This became my signature when I lived in Singapore. The freshness of this scent really works with the perpetual heat and humidity of the island. Back in Europe, I don’t wear it nearly as often anymore, though it’s still my go-to during a heatwave. It’s a great summer fragrance; really refreshing. It lasts for ages, too. I certainly recommend to anyone who wants something to take the edge off of a hot day.
For some reason it does’t quite meld with my body chemistry; it smells the same on paper as it does on my wrist. This is fine but it sometimes makes me feel a little detached from it.

Clean and fresh like the first week of summer. I find a lot of water/ aqua fragrances end up smelling like a bathroom cleaning agent but this is really nice. Fresh, citrus and white floral. Somewhat sweet and sugary too. Every so slightly reminiscent of Mango Candy by Korres. Just much much less sweet and caramel.

90% identical to RC edp, just a fresher opening!

I was looking through my boyfriend’s stash of frags and saw this beautiful bottle with a decorative golden cap. I just love the color “teal” in general, in clothing particularly. The color of the glass bottle itself is darker in reality than on these photos. I got curious about the scent, sprayed some and actually liked it very very much. Sexy fresh aquatic pleasant citrus musky scent. The much disliked by me note of lily-of-the-valley is completely indistinguishable, maybe because it’s not in the top notes. Simple, but alluring scent with decent longevity. I looked up here and see that this perfume is categorized as feminine, and not even unisex. But my BF had no idea))) He picked up the box of it in TJMaxx or some other discount store in the section for men (somebody put it there by mistake?), and used almost the entire bottle without even questioning the gender of this frag)) Which proves the point – that a lot of perfumes really don’t have a gender identity, even if they are not marked as unisex.
He told me that the turquoise/teal color of the bottle is pretty hypnotizing to him, as well. Just goes to show how a beautifully designed/colored, accessorized, exquisite, cute or artistic bottle is just as big part of perfume success as the scent itself.
I’ll be checking out fragrances in a section for men in TJMaxx from now on, as well. I would consider this perfume a great find at a discount store.

It’s my second review after a year of owning it
Back then I named it a clean, out of shower scent;well,I don’t think so anymore
I agree with comments writing about similarities of it with Roberto cavalli EDP.now that I own EDP,acqua and Nero assoluto I can see vivid similarity between them.even more than sharing a gene.they’re more than 70℅(sometimes I think 80℅!)the same.it’s as if they’ve omitted most of balmy benzoin of EDP and thrown some musk and slightest hint of aquatic freshness in it and RC acqua was born as it’s springy imitation. Another time they’ve added some powderyness(vanilla and orchid)and warm woods to ground sharpness of original EDP and voilà,happy birthday Nero assoluto!it can be wintery imitation of edp
I had tried even the pink one.guess what?again warm balmyness of EDP was removed and some juicy tropical fruits were added as a summery tropical imitation of RC edp.I’ve not tried oud versions yet but I won’t be surprised to see it’s simply RC EDP+oud!
It’s a good thing for flankers to have predictable similarities and share common DNA but in this case I see this similarities too much.anyone could create such results simply by layering original EDP with different scents.you may enjoy all these flankers if you like this RC EDP gene but if you don’t really like it you may dislike all the others
I love these bottles and swapping isn’t easy where I live(people aren’t open to swaps yet)I’d prefer to keep them all and collect all these bottles but I really can’t tolerate this RC gene going on here and there.just one bottle of it would be more than enough for me and I think I’d keep acqua, maybe even Nero assoluto and swap EDP(it’s sweetest and sharpest one)
By the way I’m not one of those people who find everything similar to other things.I love buying flankers as I appreciate their fine differences
I had to share my findings so be aware not to trust notes in all these flankers of RC
I like opening part of RC acqua a lot.I can smell a hint of lovely lemon in it.if it stayed like that all through it’s life I could say I love this fragrance.if you’re waiting for a clean musk or much of aquatic freshness to show up in dry down, don’t.yes there’s a touch of light musk and a hint of aquatic wetness mingling with florals but edp’s sweet, screechy bright, creamyness becomes stronger and prevents it from being a real fresh, airy, clean musky floral so instead of being refreshing in a summer day(as is expected from an aquatic fume)it turns to something sickly sweet and cloying in heat.I prefer it in chilly, breezy spring days.this may sound a negative review but all in all I like RC acqua.I’d happily use the other remained half of it.I believe it’s a good perfume in it’s own place.you don’t need to love aquatics or white florals to like it(these features don’t overpower). It has amazing sensuality for an aquatic
Longevity of RC acqua is also great, just as her siblings.people would definitely notice your perfume
I’d try to layer it with something lemony also something soapy musky(probably Jennifer Lopez glow) and I think I’d like the result
Just gold and serpentine remain my favorite cavalli perfume

This is a lot more floral than what I was expecting. This might be getting swapped soon. I will try it fresh after a shower and see if I like it.

it’s the perfect summer version of the original one! If you like it, Acqua is the perfect and lighter version for spring and summer nights. I can’t stop myself to snif my arm… so good!
    Edit June 2017:
It’s too “sticky”, I can’t weat this perfume with all this humidity. Maybe I will try it with colder temperature…

Summer review of a small tester.
This has the bones of rc edp, with added tropical fruits not unlike Omnia paraiba.
It has a nice waft when I wave my arm about
Juicy watery tropical with the florals of the edp version

It has some nice notes, but the sweetness is really overwhelming.

Think I’ll wear this today. It’s a lovely breezy summer day. I think the breeze will keep this from being too heavy. It’s got quite a punch, but I love this. It’s sexy to my nose. I don’t care for the smell of Pantene, but I do love some products from the line. This smells nothing like it to my nose. If I were to compare this to anything, I’d have to choose Lily Pulitzer Beachy. It’s the same description to me. This one being just a little more sweet. I love them both. The bottles are even equal. Lovely things to touch, look at, and display. I couldn’t choose one over the other…hardly. I think this is a bit more to my liking to my nose, just for the fact that it has that kool-aidy smell from the sweetness which I fall for every time. One day I will know what that note is. This is very expensive smelling. This guy can sniff out some gold for me! I find his bottles to be well done, TOP of the pyramid in quality. This scent is exotic, but clean enough for a soccer mom. All womanly, not a bit masculine! I smell nothing like suntan lotion really. I do smell something more tropical, like real flowers on a tropical island. This is resort perfect. This is a five star scent for sure. Gosh, I think I’m gonna end up with most of the perfume Cavalli makes. I will buy anything blind from him. I’m sure I’ll hit a pot hole….SOMEtime, but it’ll be worth it for the gems I find. Love this Mr. Cavalli!
I must note that the reason it took me so long to even try this designer is the models and clothing. They appear to me to be women who would smell of perfume that I don’t like, and I just don’t like animal prints too often. I imagine them all smelling of Tigress perfume which has been a scary thing for me since childhood. His perfumes smell more of fairies, sweet, enchanted, magical, happy, a child-like delight!

Best of my recent blind buys… creamy, rounded, fresh, feminine, close to the skin (cannot stop sniffing myself, which doesn’t happen to me very often, lol) … nicely blended with decent lasting power..thumb up!

I stood at the counter sniffing at the tester card and couldn’t figure out what it reminded me of from days gone by. To me it was like cool pears and apples mixed together and I was reminded of my favorite hair conditioners from yester year. What a surprise when I read some reviews mentioning Pantene. That was it! For me, the base notes seemed a little too sweet and I detected mango, although none of the fruits I mentioned are in the notes. Must be my nose. I had other Cavalli ladies scents (Paradiso and just Cavalli) but why is it I always feel they can pass off as unisex. There is a distinct spice about them, just like in this one. I feel a guy can wear this too.
EDIT: I let temptation overcome me and bought a 75ml bottle selling for $39 on Ebay. I just could not get that creamy sweet scent out of my mind and thought what the heck. Just buy so that memories of that scent don’t keep niggling at my brain! Now smelling it after 2 hrs on myself, I am reminded of Juicy Couture’s Juicy Couture edp. The opening notes are similar somewhat floral and creamy and indeed so sweet. I’ve noticed both have white floral listed in their notes. All in all, I would be happy to wear this well rounded scent. It is described as aquatic but I don’t see it as watery fresh as in Cool Water. This is dense and thick. Perhaps it was not pear that I detected the first time around, it could have been a flower!

I blind-bought this 50 ML for $20 on clearance at a Shoppers Drug Mart, but I was concerned about the lily-of-the-valley note as it tends to be headache inducing, or I just find it too screechy (YR Comme Une Evidence, YR Desir de Nature). I love lily-of-the-valley in nature, of course, and am always saddened by my lack of tolerance to it in perfume.
I have just applied this, and am delighted to find it bears the creamy richness I have come to associate with Cavalli (I have Just, Cavalli, and Nero Assoluto). It feels very much like a summer version of Cavalli.
I also perceive something mildly spicy or effervescent in this, which keeps it lively so the thickness isn’t too cloying. Two sprays is enough for a summer day, though it does thin out as it moves out of the top notes, which are very thick with jasmine. I have added another spray a couple hours in.
I’m SO pleased I’ve added this to my collection, and for a steal. I can finally enjoy a lily-of-the-valley perfume!
P.S. I agree there is some reminiscence of Pantene, as a couple others have mentioned. This is much more complex and lovely, though!

Hmm…oh yes! Just ordered this ever-changing, exciting perfume! Could not stand it, I was bored with going each time to a shop to spritz some on me! 🙂 I am so grateful that it is not the usual “Honey-Bunny” fragrance!:) and yes, let’s face it, Cavalli will never come with an average, boring scent, we will always find some secret touch and spice in the perfumes and he knows very well how to seduce us! At first sniff I would immediately run to the an exotic beach wearing a seductively transparent beach scarf…standing in the sand and the warm breeze is blowing the ocean-blue clothes on me… Well, this is what this fragrance means to me! 😉

I blind bought a 2.5 ounce bottle for less than $20 at Burlington Coat Factory. Glad I did. The initial burst is wham!!! In-your-face gardenia. I know gardenia’s not listed, but the white flowers in it and maybe a touch of the lemon-which I can’t identify on its own-give this impression. It mellows down rather nicely; you end up with a light, sweet/kind of candied Jasmine and a fresh, powdery musk. The overall impression is smooth and rounded. I really think I will enjoy this in the hot, humid weather of South Carolina this summer. PS-I get absolutely nothing aquatic out of this.

It’s kinda okay. I expected this fragrance to be more aquatic, but instead it’s rather sweet. After a while it smells like soap.

This was the love “at first sight”. It is 2 years now and I still can’t get enough of it. It is such a beautiful scent! Fresh, aquatic, seductive… Adorable!!! Such a simple composition and what a complex result!

This was a pleasant blind buy. It is my first time wearing it today. I was nervous about the aquatic aspect of it, as I dislike ‘Cool Water’. I was relieved to discover that while smelling fresh, it has a musky – sweet smell. This is a great, uncomplicated perfume for those times you just want to smell nice. It is cold and snowy here, but I can imagine this is great in warmer months too.
Edit: love this one in the summer! Perfect aquatic for me! ♡

  22. :

Again a blind buy, mostly because of it’s eye catching bottle
I’m a fan of floral musky scents and not an aquatic scents lover, when i first sprayed it i could only sense sweet creamy florals, smelling and feeling just the same as a nice smelling body lotion i own, just a few minutes past and i was absolutly in love
It is aquatic but in it’s special differant way,i guess aquatic fragrances lovers may be disapointed by this one,on the other hand who is not a fan of aquayic scents but is a musky floral lover, will enjoy it,so wierd!
Roberto cavalli aqua is clean,a little soapy but in a lovely way(i mostly hate soapy scents)fresh, but not citrusy fresh, actually i can’t detect even a hint of lemon here, white floral, but i can’t detect a vivid jasmine or lily of the valey note,i think they are blended really well, creamy but also wet, with an amazing musky dry down(dry down is a bit warmer)
I love to wear it during spring and not a very hot and humid summer
Longavity is much more than what i’d expected for a cool&light summery perfume,it is still here on my skin after 10 hours!!
sillage is also good during first hours and then it grows to a skin scent, feels like you’ve been taking a shower couple of minutes ago, keeps your skin clean, soft, wetish, and lovely smelling
    It is a complimentcatching one

More dry and harsh than the Paradiso range, this one is quite nice but also nothing special. Perhaps an alternative to the sweet as can be female scents of these days, but by no means unique. In summary, it’s quite boring.

I liked scents like this when I was ohhhhhhh about 9, 10…straight suntan lotion! I don’t see why coconut isn’t listed as a note, seriously. I don’t smell ANYTHING lemon (I’m A LEMON FREAK!) Nothing Jasmine about it either. I like the Cavali brand, but I haven’t found a Cavalli fragrance that I like, just yet 🙁 I don’t do blind buys, but that beautiful bottle just called my name! 🙂 🙂 FYI, this fragrance and Chloé Love Story EDP smell just alike.

I just purchased my second bottle of this! First time was on for 50 some
Odd dollars and then today found it for 20!!!!! This for me reminds me of summer, of being outside on a summer day and feeling clean. It’s very aquatic, hence the name I guess eh hahaha! I do truly love this, and if your into light aquatics then you’ll love this.

  28. :

I was quite surprised upon spraying Roberto Cavalli Acqua, as it’s not noticeably aquatic. Instead, on my skin, it’s a creamy white floral with vague citrus nuances, reminiscent of some cream or lotion. There isn’t any dramatic development with time, the fragrance just becomes warmer, more musky and slightly sweeter.
The sillage is moderate to soft, and the longevity is around 10 hours. I was expecting something transparent, airy or soapy clean because of ‘Acqua’ in the name, but the fragrance seems to be heavier and more opaque. I do still enjoy it, but I’d suggest against blind buying to those who seek a more conventional aquatic fragrance.

  29. :

    5 out of 5

It tooke a while to place it, but to me this is a smoother creamier Giorgio Blue. I think the name acqua does suit it – it’s not aquatic in an Issy Miyake way, more an impression of an aquatic. Some people have said it’s soapy. I can’t stand soapy scents, so again I would say there is a slight impression of soapiness without actually being soapy. I love the colour of the bottle too. Got this for $35 for 50ml on ebay so I can’t really go wrong.

This smells like stacey solomons stacey….. very very similar almost note for note altho stacey solomons perfumes are not listed on fragrantica for some reason. Aquatics are nice but I think they are sometimes “too perfumey” Hence I don’t wear any.

  32. :

    Overall: 8.75/10
    Here’s Why:
aquatic : very, more on the Neroli, italian coast type of Aquatic though.
floral : Somewhat, I’m not getting too much of that here.
white floral : once again, not too much of anything too floral. If anything, fruit flowers (Citrus)
    fresh : Very VERY Fresh!
musky : Slightly, more of a milky musk.
Very captivating, lots of compliments. I really enjoy this as a man. Got it for $16USD at a discount store and can’t stop spraying it! Such a lovely fragrance, very light and cool like a night breeze on a beach.
    Awesome stuff!
    Longevity A
    Sillage B+
Wears for over 6+ hours then a skin scent.
    very nice!

i enjoyed this a lot, I’m not really a fan of aquatic fragrance but i liked this. i used it mostly on a nighttime while on holiday & it was wonderfull. it’s noticeable even in extremely hot weather & on me it lasted a good 5-6 hours.

  34. :

Just like a hair product! I’d love it as a rather sweet perfume if it wasn’t just like the scent of the shampoo and conditioner of a person I know. Think it’s Pantene.

  35. :

    3 out of 5

I don’t usually post such negative reviews but this one was horrible to me! In fact I love most Roberto Cavalli fragrances but unfortunately this one didn’t work for me at all. I don’t think my skin chemistry fits ‘Aquatic’ type scents. I prefer something fresher. Though I wish I could say it was just my skin chemistry, but it smelt just as bad from the bottle as on my skin. I rushed home just to scrub it off! It smelt like some type of blue synthetic, plastic chemicals, mixed with a bit of very synthetic jasmine, and some strange oil. Actually it reminded me of those plastic blue bottle holder things the poor sea animals get stuck in on the beach and die.
Being a fan of the original Roberto Cavalli EDP, when I saw this beautiful blue bottle I really wanted to like it. It looked like a summer version, which was exactly what I was after! Unfortunately there was nothing ‘aquatic’ or ‘fresh’ feeling about this to me.
Sorry to those who enjoy this one. It’s just not for me!
PS. Whoever compared the jasmine scent to Alien… what? and JC’s lily of the valley… I don’t get it?! I have both these perfumes and this wasn’t reminiscent of either. If this is what ‘Oceanic/Aquatic’ fragrances are all like then I’ll pass. I much prefer Acqua Di Gio or similar, fresh scents.
Update: It appears my skin chemistry just can’t do Aquatic scents, and I’m not the only one. I have tested a few now and I get the same reaction every time. I’m sure this would smell divine on the right person!

I was able to test this in Canada on a trip last week. I had just recently acquired the original RC, RC, so was curious about this flanker. The bottle is very pretty and looks regal, yet beachy looking at the same time.
It has a bit of that, “Juicy Couture”, vibe going on and is indeed, quite similar to the original. But this ones gets a power boost from the jasmine and lemon or whatever citrus it is they threw in for good measure. What you have to me smells like a mixture of the original RC and very strong dryer (anti-static cling sheets) sheets, as we call them in the USA. It is not off putting at all. In fact, I quite liked it! It is beachy and fruity and floral & delicious. I didn’t purchase it because it was very expensive in Victoria, B.C., compared to what I can find it for in the USA, and also, I believe this scent would work much better on my skin in the Spring & Summer months, vs. the winter season. I will definitely be making a purchase later though. It lasted forever on my skin and lingered on the area of my arm and of my sweater & wrist area of my leather glove for days.

  37. :

    4 out of 5

It is a little aquatic, but just a little. I don’t think it’s lily of the valley I sense in this one. Smells more like neroli to me.
It is a little too white floral for me. I guess I can’t stand that weird jasmine and lily of the valley mix.
    Not for me.

  38. :

    4 out of 5

I expected a light and airy scent based on the fragrance notes. The aqua scent is a little heavier than I expected which gives it a masculine quality but it’s a lovely scent. Nothing like the original RC.

  39. :

    3 out of 5

Very chemical, lily of the valley smells not like that, in this bottle I can detect kind of enema gum like scent, horrible. I have DKNY be delicious and there is very nice like real flower smell, and here is very ugly smell. Or maybe it is jasmin?

  40. :

    5 out of 5

I wanted so much to love this but there was one disturbing note in it like a punch in the face. It reminds me of the 80’s powerhouse Poison. I can even smell it in the dry down and lingering.

  41. :

    5 out of 5

Very watery fragrance with lily-of-the-valley main note. It could be pleasant for hot summer, but IMHO it is just too aquatic.

  42. :

    5 out of 5

Although I dislike aquatic fragrances, this one is well mixed. I enjoy it as it is fresh and lacks fainting sweetness that usually aquatic frags have. Longevity is good. After long time I found a frag that I will repurchase.

  43. :

I love the bottle! It tempted me to test the scent, too, and I’m glad I did. This is a great, strong aquatic scent, fresh and floral, too.
I need to have this on my perfume shelf!

  44. :

yes it is aquatic, means it is not musky or amber or incens. so similar to Fendi FanDiFendi. fresh and save for office scent. the bottle is so dramatic. looks like poison brought by a beautiful witch and she ready to pour it into your glass.amazing.

  47. :

    4 out of 5

The notes and description of its accords are truly misleading, and not doing justice to this beauty! Yes it is aquatic, but not in the sense of the other aquatics, more fresh really. It would appeal to people not normally going for aquatics. It’s a fresh floral but also musky.
I think this one needs its own category.
It’s sophisticated, not sweet, clean but not just clean. Fantastic for summer, good longevity and sillage. I don’t think it’s similar to the original. It’s not sharp, and manages to be warm as well as fresh somehow.
Really like this one, and bottle does stand out. It’s one of a kind really!

  48. :

    4 out of 5

I’m not into aqua ‘fresh’ scents, so this, for me, was a pleasant revelation that remains in my mind as a ‘surprisingly beautiful oceanic scent’. I can best describe it as light but warm in its breeze, reminiscent of balmy nights, overlooking dark spreads of sea. (on hindsight, I suppose the creators achieved their aim with this one ;>)

  49. :

I still have not tried this one. I see it on amazon and eBay so I may just blind buy it cuz I do enjoy the original and this looks great, too. We never got it in at any of our local department stores or even Sephora/Ulta either.

    Love at first sniff!!!
I have lots of perfumes but none of them impress me as much as acqua. Fresh but not sharp, sophisticated but not mature, sexy but not cheap, long lasting but not heavy. Even name ‘Acqua’ evoke summer its suitable for winter also. Just wow for me.

I love this much more than the original (which I find so strong that I can only wear a drop at a time). The beautiful trail is reminiscent of the original, though it is lighter and seems to have more dimension. Gorgeously uplifting at first spray and it settles with a soft scent that lasts very well on me. Compliments every time I spray test. Cant wait to get it and wear it all summer.

What Roberto Cavalli offers in terms of clothing could not be further from my taste. I was a bit reluctant to give this scent a go based on prejudice, as simple as that.
I’m glad I did as this has become my go to summer scent.
I love jasmine and I love lily of the valley. I love musk and I agree with citrus notes. What could possibly go wrong? Well, nothing.
This can come across as masculine and sour. The musk is heavy, the flowers are sweet but a good dollop of lemon keeps it fresh. It’s light but projects well, the jasmine and musk combination is to die for and VERY sexy for an aquatic. This fragrance combined with salty breeze coming from turquoise sea is pure sex.
    Impressed!

This is a beautiful, moderately musky scent with some sweetness, a bit of warmth and a cool aquatic undertone. I can see where some reviewers sense a coconut/Hawaiian Tropic vibe but for me that isn’t a deal breaker. I received this earlier in the month when it was damn near 100 degrees and I was NOT feeling it! 🙁 But it is in the low 70’s now and Roberto Cavalli Acqua has really started to shine. With all that being said, this lovely perfume is gone from my skin in 60 seconds, lol! So unfortunately, that is a deal breaker! 😛

I just bought it and I think it is a very good scent actually. It is not heavy at all, perfect for day, perfect for winter days. If you have had enough of those hard perfumes which give you a head ache, this is a perfect calm scent. I LOVE IT!

The jury’s not in on this scent for me yet. Like a lot of reviewers, i’m not one to go for aqua scents. I love the longevity and the sillage, a little goes a long way. However, it smells reminiscent of Hawaiian Tropic on me, with that inescapable coconut underpinning the top notes. If it weren’t for that, I’d be hooked, but I’m a whitey white girl, and Hawaiian anything is more than I can get away with, lol.

There’s something very green in it. On me it smells like dills! I am not against that, but it is really interesting lol. The base is quite boring as in original.

I usually hate aquatics, but I liked this one. It’s just different with a dominant jasmine note and reminds me of Byblos; it’s only much fresher. The bottle is simply hypnotizing, one of the best amongst recent releases.

This is gorgeous. Almost bought this but probably wouldn’t wear it much. It’s so nice and sweet and warm yet has the freshness as well. I am not a fan of the bottle. None of cavalli s bottles appeal much to me. All his frags are pretty good but just not quite good enough for me to purchase. Was close to it many times with all three of his latest scents. Maybe some day. Too me they are not every day scents. More special occasion ones. A bit too much!

I am sorry to be a fast judger this time.
This is nice but too sweet for an aquatic , to easygoing and lesser notes than needed to interest me this time. In a way it made me think of Into the blue but like that one better. I can see how it will attract a crowd with a beautiful topnote, but sometimes you need that twister sharp top to get you going and some more notes to keep your interest alive…

First of all: I LOVE both the bottle and the case, so very pretty and glam, so very Roberto Cavalli! I could buy this fragrance just for the gorgeous bottle… As for the scent, it’s a nice aquatic with a light musk base. It’s not as “cold” and watery as most aquatics. I also get some lily of the valley notes, which I really like. The fragrance is not at all as spectacular as the bottle, but it’s nice!

I’m waering it today…I get a sample and I had to buy the full size bottle: this is really feminine and fine…the only disappointment is the name: it isn’t watery at all…cause the name i was expecting a little brother of Rem, well, it isn’t! But it is a beautiful light, fine and summery floral…I can feel my loved Jasmine!

I do not gravitate toward Aquatics, but bought this one mostly blind on the word of a sales lady I trust and how much I love my other three RC scents. Not sure this IS particularly aquatic, but I would argue long and loud that it’s a gentler summer version of the original RC, which I adore. That is enough for me; I am very happy with it.

just wonderful! not a single aquatic note, more of a sensual, seductive, flowerish scent, ideal for summer, day-or-night, and on me definitely long lasting. love it!

Like almost everybody in their reviews stressed, the ACQUA title is misleading. It is not fresh or acquatic as the fresh notes disappear within 45 minutes. Then, it is all musky, musky musky. Not bad, but it is not acqua as it intended to. You can smell the musk many many hours after spraying, though.

I don’t like it – it smells sour and is heavy on the jasmine in a way I don’t like. The watery note is quickly gone, and this is so linear and boring. It has good staying power thought.

This scent was promising when sniffed right from the bottle. Then finally I got the chance to try it on skin today. The top layer is really good, followed by a soapy drydown. Was very disappointed by that.

i feel honey very strong and watery elements

I love this one. It retains the overall scent of the original, but it’s less warm and softer. I don’t particularly pick up any of the notes, but somehow it does evoke the calm and the gentleness of lightly ruffled water and sand. For me, it’s aquatic in its effect: it generates the same sense of tranquility as a body of water.

I really like this and can imagine wearing it on a hot summers night and doesn’t seem to give me a headache like the original one does. Very floral and strong like the original but not as heady.

This is a little too heavy for summer. It did calm down over time but it still was too much for me as I like fresher, cleaner scents for Spring and Summer. If you like the original you should like this. Love the colour.

Take the original sweetish Cavalli, tone it down just a bit, add some Acqua di Giò reminiscences and then you will have this one.
I think it’s more juicy-fruity than the winter version, not weak, not for me to wear because still too synthetic-sweet and definetely not “acqua” (thanks God!)
The blue bottle is a pretty kitsch masterpiece, juice and style very coherent with the designer. If you like zebra prints, fruity cocktails near the swimming pool, you can do it!
I’ll stick to my old Just Cavalli Pink when I need tropical mood 🙂

I really love this! I’m not at all into aqua or fresh sporty fragrances and to be honest i wouldn’t describe this or the origina
