Ooh La La is a sweet, Spring appropriate floral. I am rather enjoying its honeyed sweetness on my skin.
It’s fairly one-dimensional, but enjoyable nonetheless. It opens with a soft blend of sugared lemon and honey, almost reminiscent of a cup of steaming lemon tea, before settling into a somewhat tropical blend of frangipani and vanilla.
Bud Parfums are oil based so they last a fairly long time on the skin. However Ooh La La is one of the softer scents from the Bud Parfums range. It’s a light whisper of a scent, smelling more like a lotion rather than a perfume.
So far, from what I’ve tried, Ooh La La is my personal favourite. Howard Jarvis tends to make his female scents very sweet. Ooh La La is one of his more wearable sweet florals.
I can’t wait to wear this fragrance again once the weather heats up. It’s really fun and feminine, definitely worth trying.
