Description

Sexual Nights pour Homme is launched in 2011 as an aphrodisiac that brings charm and magnetism. The smell is fougere, green and fruity. Contemporary, stimulating notes of bergamot, mandarin, and neroli blend with wild basil and crushed geranium. This intensely magnetic fragrance dries to a primal, sensual heart of cedarwood, orris, and tonka bean.

Top notes: bergamot, neroli, mandarin and orange. Heart: geranium, jasmine, basil and sage. Base: cedar, sandalwood, orris root and tonka bean.

Available as 75 and 125 ml EDT.

Sprayed two sprays on my wrist earlier in a pharmacy. I don’t know what to think…it’s good, but smells dated & done before. My first guess was CK Eternity(they both have orange?, idk) but it’s okay, yet mad 90’s.

Not bad at all. The lavender is there for sure. This one might be a hit or miss for some. Never smelled anything like this one guys and I like it as well. Not bad just wished it lasted longer than 3 hrs before reapply. But at a good price point never mind the short longevity just reapply and enjoy!

I personally hate Liz Claiborne’s fragrances but so help me they are a lot better in quality than this fragrance. I bought this flanker because I had the original. Since the original was close to being divine I assumed that this would resemble it a little. Needless to say I was WRONG. Doesn’t project past 30 minutes. I swear to God. It lasts about 3-4 hours on my neck and maybe 5 on my shirt, but NO projection after 30 minutes.
TBH I put on probably 20-25 sprays total on my neck, wrists, and shirt. Then 5 minutes later I got into the car with my aunt and I was waiting for her to start gagging but she never did. She actually didn’t even comment. So after about a minute I asked her if she smelled me and SHE SAID NO

I picked this up on a blind buy because I’ve had pretty good luck with Michel Germain colognes before. Unfortunately, this is NOT one of them. Initially it smelled pretty good, then it started to smell of rancid lavendar soap. It gets very obnoxious quickly…fortunately, the majority of the stink dissipates fairly quickly, but then it started to raise its ugly head again. The is nothing sexy or remotely sexual about this one. It’s just another “summer” scent with way too many overpowering green notes. This one is about as subtle as a neon orange SUV.

This fragrance has me confused. The bright opening is very in your face almost like a cleaning product and then after a few minutes it stays close to the skin. The opening notes reminds me of a drink I used to drink in High school where you put a jolly rancher in the bottom of a wine cooler. Not a bad fragrance but like all other Germain’s they don’t seem to last on my skin. I love the base notes of this fragrance I am a sucker for sandalwood and tonka bean. Sadly, It wasn’t enough for me to keep a bottle.

not a HUGE improvement on the original, but it is much better, seeing as how I am not a fan of lavender and they wisely didn’t include any in this flanker. And I do like the fact they the reved up the sandalwood and tonka a bit, definitely more of a ‘night” vibe.

Doesn’t last and doesn’t project past 15 minutes

This is not too sweet, and it’s not horribly “synthetic” either. However, the way the fougere accord is integrated with the other notes here is just not that pleasant! It’s almost like Green Irish Tween done wrong, in a sense. There’s a kind of watery quality that I find distracting, but there’s not enough “good” going on in this one, overall. I could wear it, and if I keep wearing it (perhaps once a month) it might “grow on me,” but at this point it feels like the notes are clashing rather than contrasting nicely. I prefer the aftershave formulation to the EdT, which is too sharp, especially at first.

This is my first try with a “Sexual” fragrance. I found this at TJMaxx for $16.99.
I like it, obviously this is a nighttime fragrance, sweet, a little heavy and masculine.
I don’t like to compare fragrances, but I have CK One Shock and I see some similarities, although CK One Shock is a little more loud with the tobacco.
I find Sexual Nights a good, affordable fragrance. What I like the most is something that gives a smooth feeling to this perfume, maybe the orris root and sandalwood? I smelled orange at the beginning and just for a minute, then it was a mix of woods/spices.

Sexual Nights, i think about something women would really like, a type seduction smell. They all hated this once they sniffed it on me. It’s just a really strong old man smell to me, not a winner at all with the ladies in my world. I mean they shook their heads NO in disgust. I couldn’t even get one to even say it was O.K. I had to take this back to Macy’s and get a refund.

JUST BOUGHT THIS ONE LAST WEEK AND ALL I SAY IS THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE SWEET SCENT I OWN SO FAR.. VERY WELL BLENDED AND IT DEF STANDS ON ITS OWN. JUST A BIT REMIND ME OF D&G POUR HOMME..

Wow…this brand doesn’t venture away from the formula of their first fragrance, Sexual Pour Homme too much at all. This might be the 4th fragrance from this brand that has smelled very close to its predecessor. This smells like the original Sexual Pour Homme plus Polo Sport by Ralph Lauren. I’m not saying it smells bad. Actually, I think its pretty nice and the projection is respectable, but the lack of creativity leaves more to be desired.
    My evaluation: 7/10

The scent is hard to describe because it’s very artificial and sharp at the beginning. As it mellows, soapy lavender comes on strong with something plasticky sweet. To me, this reminds me of Joop! Nightflight or the Tattoo from the same house. It’s not my favorite from Sexual line. Sexual Sugar Daddy is still at my number one spot. 🙂
