This is generically sweet, in a way that reminds me a bit of Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy. I guess there’s a hint of fruitiness, but I can’t really pick out the strawberry or watermelon or whatever the fruit is supposed to be. This has the barest hints of ozonic and powdery accords. It is probably a safe blind buy for a teen.

Hmmm. Just blind at TJ Max for $15. It’s not horrible, but it’s not quite for me what the other reviews here paint it as. It’s pretty sugary and there is nothing natural about the fruit scents, or the sugar. It’s not quite plasticy, but it’s definitely not fresh smelling. These are candy versions of watermelon and strawberry, not fruit versions. Because of that it is most suitable for maybe a young teen. My 6 yr old exclaimed that the car smelled good when he got in after I had sprayed it, so I might keep it to use when I teach my elementary aged students.

I am quite interested in this fragrance but I would like to kindly ask any person who owns this fragrance or had the chance to smell it, if it is quite, fairly sweet, like most Escada’s fragrances and maybe “childish” (since it belongs to the “Princess” family which is mainly targeted to a younger age group, like teenagers) or if it is more balanced and fresh in a way. I would like to kindly thank you for your time. I truly appreciate it.

P.S. Other alternatives apart from this would be “Hippie” and “”Flower” princess to choose from. My criteria is a light, and fresh fragrance and if possible mature at the same time because I am 41 years old and not 14 but I mostly enjoy light fresh, floral fruity fragrances. (Good) duration is another factor that I would seriously take into consideration. I would appreciate any answers from people who had the chance to try most of them or are owners of one or the others. I would like to kindly thank you for your time. I am very grateful.

Not mine, but I bought this for my 16yo daughter and it is her absolute favorite fragrance to wear! Sweet and fresh, unassuming and (in her words) “just right for everything”. She does not enjoy very strong or heavy scents, nothing too floral or any sharp notes.

Blind buy at Marshals … what a treat! I’m really loving this scent. Its fruity sweet, woody and soft. The dry down gives it a soothing gentle sweet woody glow. I sprayed myself in the morning at 5:30 am and still smelled it on me softly as I took a bikram yoga yoga class at 4:00 pm. Throughout the workout ( hot humid room lots of sweat) my body was radiating this soft, gentle, sweet smell with a hint of woody & vanilla tones that where subtle, lovely, delicious! I can’t wait to wear this on a hot summer day. The first time I tried it – I wasn’t sure what to think with the first spray, but after 30mins to and hour the scent really transforms and you can smell all the lovely notes working sweetly together…. I’m in love! My new daily go to scent.

Didn’t know if I’d like this but I’m so surprised. It’s sweet and cute and flirty. It’s youthful and perfect for hotter weather. It has that same quality that Demeter watermelon lollipop does. All around fun gourmand…Yum!

Very princess-y, cute, gently sweet and pleasant, perfect for a Valentine’s gift. Too bad that it did not last long on my skin. This scent is pretty neutral from the whole Princess line (it does not stand out uniquely as the original one or Night…). I still enjoy it but won’t repurchase.

Strawberry and Watermelon is the first hit you get, shortly after followed by a bit of Jasmine and Lilly of the Valley. After a few mins. It finishes with a nice musky vanilla smell with a hint of cedar. It’s lovely. It’s very sweet though so it might not be for everybody. I think it’s perfect for the coming spring and summer 🙂

I have tried this on a stinking hot humid day, with lovely results.
This is not a Britney Spears copy. No. This is better blended, with no synthetic bits and bobs.
I get fruit with a tang, not sugary, the other accords are working away in the background balancing it all out.
I sprayed my chest once, back once, it clings to fabric well, there’s no weird off putting changes, it stays linear.
This isn’t watery and candy like princess (I like princess), hearts is juicy, when I first put it on I felt: mmmm good, juicy, slight tang perhaps like grapefruit, but no citrus. It’s mellowed and I get shafts if warm juicy ness which I’m impressed with since it’s an edt.
This does not smell thin and whispy, but solid and worthwhile- it’s pretty, it’s not “gee do I smell cheap I’m not sure” . I sprayed on a couple of Yardley frags in a pharmacy which are long gone, and don’t hold a candle to this (though they are different t scents: jade and hermenia).

Princess of Hearts is as sweet and girly as the name and bottle suggest. Strawberry and watermelon are the main players. Both are very distinct, fresh, fruity and syrupy sweet. The watermelon is not aquatic in here, just fruity, and I don’t get any florals at all. Both are plus points in my book, as I love truely fruity melon notes and strongly dislike lily of the valley.
I think this is very cute and also performs well enough. On a test strip it projected for days, but it wasn’t too overwhelming on my skin. For my personal taste it’s a bit too linear though, it stays the same from start to finish and I’m a little disappointed I don’t get the vanilla cream note. I would recommend this to anyone who loves strawberry, watermelon and simple, fun perfumes. Obviously this is not groundbreaking or very refined and expensive smelling, but it’s nice and uplifting and I like it for what it is.

At the start, this is VERY similar to BS Fantasy. It’s a gourmand fragrance with vanilla, musk, lot’s of cream and a hint of syrupy strawberry jam.
A stronger, and more realistic strawberry note and a watermelon come out for the dry down, so it departs from the BS Fantasy route. I haven’t smelt any flowers in this.
Good complexity and development for the Princess line 🙂 Moderate silage, and longevity.

I read the notes of whipped cream, watermelon, musk, strawberry and lily of the valley and immediately went into town to test it. So dissapointing, I got no muskiness no creaminess, no watermelon and no lily of the valley. What a let down, it smells exactly like the Herbal Essence shampoo that was released in uk in summer 2016 which was strawberry and mint- if you like the smell of that shampoo, you will like this.

Omg this is amazing! I absolutely love it! I find it very different from many of the princess collection but not in a bad way! It’s very girly and sweet, seems very appropriate for Valentine’s day with all the red hearts and what not!!! Love it
