Description
Sea Side is a new fragrance of the collection Toni Gard which conveys olfactive pleasures of a day spent by the sea. Scents of sea breeze create the feeling of wealth, relaxation, unlimitedness and freedom, mixing cold accords of saltwater, aromatic herbs and fruity-aquatic freshness.
“Unpredictable as the sea”—the composition of the fragrance Toni Gard Sea Side opens with a rough and wild blend of fruit and aromatic notes and enables its carrier to leave the impression of unpredictability, just like the sea. The fragrance awakens the desire for distance and vastness with a blend of bergamot, lemon, mandarin, grapefruit and pink pepper in top notes. The citrusy-spicy blend takes us to aromatic accords of sea notes, lavender, tea and sage in the heart, resting on a base of creamy sandalwood calming the citrusy-aromatic shades blended with amber and musk.
The fragrance is available as 30 and 75 ml Eau de Toilette along with 75 ml aftershave lotion, 200 ml shower gel and 75 ml roll-on deodorant. Collection Sea Side arrives on the market mid-February 2015.

Basic synthetic ocean scent. It is very unisex due to nondescript sweetness it has, not at all unpleasant, just very generic.
Not something I would ever wear but perhaps suitable for sporty teens/young college students.
A bit too “campus” and linear for anyone with a full time job.

Ever since I tried ‘Wood Sage & Sea Salt by Jo Malone’ I learned to always take a second glance at a sea-side fragrance. I was mind-blown by Jo Malone, and when I received a sample of the new Toni Gard fragrance, I had many high hopes.
Maybe that was wrong of me, but unfortunately for Toni Gard, I turned biast. Sea Side has almost nothing to do with the Sea side, it’s a simple, generic and plain watery scent. One does not smell any fruits, only some vague sage and a distant water accord.
But then again, it doens’t last too long, so you don’t have to worry about it too much.
Overall:
Opinion: nothing special – 1/10.
Longetivity: bad – 1/10
Sillage: poor – 1/10
All in all: 1 (biast) out of 10 points.
