fine liqueur or wine. This is a heady sweet fragrance that I feel is appropriate for parties. It’s girly and youthful but it can be all ages. The only downside is that it does not last very long. These Victoria Secret fragrances wear more like body mists so if that’s your thing go for it. I love it.

I remember being crazy over this fragrance back in high school! I would get refill after refill of this one and would keep a big bottle so that i could refill my travel sized bottle that i would take to school. I also do remember enjoying the shower gel a lot as well. Ahhh, sweet memories!
Having said that, while i still have half a bottle of the fragrance lying around in my old perfume cupboard, it’s most likely something i wouldn’t wear today as my tastes have definitely matured. It’s very light and the smell of alcohol is most certainly rampant beneath the paper-thin top layer of strawberries and champagne. As expected, it does not last very long. Still, i’ll always have good memories of this one.

  17. :

There are many VS scents that smell too sweet for me. This doesn’t. Strawberries and champagne is a very fresh, light scent, not at all too sweet on my skin. I wear the body lotion and body mist at my workplace sometimes.( I work with little children.) Mostly it its my comfort scent during the lazy days.
Sparkling strawberry, so delicious! I love the way my clothes smell after wearing this.
I know many say that women of my age should not wear this, but I listen my own nose and my own feelings.
    This is not cloying!
So far I’ve received only compliments!
VS has not been in Northern Europe for a long time, they have just recently opened up some shops here, and also in the tax free market. So, we don’t have teenage memories from them (many have teenage memories from Yves Rocher’s perfumes).

  18. :

I like this scent but it’s juvenile. Not for anyone over the age of 19.

  19. :

    4 out of 5

Very soapy and just plain awkward smelling. I’ve never smelled champagne that smelled like this. Maybe it’s just the mixture of champagne and strawberries that made me want to be sick, who knows. All I know is I cannot stand to be around this smell. It makes my stomach to flip-flops all over the place. Smells fake and plastic-y and just plain unattractive.

  20. :

    4 out of 5

To me it smells like roses and quite soapy, definitely not my type of thing, I was hoping for more strawberry with a hint of champagne.

  21. :

    5 out of 5

Very Very strong!!!! Not great longevity only about 3 hours, however this is good for a body mist. But it is just so strong which i personally love, i love people noticing me!! But do not apply more than 3 sprays at a time! Lovely scent, not quite as sweet as i was expecting from the name but it does smell like champagne!
    Scent: 8.5/10
    Sillage: 10/10
    Longevity: 7/10

  22. :

    3 out of 5

To me it smells like old roses, but not in a bad way. I don’t get the champagne in it.. Just roses and strawberries. To me it’s a floral scent. And I like it, it’s fresh and sweet.

  23. :

    4 out of 5

i already made two reviews about this one, a while ago, and today i smelled it again (a friend of mine have it).
Smells like bad choices. Like hangover and cheap champagne spilled on the floor. Like i just woke up from a night of partying really hard and now i have to deal with my (bad) choices from last night.

  24. :

This fragrance holds a lot of nostalgia for me because it was my first VS scent, and I got it while in high school. I appreciate it so much more now than back then because it was a hard time in my life, but owning this scent made it better. It was the best when it was a part of the Garden Collection-it smelled sweeter. New packaging and naming doesn’t always mean improvement, but the old garden version was great! This is a love because of nostalgic reasons.

  25. :

it smells fizzy and not strawberries, but i actually like this scent! theres something about it…its fresh and fun

  26. :

Smells like air freshener to me. Can’t make out any strawberries, it just smells very florally.. Gave this away to my sister.

  27. :

    3 out of 5

Hmmm I am divided on this one. I blind bought the perfume after smelling the lotion. The lotion was so nice. In hindsight I should have bought that instead. It smells creamy and fresh. The perfume is very different. At first blast I smelt strawberries and I loved it then the champagne came in. Strong. What’s left is literally champagne and strawberries. I was imagining more of a strawberry smell however its literally like the smell of champagne or white wine with a small piece of strawberry inside the glass. That’s the best way to describe it. It’s surprisingly strong and long lasting.

  28. :

    3 out of 5

    It’s My Favorite 🙂

  29. :

    4 out of 5

This is an immature scent. I picture a 16 year old girl who is still finding herself. It’s too sweet. I bought it on a whim when VS had a sale. I tried liking it but it just made me feel like I was in high school. I’ve smelled it on another girl and she wears it well. When I wear it, it wears me!!

  30. :

    4 out of 5

Well, i thought that i could work it out (as i said 4 comments below, maybe a month ago) but i failed (or should i said it failed me).
I simply can’t find an appropriate place to wear it, cause it makes me remind so much about alcohol and drinks and the smell you get after you drink a little to much of champagne or white wine. Is definitively for the younger crowd.
The strawberry side is actually very nice. If layered with a strawberry body lotion, it turns into a nice fruity scent, but if i wear it alone, is like i bathed myself in stale cheap champagne (well, stale cheap fizzy wine, cause is not worth it to be called Champagne).
Anyway, is worth to try it, cause is different and unusual, and since is moderately inexpensive, is not a bullet trought your wallet.

  31. :

    3 out of 5

Just bought it today and I actually love it and can’t stop smelling my wrist. It opens aldehydic as expected, the champagne note comes first, fizzy and cool. Then the strawberry and blackcurrant emerge and that’s when it starts getting sweeter bu I guess the cassis flower note kept it from being too sweet? Anyway it’s distinguishable from other VS Fantasies scents. And since I’m a moslem and I don’t drink alcohol, it’s kinda fun smelling like champagne hahahaha…I love Secret Charm, Amber Romance and apparently Pure Seduction as well.

  32. :

    4 out of 5

I guess if there ever was a scent for high school, this must be it. It’s beguiling in small doses. But when taken too much, it takes the scent of danger. Then a throbbing headache follows. I love to use this sparingly, particularly on cold nights and when I’m out on a date. If used sparingly, it’s got this taunting, tempting effect. Too much, and you’ll surely scare people away.

  33. :

    3 out of 5

This is the first victoria’s secret mist I have ever had( it was a blind buy). At first I thought it was weird but somehow my skin likes it and it smells good on me. It’s an unusual scent and it lasts a lot.I agree that the strawberry notes are weak, but better do not try layering it with any other strawberry-like scent cause it will be way too much. This fragrance is already intense enough and it has its own identity. It is a take it or leave it kinda thing 😉

  34. :

    3 out of 5

Well, in my country VS fragrances are actually a little expensive compared to other countries. You can’t find them in drugstores or supermarkets, only in perfume houses, so i don’t have the same “high school experience” memories with them like a lot of people here, so my review won’t link to anything in the past.
Strawberries and Champagne is synthetic, fruity and slightly citrus (like a green strawberry, not yet at its prime). Is boozy in a feminine way (the same way fragrances with cognac are boozy in a masculine way)
I’m sure you guys hear the phrase “white girl wasted”. Well, that’s what this fragrance reminds me. If i had to describe the feeling, would be like a 18 years old girl went to her first fancy night club, won a bottle of champagne, pop it up in the air and splashed herself with it.
Reminds me of White Wine Coolers. Like you’re drinking something but you’re not supposed to, cause you’re underage.
Smells like fun, flirty times bathed in champagne. Smells like new year’s eve at the beach (salty breeze air, champagne everywhere). It is a little “immature”, and i don’t think i can see it as an everyday scent (i can’t see it at the office, for instance), but i’m sure i’ll work it out.
Sillage is weak, longevity is medium for a body spray (couple of hours)

  35. :

    5 out of 5

Ah Strawberries and Champagne. Every time I smell it I get flashbacks of being 15 when this fragrance was new. I don’t know what it is about it but I love it despite the fact that it’s the epitome of synthetic aldehyde and strawberries run amok. A guilty pleasure of a fragrance that I shouldn’t like but love anyway.

  36. :

    4 out of 5

This is sooo high school. Everybody would turn their heads and compliment this scent. Not so complicated but it floated so awesomely.

  37. :

    4 out of 5

I tried the body mist version of this in a shop the other day. It smells exactly like sparkling strawberry wine to me, quite tasty, but not something I’d like to wear.

  38. :

    5 out of 5

I tried dousing myself in this scent and uh, it’s an okay scent. At first, I thought it would smell like actual strawberries, but when I tried it on, it smells really strong– REALLY strong…
I don’t hate it, but I didn’t say I like it. I mean, I was expecting something sweet and fruity, but to me, it smells like booze sometimes. And it did gave me a headache that time, because it’s a strong scent.
But, it’s an okay scent, just thought it would do better.

  39. :

    3 out of 5

I didn’t purchase the actual Victoria Secret Strawberries and Champagne, but I purchased a pure body oil version of it and it is wonderful. If you want to steer clear of the alcohol smell, get an oil, plus the oil stays with you longer. I love it.

  40. :

    5 out of 5

It has a strong sharp alcohol smell. The name and concept sounds sexy and sophisticated but the smell is just sour and chemical. I get rotten rose leaf smell when I put this on my skin.

  41. :

    4 out of 5

This is my favorite scent from Victoria’s Secret. It is bright and boozy, the strawberries/champagne does smell synthetic but I love it so much. It is a fun scent. It is a body mist, it does not last long on me but it is really heavy!

  42. :

    5 out of 5

For a body spray, this is really, really, really, REALLY strong. I had to return it because it gave me a headache.

  43. :

    3 out of 5

I love it, a playful and flirty scent, and very seductive, men seem to love it too. A good inexpensive scent if you like the scent combo.

  44. :

I have the EDT of this and I really love to put this on in the evening after I take a bath and put on some lotion. It’s not fancy and pretty much just smells like a wine cooler lol! “Champagne and Strawberries” nothing complex here, nice summer evening refresher!

  45. :

    4 out of 5

Yup strawberry & champagne.. great but low throw and didn’t last an hour.. I am going to order the lotion in hopes that will help cause the smell itself is great

  46. :

    4 out of 5

This is really, really nice layered underneath Miss Dior Cherie or Eau Des Merveilles. It softens the patch in MDC, and makes EdM a touch sweeter and more feminine, perfect. I got the body mist and lotion just for layering under those two perfumes. I don’t like wearing this body mist on its own though, it smells too linear and plastic. I actually prefer Love Spell, which I enjoy on its own, or layered under Lolita Lempicka (first fragrance). I also like Pure Seduction layered underneath any clean soft floral to add a cute fruity touch.

  47. :

    5 out of 5

to me, it smells like clothes that just have come out of the washing machine. it smells nothing like strawberries and champagne!

  48. :

    3 out of 5

I bought Strawberries & Champagne (SC) & Love Spell (LS) on blind purchase, based on reviews from various websites. Of the two, LS is more to my taste. It smells fresh floral fruity which I love very much. SC on the other hand has a very unique smell, maybe due to the champagne note.

  49. :

not for me.. to sweet and aldehydic.. got me headache..

I am an admitted snob. I grew up privileged and spoiled with an enviable perfume collection from my mother. She gave me my first fragrances, Givenchy Haute Couture and Chanel Allure when I was 13. I have tried to hide my secret addiction to mall fragrances and celeb scents for the past few years but it is slowly catching up with me.
I love this lotion. It is strawberry goodness all over the place with a generous dollop of synthetic champagne…yummers! Like all strawberry based scents it can become treacherous and likely will try to nauseate you after seducing. Fight it and continue to wear the delicious little bast***. It is very good layered with a premiere fragrance such as the original Miss Dior Cherie , Jimmy Choo Flash or La Vie Est Belle.
I love this VS series of lotions and shower gels and highly recommended them over the sprays. But some of
    the sprays are great too.

  52. :

    5 out of 5

What this smells of to me is an abundance of roses…pink pretty roses with a strange champagney/strawberry background. The strawberry is nice but this is wayyyy more floral than anything else.
No mention of Aloe Vera, or…chamomile or anything like that…
    I like it. It’s simple..sweet and refreshing.
    *spritz spritz*

  53. :

I wanted it until I tried it. It’s lot more about champagne than strawberry. You’ll like it if you’re into boozy fragrances. Too sad it wasn’t my cup of tea. And the funniest thing, after I tried and decided I didn’t like it at all, it lasted a loooooooooooooot of hours. 😀

  54. :

    3 out of 5

Wore this on the way to school one day and started to get woozy from the overpowering effect of it. Something about it makes me a bit queasy. Had to get rid of it.

  55. :

    4 out of 5

    LOOOOONG LASTING!!
My friend has it and I borrowed it from her 10 pm last night, now it’s 4 am and my whole family + my friends can still smell it on my skin.
    How amazing?!
16 hours and it isn’t gone. The beeest longevity EVER!

  56. :

    5 out of 5

I can not help but love the fizzy crisp effect of this although I do find it incredibly cheap smelling something about it appeals to me…it’s good for a quick pick me up on a hot summer day

  57. :

    3 out of 5

Synthetic, young, sweet smell. It brings back a lot of memories. Definitely nothing like it. Tends to be suffocating and can be too strong for a crowded environment like school or work.

  58. :

    5 out of 5

I’m still not sure if I like this one or not. I mean it smells great, but not all the time. I can’t make up my mind. I don’t mind the plasticy smell of fake strawberries, it’s not like perfume is going to smell like real strawberries, but the smell of the champagne is what gets me. It’s kind of bitter. Idk. I like it. I just might not get it again. haha

  59. :

    3 out of 5

I like this one! Very straightforward strawberry and champagne scent (more champagne than strawberry, but you can definitely smell both). I layer this with Miss Dior Cherie, as they are similar.

  60. :

    3 out of 5

I honestly do not like the body spray. I does smell more of champagne than anything else. Putting that aside, I actually really like the lotion. The champagne still comes through, but the strawberry is more noticeable. I wouldn’t recommend the body spray, but I would definitely push for you to try the lotion. Plus it lasts longer 🙂

  61. :

    3 out of 5

Smells like plastic, worst vs spray out of all of them, i don’t get why the smells don’t go together but they just don’t, smells like a cheap plasticky cream smell yuck

  62. :

    3 out of 5

Too sweet for anyone over fifteen, too boozy for anyone under fifteen. 🙂 Gave me a headache as a teenager, more champagne scent than strawberry. Lotion has a particularly synthetic note, spray wasn’t as bad.

  63. :

    5 out of 5

You smell the champagne, but like somebody else said, it needs some more strawberry. I went ahead and mix some drops of pure strawberry scent on it. It smells a little more like what I expected from this scent. Anyways I use it to perfume my clothes…:)

  64. :

    5 out of 5

Great for little little girls. For some reason VS scents never do well on my skin. I think they are so over priced and over marketed.

  65. :

    4 out of 5

Too much champagne, not enough strawberries. I actually think this smells more like fermenting fruit than like champagne. It is boozy, but maybe a bit too much so.

  66. :

    5 out of 5

My mom had the body lotion version and I really loved it whenever she wore it. It smelled so sweet and delicious.
Unfortunately whenever I try it, it just smells alcoholic on me. TT^TT
Still love it though. Just not on me.

  67. :

    4 out of 5

I agree– where are the strawberries??
I get that it’s “& Champagne” but to me, it’s just pure alcohol. I’d avoid it while driving through checkpoints 😉

  68. :

    3 out of 5

Where are the strawberries?! This is not fruity at all.
This smells like a “mature” sharp, sour, plastick-y rose scented airfreshner, mixed with stale cigarettes.
    Not for me.

  69. :

    3 out of 5

I am not a fan of this. It just isn’t something that appeals to me. I thought it smelled nice in the store but once home it made me feel sick.

  70. :

    4 out of 5

Another favourite! I wear it all day long every day. It is very sweet, not many love it but it does smell wonders on me. I love smelling like dessert so this is a total two thumbs up for me! 😀

This is a very simple and straightforward fragrance: Strawberries and Champagne. That’s precisely what it smells like, and I absolutely love it for that.
I’m currently in my mid-20’s, and this fragrance is a Summer staple for me. Of all the fragrances I own, this is the one I am most complimented on. Friends, family, and strangers have all complimented me whenever I wear this.
For some reason, I think it has Miss Dior Cherie qualities to it: It stands out without being obnoxious, and it’s feminine, youthful, and pretty without being immature. Granted, Miss Dior Cherie is a much more complex and luxurious fragrance than Strawberries and Champagne, but both give me a similar vibe and put me in a similar mood.
This is honestly one of my favorite fragrances. It makes me feel fresh, clean, fun, and flirty. And any fragrance that sparks so many compliments doesn’t hurt either! I hope this never gets discontinued.

It’s sweet, cute, fun, flirty, girly, but I REALLY wouldn’t recommend this unless you are under the age of 15. VS has other, more “mature” (well, relatively) scents for people older than that.

If you like this scent, make sure you buy it soon because this scent (as well as be seduced, pear glace and mango temptation) will be discontinued and at the semi annual sale (JUNE 12). I work at VS so I just wanted to tell everyone now 🙂
UPDATE: This will NOT be discontinued!

This is a very simple, yet lovely fragrance.
The best way to describe this is a combination of strawberries and cream, with a large dose of some wonderfully fizzy intoxicating champagne.
It is a simple summertime fragrance that goes just as well with your jeans, tank top,and cowboy boots, as with your white cotton eyelet summer frock, and lace-up espadrilles.
It is a cool summer splash of fruit and wine, and I love it!

I just received it…Strange American plastic taste, rather nice. Next time I will prefer to order underwear from VS.

I love this stuff. I layer it with the shower gel and the body lotion.
Is a go to scent to chill and relax. I love to spray it before bed.

I’ve tried quite a few from VS, Love spell, strawberries and champagne etc etc. This is not my favourite but Sheer Love and a blue one called something Garden. Both aren’t as sickly sweet and dries down nicely to enhance whatever other perfume you’re wearing.
Strawberries and Chmapagne reminds me of scented toys you’d get when younger.

I expected much more from this one. Strawberry scent is too weak, mild and barely existing. All I can smell is something watered down-berrylike and mainly musk and cinnamon (not even listed here).
BLAH BLAAH BBBLAAAAHHH it’s that kind of a scent unfortunately:/

When I first sprayed this, I thought that is would turn out to be a great strawberry field. However, after a few spritzes, I feel like I’m dipped into alcohol. I’d give this a 3/10.
Also, it smelled a bit like cardboard. Yuck!

This is a Victoria’s Secret Classic…Many scents in the Secret Garden Collection have come and gone, but this one has never been discontinued. It is not a fruity floral, but a boozy fruity concoction…
On my skin it is linear, I get strawberries, champagne and sweet pink sugar, although this sugar is not listed as an ingredient.
It is fizzy, bubbly and sparkly just like champagne, and the strawberries are just a bit tangy. It has a crystalline quality that I love and find very refreshing. In my opinion the strawberries could have been blended better with the rest of the scent notes, but I still like it.
This is a pink scent, perfect for when you want to feel girly and cute. Nowadays I don’t wear it that often, but I still like it very much.
I have it in EDT and fragrance spray too, the EDT does last longer, but if you don’t apply the body lotion before, it won’t last.

UCK this is repulsive! I’m sorry but this is just nasty…the champagne just kills the strawberries and ruins the scent.

I really loved this fragrance way back when I was in high school. I had my first boyfriend and one day when we were talking, he said that when we first kissed, I smell so good, like sweet strawberries, and the scent filled his mind and always connected it with our first kiss. He even thought that I sprayed it in my mouth because it’s like he’s tasting strawberries too. That was a great memory of ours, and enough for me to love this fragrance. 🙂

One of my most loved fragrances of Victoria’s.
It’s absolutely beautiful, one could smell the strawberry sweetness calmed by a good glass of champagne.
It’s a pretty combination that lasts on the skin a few hours.
    Very refreshing.

Very basic yet classy scent. Unlike many from Victoria’s Secret, this isn’t obnoxiously sweet. It is inexpensive and blends very nicely with my Miss Dior Cherie.

Too literal for me. No nice surprises about it. I think it’s really boring, and it doesn’t last long.

Very nice and fresh scent. Lasts long. For casual style. Love the body butter too, as if real strawberries and champagne 🙂

Fizzy and bubbly. Refreshing in the summers. On my skin its like a very watered down version of Miss Dior cherie, minus the caramel note.
The sweetness of the strawberries is balanced by the champagne note. Nice.

I’m not a big fan of this. I mean, it’s okay. I don’t absolutely HATE it, but to me it smells like streyl, I don’t really wanna say that though. But it actually DOES smell like champagne because it’s smells bubbly, and just like champagne, kinda like that sweet smell. But then after a few seconds I get a whiff of pure strawberries, and it’s not a bad smell, but I honestly wouldn’t purchase it.

In my opinion, this is very artificial smelling. It’s not worth purchasing. I loved the idea of this scent, but was disappointed when I finally tested it.
