For the price I like it. Very nice scent and not bad longevity. Would reccomend it.

Cheepie bought by me : 9$ (35 RON in Romania)
Opens up a little unpleasant with an alcoholic oud but turns into a balanced oudi-rose with amber… I am classifying this as an all-season night scent.
You have to roll the tiny spreader ball a lot because it barely leaves a trail – the upside is that you can control how much you apply.
If you apply a good amount it can last you a whole day on a very good projection.
There are many oudi-rose-shofron scents on the market and I think this one puts many of them to shame because of its price-quality ratio.
    EDIT:
Lasting power is up to 10-12 hours, but after 3-4 hours it becomes a skin scent

It did not smell bad for 10 bucks of one 15 ml perfume oil bottle. But it is rather a soapy rose oud scent than a real deal rose oud perfume. It does not live up to the level of Gucci Oud EDP, in my opinion (even though they may seem to share the same vibe of oud and floral notes).
I still prefer sprayed perfume over perfume oil that is applied by rollerball, because the mist projects much better, and the oil does not. This one got weaker/faded quickly on my skin after 15 minutes, no trail of the good scents at all. I had to put my nose right where I applied it, in order to catch a fainted scent of what was left. And unfortunately the dry down got mixed in with a “motor oil” woody/oudy smell, sorta like “bitter tar” to my nose. It could be because the mini bottle that I got already passed shelf life and “turned”, or was “diluted”. Who knows!?!? But I won’t repurchase for sure. Instead of spending 10 bucks here and there for this kind of perfume oils, I’d rather save them for a bottle of real spray perfume.
If you can get this from a good source/trusted seller, the result may be different than what I experienced. Overall, I think it is still a great way to go for starters who want to try out rose and oud scents for the first time, as it is cheap and won’t break your bank if for some reasons, you don’t like the scents so much.

A very beautiful and oriental rose aroma from oud! very durable, beautiful, smells very expensive! it cost me 4 euros. The smell cheap from Dubai and smells like a million dollars! scent 10/10. Stunning! unique, unisex and compliments. Diamond with the family of Al Haramain oils. I will definitely buy again!

Wow. Not had a good experience with Oud till now. usually I got the heavy ones that gripped my stomach and made me lose my breath. This one, lightly applied is soft and infused with a lovely Rose and Amber. Fantastic for layering with the leather type fragrances when you want to warm them up. It sits well with the green chypre ones too, like a glowing fire. I love to mix and play and discover new nuances. this oil is pure, its a give away price at the moment. Perfect for winter months wrapped in soft clothing. Get it if you like warm flexible oriental bases bathing ya. Yum!

My mom gifted this to me after a trip from the UAE.
It was nice of her to 1st use a little. Haha!
It smelled light and refreshing on her. But that’s because I must’ve smelled after she’d been wearing it for a few hours.
Like someone else mentioned, there is a pharmaceutical note on application. After about 15 minutes, it dissipates.
This is so much nicer than any of the Oud fragrances I had smelled before. M7 gave me a headache and I couldn’t understand what all the hype was about.
In fact, i had no idea this was Oud based since the writing on my bottle is in Arabic.
It’s light-ish. Fresh and floral and yes, after you’ve been wearing it for 2 hours plus, is at it’s best. 1ml goes a mile and this is incredibly long lasting. Seeing that the Middle East sees 40 degree Celsius weather every other day, you can understand why it has legs to go the distance.
Definitely unisex. But I can’t imagine lumberjack types wearing this. Monteil lovers? They’d like this. But it’s not as complex as they might hope it to be.
So, it’s 15ml of Oud Light.
How cool is that golden cigarette box? No mess no fuss.

Don’t judge this scent by how it smells when you sniff the bottle (it smells harsh and medicinal at first). It changes and improves a lot when applied to the skin. The longer it is on your skin, the better it smells.
Very attractive scent. Oud, saffron and rose are combined pleasingly. Projection is not as strong as an alcohol based scent, but still quite OK. Anyway, there are alcohol based scents with much worse projection than this. Longevity is good. Price is great – excellent value for money.
Drydown is better than initial application, which is medicinal. Drydown reveals the rose and the saffron, among other notes.
The bottle is packaged in a flip top box, like a pack of cigarettes. Apparently there is still somewhere in the world where cigarettes have positive associations. Most Westerners would associate cigarettes with lung cancer and emphysema, but Al Haramain doesn’t, haha.

I bought this one. It smells very close to GUCCI Oud in the dry down but this whole composition is ruined by sandalwood note which is very pungent. I wish it didn’t have that note in it, this would have been very nice alternative to GUCCI Oud.

How does it compare to Gucci oud. Both nearly have same notes.

love this but if they can tone up the rose note it will be superb

This is so Oriental it will stand and greet you ‘As Salaam Alaikum’. Reminds me a bit of Hajar but with more Oud. Animalic, funky, deep and spicy. This is a very good blend, creamy, sultry. At first Oud and Rose dominate but soon the spice and patchouli surface. Amber here gives a beautiful, resinous sweetness, all very balanced. Considering the longevity and good sillage plus the affordability of this concoction this is a CPO that one should not miss. Another winner from Al Haramain!

this would be a must have for oud lovers. of course the dominant note is oud. followed by the other notes. the dry down is a powdery sandalwood which is just so nice if you love sandalwood too. anyway, you have to be careful if you wear this during the day in a hot weather. coz it can turn to body odor which is just so disgusting.with that said, the best time to wear this is in colder climate or if you live in the tropics like i do, wear this indoor with air-conditioned where you’re not gonna sweat. if you combine oudi with sweat that’s what results in body odor. when i wear this, i combine or layer it with another al-haramain’s fragrance that is madinah. if you wear just oudi, it kinda smells more masculine although it is a unisex fragrance. i add a little bit of madinah to give some feminine vibe to it. the combination of smell is just so exquisite. just how a niche middle eastern perfume should smell like. longevity and sillage is exellent. you don’t need to apply a lot coz some people around you might not like how you smell. use this moderately. usually i don’t talk about price coz i don’t make it an issue or i try to get them cheap. i bought this for MYR 20 which is a steal and i blind buy this.

Even my roommate said he couldn’t find any rose… Anyway… I just love the smell of oudh wood… So in love with it… If you like bakhour… Youre gonna love this one… Its like a handy version of bakhour.. Haha.. Anyway… Its very cheap, sweet smell and friendly user…. Buy it… You will not regret… Believe me.. They are 14 of them.. And i have 10 of them including this one.. Gonna collect them all.. I love you al haramain… I support all your products…

Very saffron intense/heavy rose oud. This captures all the rose ouds you can imagine (yeah I know there are many nuances) at a fraction of the cost of the big boys. Maybe this is one of the big boys. Unsung heroes, these little oils, especially if you find a bunch that fit with your skin and your nose. I know the custom blended attars are in another league altogether, but if you want a taste of real old school perfumery, this is where it is at. This is where you get all your ideas for layering, for mixing and blending and for personalising your wardrobe with a little bit of this and that. The oud in this does not catch in my throat like some Western blended ones, I am not sure why that is. The smallest of rubs and you have lift off. I am impressed all over again with the oil form. Thumbs up Al Haramain, perhaps this should have been my starting point?
p.s. this dries down to an almost gourmand, sweet rose. This and the new L’Occitane Oud & Rose could be twins. Really lovely, easy to wear (after the big opening) oudy rose.

I got very curious about the middle-east perfume oils, so this was my first buy, since here in Portugal we simple cannot find this in stores I went and blind bought it, since it was fairly cheap.
The first snif was indeed different, not in a bad way, not at all but sharp, after a while it’s just amazing, so well blended, this seems quite an expensive juice, I mean, 100€ up!! The richness of the notes, I simple can’t detect any artificial scent (not that I don’t mind artificial scents, some of them are great in fact) but this, oh God, so so so good!
I definitely get the oud, a sweet oud, warm but fresh at the same time, I can sense the rose very deeply blended, gorgeous!
Now, to me this seems perfectly unisex (although a female co worker said this was a more masculine scent).
I’ve tested on me and on a female friend, the smell was totally different, much much better on my skin, on my female friend I didn’t like it as much, I will give it another go on other female friend and will update on that.
Scent: 8,5/10 (In this one i’m not letting the price influence the rate, since I’m not familiar with the Arabian perfumes, But if the price matter I would give it a 9,5)
Longevity: 10/10 (usually perfumes on my skin don’t last long, but this one, 24h after I could still smell it on my skin, a skin scent but still, it was 24h after!)
Projection: 9/10 (this is not a beast, it has the ideal projection, more intimate cloud around you, to me it’s perfect for this type of scent, that’s why the 9 out of 10)
A safe blind buy in my opinion, and smells like a really good quality niche, I’m definitely gonna blind buy some more.
Update #1: Tried again on a female friend, very interesting it does seems like a totally different scent, more intense on my skin (more masculine), softer on her (more feminine). This fragrance indeed grows on you, the more I used it the more I love it! For sure gonna buy some more of this Arabian juices, what lovely exotic masterpieces.

@LaVieEnParfum That is extremely rude. Fragrantica is for everybody, not only english-speakers. Create your own xenophobic bigot website. Many thanks.

A nice spiced oud with rose and amber to control the harshness of oud .
Teriffic sillage and good longevity, about 7 hrs on skin & 12 hrs plus on clothes.
cigarette box is nice enough to carrying inside your pocket!

After 10 to 20 min it supply it’s real color of scent. Opening is quiet similar to Sat Safa Al Rehab but, after a while it is a uniq scent then other. Great scent to grow your personality. I like it most for my daily use perfume.

Great versatile oud scent well balanced and does exactly what it says on the box. Notes seem accurate to me. Good enough to be worn on its own but may be used for layering too. Compared to other attars I have this one seems less potent. I feel I have applied quite generously – the same quantity of say a strong Al Rehab (such as Saat Safa etc.) would knock anyone out in my vicinity but not so with Al Haramain Oudi. Longevity pretty good although the scent stays close to skin after a few hours I find. I guess I need to revisit this when it’s either really warm or when I am wearing warm clothes so that my skin will carry the scent further.

Too much sharp and soapy for me.
It’s warm, indeed. But this oud is different, worst, than the others I tried, like the Montale’s and Van Cleef’s. It’s sharp and intoxicating. I expected to find a more sweet, flowery, soft oud.
I can feel the saffron and the rose, not the best quality rose I have to say, it reminds me of the rose soap barrette that my granma used to use.
The saffron is good, I like it.
This is not a bad frag at all, but not my cup of tea. I think it’s a mainly masculin fragrance.
I have to go on with my research for the arabian frag that fits to me.

Just bought! I can’t wait to try it. 🙂
    Hope I’ll like it.
Do someone of you think this looks like any niche perfume we know? I.e. Shalimar or any Montale like black aoud, etc…

  25. :

    5 out of 5

A beautiful perfume – a stronger version of Arba Wardat. I’m still disappointed with the sillage as nobody would know you’re wearing it unless they came up very close to you.

  26. :

    5 out of 5

Classic rose-saffron-oudh blend… nice, if you’re on a budget, but the oudh note is quite linear here (my guess: a low-grade, Indian oudh as it is quite woody)- none of the complexity of Swiss Arabian’s ‘Mukhallat Maliki’ (if you’re looking for a better quality, similar blend).

  27. :

Its very strong oriental scent. 1 drop of this Rose Saffron Oud potion is more then enough. Anyway scent is very beautiful and unique. Slightly medicinal in opening but very floral afterwards.
