This smells exactly like a campfire.. very strong, smokey, woodsy, masculine. I had to layer it with Lolita Lempicka to soften it up enough that I felt comfortable wearing it.. the intense smokiness does work well with the sweet spiciness of Lolita Lempicka, sort of a fairytale woods on fire vibe.

Yes, the notes on the site are incorrect. This is dark, oud, resinous, and lovely. I smell tobacco, woods, olibanum is in there. It does have that bit of sweetness.

All smoke (olibanum), wood, amber and soft rose – and absolutely gorgeous. It has a dry, somewhat dark character similar to Tauers’s L’air du desert Marocain but slightly more approachable and more easy to wear. It does have some sweetness, but not much. I guess it is the sweet-ish amber (not listed) that give it this sweetness and a slight powdery feel. It stays pretty close to skin but has a good longevity. I like it very, very much.
