A quite beautiful citrus floral scent, inspired by the warmth and rejuvenation of a spring morning. The rose in the opening is majestic, and lightly sun kissed by luscious orange blossom notes. Mandarin leaves offer a green citrus scent, counter-balancing the delicate floral notes. The rose is flanked by radiant peony blossom and subtle watery lily, creating a picturesque bouquet in one’s mind. Black current is gently used in this fragrance though amplifies the berry notes of the rose and offers a juiciness to the overall composition. This is a bouquet which seems still wet from morning’s dew. Lastly, elegant white cedar grounds the fragrance with a soft woodiness. Feel this is geared towards the fairer sex due to the abundant floral notes, though I’m sure men could enjoy as well. Once again Cecile Hua impresses me with her perfume art. Her talent for capturing a moment and image into a scent is truly a gift. (132)
