I’ve smelled this on two different friends. Both times I thought they were having an episode of high blood sugar. Neither is diabetic. One of these friends is an R.N. and also thought it smelled like high blood sugar. She would know with her years of medical experience.

I just recently acquired a vintage travel size lotion of Moonlight Path, and I can only give my honest review based off of that.
I remember this scent being very popular when I was in elementary and middle school with the older girls. I thought back then that it smelled really nice and meshed really well with other people’s body chemistry. But, this scent wasn’t particularly ‘me’ per se, I really enjoyed almost all the other scents from Bath and Body Works at the time. I remember a few years ago I tried the lotion on my arm and it smelled horrid on my skin. I’m talking horrid, like cat pee horrid. But fast forward to now and I can definitely wear this scent without any skin chemistry issues.
I really enjoy it in the lotion form, it’s so soft and delicate but it’s also alluring because it’s essentially a musk scent (which I like but don’t love). I can be very picky about my musk scents so this one is definitely a good one in my opinion. I can see this also layering so well with a whole bunch of other scents, but it’s gorgeous worn alone as well.

    The powderiest!
It’s possible I’m missing out on the lavender note because the powder I often think of as “Powder” is lavender talc (which does not really smell like lavender to begin with).
I tried my best to pick out any other notes. I thought for a moment I caught lilac…but then I remembered that I just switched out my oil diffuser. So back to being a powder puff with a deer hair stuck to it.
And I love this for what it is, which is a huge powdery cloud and a ghost of clean musk. Simple and dreamy. I see many people who use this at bedtime, and I don’t think it’s just due to the suggestive name.

I’ve always hated this but it smelled very familiar and I could never figure out why until I read a review that hit the nail on the head-perm solution. Holy sh*t, that’s EXACTLY what I’ve been smelling this whole time. $5 drugstore perm solution that people used in the 90s to be exact. Gross.

I’m new to perfume but this has been my favorite night-time scent since it came out. My first love…It’s the first scent that really took me somewhere special.
There’s a lot going on here and a lot of notes but everything is incorporated together. It’s a very powdery clean scent and yet very woodsy at the same time. It’s like nature that has been “touched up” somehow. It’s also musky, which I don’t normally like at all, and yet here I am.
Lavender is the one scent that you would definitely be able to distinguish apart from everything and that sweet purple smell is so divine.
I’ve been wearing this for so long but it still evokes in me that feeling of being in a beautiful mystic wildflower garden at night while innocently reflecting into koi ponds and streams in a magical but familiar splendor, lol. I love that place 🙂

    Moonlight Path
One word. Powdery. The smell is okay but it’s not for me. I don’t like the smell of lavender so maybe that’s why. Although, it’s not the kind of powdery that is cloying, it’s unique I guess but it’s just not for me.
    Smell: 3/10
    Sillage: 5/10
    Longevity: 5/10

I bought this for my nan overseas. Whilst staying at her house, I took a shower and used the shower gel, moisturiser and spray. And let me tell you, I’m addicted!!! And also upset I didn’t buy this for myself.
It smells of purple. Baby fresh violets with sweet musk. Absolutely divine and somewhat ethereal.
Staple in my collection now. Brb ordering the set online.

It’s funny how as time goes on and I get older, I actually get LESS snobby as a fragrance enthusiast.
Yes, I understand the moody, cerebral mystery of high-end evening and vintage fragrances, the sleek coolness of designer brands but there’s something very egalitarian, safe and decent about “Bath and Bodyworks” scents. There’s a suburban community feel to them, a freshly scrubbed Americana aesthetic.
Something like Tom Ford’s “Black Orchid” brings to mind the midnight danger of seedy, Hollywood “parties” and independent murder investigations but “Moonlight Path” is a night time fragrance that’s about as dangerous as Kim Novak running away with William Holden in “Picnic”. It’s just nocturnal and seductive enough to hint to the gossips that you might have the incredible scandal of a little smooching under the moonlight planned for the evening (but it goes without saying that the sweater set stays on!)
Opening with a hazy, purple-feeling musk that makes me think of the sugared muskiness of iris flowers, “Moonlight Path” integrates some crunchy greens and silvery lavender into the mix, so an ashy coolness emerges as a result, coloring the whole blend, evoking the cool dewiness of a late Summer’s night. I imagine the slight smokiness of the woods that seem present from mid notes to dry down, will come out stronger on cooler evenings.
A slightly vintage face powder note hums across the purple florals and I’m guessing the face powder sweetness is the mix of violet and heliotrope giving “Moonlight Path” a primped and creamy, classic vibe that reminds me a little of “L’Heure Bleue” or “Apres l’ondee”.
There’s something very accessible and vibrant about B&B blends that transcends debates about quality and complex artisanship; what about entertainment and cozy pleasures? “Moonlight Path” might be like the fun time blockbuster in the theater right near the challenging art film but for what it does, it does it well. This is a lovely, slightly mysterious in an exciting and mostly safe way, evening fragrance or daytime fragrance for those who like to keep a sort of peacefully blue toned feel to the air around them during the day (I imagine it’s fantastic on gray, rain-trickling days which would make it perfect for the austere days of late Fall). It’s equally fitting for a casual date or night out at a Blues festival with the pals.
In my wiser years, I’m loving it more and more for its starry night mood, accessibility and affordability, which imparts its own special appeal. There’s also a slightly nostalgic feel to “Moonlight Path”, the kind of exciting nights that could only happen when you still had parents who cared where you were at night and expected you home and romance had to race against the clock and hit up against all kinds of barriers.
By the time you’re old enough that nobody cares what you’re up to at night, you’re grown-up enough to wax nostalgic about the novelty of the harmless “danger” of “Moonlight Path”. Oh, to feel dangerous just getting kissed in a night time garden or in a moonlit field at a bonfire party! Sigh!

I love Moonlight Path, it’s ethereal, sweet, soft, gentle and other-worldy. Feminine too, and alluring; it definitely lures people to me, who have to breathe me in and look all dreamy, and say ‘oh how lovely you smell!’ It’s such a lovely light floral, with a sweet delicate musky note running all through it, and some lovely woods and patchouli in the dry-down. It’s beautiful, comforting and soothing. I love it!!!

    This is a beautiful fragrance!
It matches up with that Patsy Cline song “I Go Out Walking After Midnight”.
This is a starry night scent.
The violet and lavender floral notes are coming through, and they smell just like the sweet floral body wash I have at home from Olay – Violet and Sweet Pea. I layer this perfume with that body wash, although this is much stronger and throws out an aroma for hours.
The opening is a bit harsh on me; something a bit too chemical at first but it softens into beautiful florals. There’s the aforementioned violet and lavender, along with rose, lily of the valley, ylang ylang and jasmine. If you like florals, this is a very well made floral perfume.
The dry down is mossy, woodsy, musky and vanillic. The dry down stage on me is mostly vanilla and woods, which briefly remind me of the dry down to their other fragrance Twilight Woods.
This is definitely an evening perfume to wear with black deep purple or navy blue dresses you put on for dinner dates or to be out on the town on Saturday night, but it has a romantic aura, not a casual aura, formal, elegant.
In fact if it had a color it’s MIDNIGHT BLUE.
This is such a midnight blue colored scent.
I was really enchanted with Moonlight Path and can’t wait to take her out tonight in public to see how others react.
If you’re familiar with how Bath & Body Works perfumes wear on your skin, and you have matching body lotions and creams, try this one. It’s amazing.

I discovered this beauty at my local Bath And Body Works store. Every so often, my teenage daughter and I love to walk into the store to see if we can find some body lotions scented candles or domestic room air freshners.
I tested the perfume first and found it to be rather too musky and lacking in any real beauty. But then I tried the fine fragrance mist in a large cylindrical bottle and thought it was very beautiful. The first spritz is dreadful. It’s pure chemicals. Its cold and harsh and if they’re aldehydes then they’re messed up aldehydes. The fragrance eventually calms down into an amazing purple floral scent that evokes the night time on a suburban residential street. Moonlight casts pale beams of light over your neighbor’s lawns and gardens. There’s something like iris here but it was a big lavender. There’s also a night blooming jasmine. The lavender-jasmine pairing are so beautiful.
In addition there’s vetiver, moss, sandalwood and vanilla. The vanilla is not heavy, and in fact, barely perceptible, which I found odd compared to other B&B Works scents that usually contain larger amounts of vanilla. This one has stronger notes of amber, musk, sandalwood and vetiver. The amber is very lovely. Even for a body spray/mist, it’s very nice and in fact I prefer it to the real perfume because the musk is tame. I got that the first spritz of the perfume was soft lavender and not that harsh aldehyde thing but I don’t mind going through that in order to get to those lovely florals and those soft base notes of amber and sandalwood.
    Gorgeous!
This can be worn with a little purple evening cocktail dress to dinner with my husband! This is romantic, feminine and mature. This is such a great perfume and I am loving every minute I wear it. Now that I know I like the fragrance mist I’ll look for it again when I run out of it.
Well done Bath and Body Works!

One of my high school signatures. Now that I’m revisiting it, it’s so strange and nothing like my usual signatures. I think the packaging and the name are what drew me to this. At first, this is a bit too musky for me. But after it’s on your skin for a few minutes, the lavender develops and it really does remind you of walking through the woods at night. Either way, I highly suggest this to all the musk lovers out there. It’s a sweet and mellow musk. Very pleasant.

A soft dreamy floral with just enough woodsy base to meet my standards ( my florals have to have woods notes) this is, as I have seen from other comments, a perfect bedtime scent. I can picture luminous woodland sprites flitting about a moonlight garden of night blooming flowers. This is a wonderful scent that I was very lucky to win in a giveaway, otherwise I might have never gone to bed in this cloud of soft powdery lavender loveliness 🙂

This scent is very similar to Moonlight Magic. Kind of grassy lavender and very powdery. More of a perfume for and older woman . The powder scent is too overwhelming for me..phew.

Since the end of last year, I was on a hunt for a new lavender scent. I was told that this was being discontinued. I thought, “How strange! This is one of their biggest sellers. It was so popular at one point that other companies were trying to mimic the scent.” Today, I walked in the store and found Moonlight Path on the shelves. It wasn’t the fragrance being discontinued, but the packaging. I have my bedtime scent back and I’m thrilled. Yay!! I’m over the moon with it and gently scolded the girls at BBW for scaring me, all in good humor of course. lol
To tell you what it smells like? Like a grown up version of Love’s Baby Soft with about the same amount of lavender. Very soothing and relaxing, it makes me float away to dreamland. I’m not worried about longevity for that reason, but it lasts long enough which is all I need.

I was in BBW one day and I saw the 3 wick candle of Moonlight Path while waiting in line to pay for whatever I was buying. I thought to myself, “this is a beautiful scent but I already have too many candles so maybe I’ll come back and buy it next time”.
To be honest, I only remember it being sweet and light. I’m pretty sure the candle might have a slight difference to the EDT or even the body mist. I see now that the main accords isn’t what I thought it was when I first smelt this… Now this shot my curiosity so I think I am gonna go back to BBW, smell the candle AND the perfume. If I do like it the second time, I might buy both the candle and perfume and come back with a real review 🙂

I could have sworn they made this prior to 2007? I was sure my mother in law used to buy this for me prior to my divorce. I didn’t like it back then, but I like it more now. I think it’s the musk that I now can smell in it. I’ve always been a musk fan, but used to have trouble recognizing the musk in this. It’s still not a favorite, but I can see why some like it.
I still have some of it somewhere I think, so I’ll have to find it and give it a test run. I always associated this with an older lady type scent(think mature, not “old”), but I can see where this could have appeal for any age group. I’m clearly a lot older than a lot of the perfumes I own were marketed for, but I still enjoy them.

I received a gift set of Moonlight Path for Christmas, as it has always been a favorite of mine. It has changed, it doesn’t have as much lavender or musk as it used to. The body cream is more soft and the lavender or musk is not as rich as it used to be. The body mist is mostly alcohol with just a little bit of moonlight path. I have not smelled the new EDT so it may be fine but the body cream and mist have been changed a great deal. It still smells faintly of Moonlight Path but it is not nearly as rich or fragrant as before. There are a lot of older bottles on amazon and ebay so you may need to check these out instead.

I did a complete turn-around with this one. I purchased this, in the body lotion form, about 5 yrs ago, used it once and hated it. All I could smell was violet, which I detest totally.
I used the body wash and lotion at a friend’s house when I visited this summer and I loved it. Yes, now I get the musk, and the powder, and the pachouli. So nice.

Baby powder! Yep, that’s what you’ll get with this fragrance. It’s not good or bad, it is what it is. If you find the smell of baby powder calming, then this fragrance is extremely useful at bedtime.

When I was a teenager, I was obsessed with the scent of the moonflower (datura inoxia). It is a weed that grows in the wooded areas and fields near my home, but you can also buy seed packets if you want to grow them. I could never find a fragrance that remotely resembled it except Moonlight Path. For a long time, I thought Bath & Body Works named Moonlight Path because of moonflowers. If you ever get a chance to smell a real moonflower, don’t pass it up. It’s a fragrance that is otherworldly, ethereal, powdery, intoxicating, musky. It’s one of the most beautiful smells I’ve ever smelled, natural or synthesized. The beauty of the moonflower is a double-edged sword, as its seed-pods are extremely poisonous and can cause hallucinations and death.
There are fragrances that have datura inoxia as a main note or soliflore, but they are usually expensive, to put it mildly.
Moonlight Path has been a staple in my collection for as long as I can remember. It’s soothing.
The only issue is not with the fragrance itself, but with the longevity of the eau de toilette. It fades very quickly. I find it is best to apply after a shower in one’s wet hair.

Moonlight Path is one of my favorite scents but it isn’t for everyone. I like it because it is musky and feminine, but not fruity.

This one is weird for me. I was gifted the full set in high school and wore it until it was gone. I liked it then, but didn’t love it? I didn’t feel like it was quite me, but I wore it anyway because it was a gift from a really cool older cousin and I assumed she knew better than I.
I recently got a mini of the spray out of curiosity and remembering I liked the lavender in it, and oh my does it take me back in a weird way. It’s nostalgic but in a bad way? The smell makes me kind of want to curl up in a ball. It’s not a bad smell, though loaded with notes that can be cringe-worthy for me (musk, particularly *this* kind of musk; and oak moss but I’m learning to like that over time). It’s powdery, and not as sharp and sweet as some of the other B&BW scents.

This is beautiful! So very comforting one could wear it to bed and have lovely dreams. 🙂 The scent is very similar to White Musk from The Body Shop which I just purchased btw…
Moonlight Path is very aptly named as it really is that ethereal feeling you get if you step outside on a brightly lit night (which we just had a blue moon this week!) and were to walk into a lavendar garden. And don’t you just love it when you can walk outside on a full moon night and actually take a walk in your yard or garden! That is what this is!!!
I smell the musk, the gentle violet, lavender and… earthy vetiver!
I would say bring on the edp BBW! as I could just enjoy it all the more!!!
    edit…
I have used this at night a ton and it is still there the next morning! I love it!

Powder, powder, and more powder. I am not into powdery scents at all so one sniff the first time I smelled it was enough for me to say “no thanks”. But wait…….there’s jasmine lurking in there. Jasmine is probably one of my favorite notes. And can it be? This is not a nice sunny jasmine. It’s definitely my kind of jasmine. Indolic and heady.
If ONLY the powder weren’t so overpowering. If they turned it down a HAIR I could probably love this. Alas.

    pros: I love this fragrance.
cons: It took me about 1 month to use up the 2.5 oz bottle. This is a very weak scent. I literally have to douse myself to smell anything.

oh. my. gosh. words can’t describe how much i adore this fragrance. i remember the moment i smelled it. 7th grade, summer, 13 years old, about to be an 8th grader. at my grandmas house. she had the concentrated room spray in this scent. i sprayed it out of curiosity. and then i fell in love. i adored it. most people thought it was an old lady scent for someone who was only 13. i didnt care. it was so perfect! i had always loved the smell of baby powder and powdery scents. in fact when i buy deodorant the only one i get is powder. the mix of lavender and powder was just so soft and perfect. my favorite BBW scent to this day.

I used to vehemently dislike this fragrance. Then, horror of horrors….I started to like it, really, really like it. I started to crave the powdery comforting sweetness. My bottle is almost done and I’m hoarding it and using as light a hand as possible. I don’t know when I’ll see another one on sale in my country for the ridiculously low price I purchased it for. Moonlight Path never ever leave me, you hear? (Slightly embarrassed face) I love you.

This scent turns on me. And not in a good way. Someone gifted it to me and I think about it now that they were trying to lowkey trying to tell me something about my body odor. From the container, it smells like that typical old lady fragrance that so many people screech about. I thought that it would be better when I apply it, but sadly it wasn’t the case. I tossed my bottle. Keep in mind I had this over ten years ago so they (B&BW) might have reformulated it.

  34. :

I almost hate to say it, but I’m wearing the body cream, and I actually have grown to like this. It’s been a long time since I first tried it, and apparently my tastes have changed since then.
Definitely try it first, it’s polarizing. I absolutely 100% hated this at first because it smelled like nothing but dusty baby powder to me. That doesn’t bother me as much as it used to. I get a lot more herbal freshness from it, and the musk seems soft and smooth rather than dusty and old. It’s generally a cloud of soft soapy powder-musk, but it has a comforting feel. The lavender gives it a splash of soothing coolness that I really enjoy, a little like eucalyptus. It also doesn’t use the same harsh, scratchy musk that all their newer fragrances do.
Although it has a quiet, calming quality to it, it’s not sheer, it’s actually VERY strong if over-applied, so use a light hand. It also fades into the background pretty easily for me, I won’t be able to smell it even though everyone else can, so beware of that before you reapply.

  35. :

    3 out of 5

I am in a love hate relationship with this. All I smell is lavender covered in powder. It is extremely powdery. It’s sort of a one dimensional scent. But then again I find that when I put it on at night it is uber relaxing and comforting. Lavender is known to help relax, and the scent of powder smells like baby’s skin.

I used to dislike this scent, now I absolutely love it. Creamy alluring yet subtle scent; a little unique. I love it for autumn/winter months and at night before bed.

  37. :

I’ve had the EDT for 2 years, and barely use it, because it’s really strong. I recently bought it in the body cream, and it’s also very strong. This is really great for night time mainly in the fall, and winter, maybe that’s why I bought the body cream. You can smell the musk, lavender, and violet the most, well at least I can. Because of how strong this is, I give this perfume a 7/10.

  38. :

This is a beautiful oriental with excellent stay power! I’m quite shocked at how impressed I am with these B&B scents… many are very nice and as I said have great staying power!

  39. :

    4 out of 5

I got this because I absolutely love anything lavender. Admittedly I cannot detect the lavender as much as I thought on myself. To me I get the musk, violet, jasmine, and lily-of-the-valley the most. This is a very grown up fragrance and not for summer. It’s soft yet very intense. This kind of reminds me of a 80s fragrance called Jovan Musk, although not the same but in the same family.
This fragrance’s top notes are lavender & bergamot; middle notes are violet, jasmine, ylang-ylang, rose, & lily-of-the-valley; base notes are sandalwood, amber, musk, vanilla, oak moss, & vetiver; according to Fragrantica. This is one of those fragrances that can give you a headache if used too much.

  40. :

If you bought Moonlight Path body spray or the body butter that comes in the tub and liked how it smelled in the container, but not on your skin, do not give up on Moonlight Path yet. Try the body wash and then layer on the lotion. The lotion is less “amber” like than the body butter and spray. The lotion is pure, deep, creamy, soft musk. Perfect for a fall weekend. Strangely, the lotion is like the Avon Soft Musk from the 80’s and 90’s (which I love) and the EDP, body spray, and body butter are more like Avon Night Magic (which is more amber and less cream).

I received the Moonlight Path bodywash as a present a few months ago. I used it for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised. It smelled like a very soothing aromatic scent. I was enjoing it very much, it reminded me of my late father and it was very calming. The lavander is so soothing, and the musk is just right. I would use it as an everyday night time scent for relaxation. I will definetly buy the mist <3

I have loved this scent since I was a kid! Something about it is very soothing. I never use this as a main fragrance, but as an addition to another as I feel this is too subtle for anyone, even me, to tell that I’m wearing it. It’s a good spritzer for the bed though.

  43. :

    3 out of 5

This will be a room freshener for me. It doesn’t do well on my skin, just a cheap powdery musk with a little bit of saltiness. Too bad 🙁 I know negative reviews don’t do well on here.

  44. :

    4 out of 5

I think Moonlight Path smells really nice on other people, but it does not work on me. At all. I don’t get any of that “soft creaminess” that many people talk about. All I get on my skin are the musk, the oakmoss, the sandalwood, and the vetiver. It’s simply TOO overpowering on my skin. I tend to take showers at night, and I remember giving this fragrance a chance for the first time one night. I couldn’t get to sleep for the life of me, because the scent was too strong.
I find Moonlight Path to be too clingy, too cloying, and too distracting. When I tried it, the scent wore me than the other way around, and that’s no good for me.

  45. :

This is soothing and creamy. I could say it has a shaving cream quality to it but I think it’s more shaving cream plus soap plus body lotion plus scented deodorant plus body wash, to me it smells like a unique collaboration of multiple fragrances with a steady musk base. And I don’t get old lady at all from this scent, I get timeless.

  46. :

This is my fave of the BBW scents. Pure perfection, peaceful, relaxing, yummy. Wish it lasted longer. I bought the more expensive EDT, hoping it would last longer than the mist, but it doesn’t. Save your money and use the cheap stuff.

I’ve tried this, and I think my teen daughter was gifted this in the body mist. Neither of us like it. To me it just smells like something a cute little old lady would wear. No way would I wear this. I actually found some of this at a garage sale thinking it was Twilight Woods. It’s not at all like it. I wish it was, that one I can wear.

Perhaps the best sleeping lotion ever. Warm and powdery and soothing…love it. Moonlight Path also layers very nicely with Nude by Bill Blass. Wore that combo to the office and it was amazing. Moonlight Path is dowdy in a sexy sort of way. Not right everywhere all the time, but always right at night.

This is a sleepy time scent, if you take a night time bath. Its ok, not much for me. Gave my bottle to my daughter. Its nice but not enough to take room away from something better.

This scent is very relaxing and comforting. It is soft and you just want to bundle up in it. Great winter scent. It is a little older but in a vintage way. I spray this on my sheets before I go to bed. It makes me feel safe. Is a little heavy. You either hate it or love it.

Soft, feminine, relaxing. One of my favorte Bath and Body fragrances of all times. I have been using it for years. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it.

I’m 24 years old and I have been wearing this body mist for 10 years. So I can’t agree with anyone who says it’s “old.”
Instead, it’s soft, feminine, floral and comforting. I have never been able to discern the separate notes in here very well, but certainly musk, lavender and violet, sandalwood and amber.
My friends always loved this scent, and say that whenever they smell it, they think of me. And no matter how many fancy niche or designer perfumes I buy, I always come back to this.

I liked this initially because it reminded me a lot of Cashmere Mist, so I purchased the travel-size lotion. But now all I smell is musky hairspray. 🙁 I’ll use it at night but never in public!

At first it smells awesome! But after awhile it becomes sickening and you want to wash it all off. If this wasn’t so strong it would be 100x better!

Whoa… is this the Moonlight Path that leads to where terrible creatures dwell? Run away, as fast as you can!
I just don’t like this scent. It smells a little bit sweet, and quite powdery, but mostly just like something incredibly musty and decrepit. This is not one for me, but may be excellent for your haunted house!

The mist (as opposed to the EDT) is so nice to spray on before you go to bed. Very telaxing.

There is a reason why I had this perfume.
It was love at first smell for me. Warm, soft, flowery, musky. Loved loved it. So of course I had to have it all. The perfume, shower gel, lotion, body mist, and something else. Body butter maybe? Don’t remember.
Delighted with my purchases I indulged in this scent all evening. It wrapped around me like a warm soft blanket and just as comforting. I slipped into my pj’s and cuddled up to hubby….
Who promptly pushed me away. Sat up, eyes wide open with fear. He asked me what that smell was.
“It’s the new stuff I got at Bath & Body Works.” I say.
“When did they start selling Old Spice?!” At this point he is out of bed and grabbing a blanket and pillow. “I love you sweetie” he says as he leaves the room “but I can’t sleep with a woman who smells like my father.”
One long hot shower with Exotic Coconut later, he came back.
I gave it to my mom. And learned a valuable lesson. If it even remotely resembles Moonlight Path have the husband with before I buy it.

I recommend the room spray, especially for the room with a bath.

I love it! Their i said it-I can identify it right away. Its soft and powdery which is what i like.I have tryed the shampoo which smells great but can dry out your hair. Its not the chupacabra perfume i’ve been searching for (literally) but until i do i will continue to enjoy this. Thanks to all the reviews-it helps me to narrow down what notes i like. I thought i hated lavender-guess not.

I don’t think it screams the moonlight in my imagination.. more like morning, noon and night in a blink of an eye. (hmm.. perhaps they wanted to named it like this but sidney sheldon won the copyrights.hahaha)
Started with a baby’s smell in the morning because of the strong lavender that instantly step aside to give way to the powdery citrus (or bergamot as fragrantica named it), and the woody notes. It dries down to lavender, rose and other floral scent basked in sunlight, then the creamy smell of musk, amber and lavender with a hint of vanilla and the remaining floral as the night begins.. all in less than 10 minutes.

I wore this perfume the other day and 2 different people said that I smelled so lovely and asked what I was wearing. I didn’t tell them…I was embarrassed to fess up to Bath & Body Works and I think the name is kind of derpy. But yeah, smells very soft and comforting. A lot like Heaven Sent. Lavender and musk. You probably won’t offend anyone with this unless you pour on so much that you smell like a bottle of baby powder.

I am ever so enchanted with this scent, especially on this warm May night. To me, it evoques serenity, silence, the petal soft whisper of a rosegarden at night when the grass is dewy with moon nectar. I usually dislike lavender but here it is so soft and creamy that it reminds me of Morninglory or Bluebell. Its soft powdery notes ring true and the mandarin freshens up the florals making it my ideal fresh yet lacey scent for warm nights. It
