“Mon ame” has a terrific opening, strongly weighted with orris. Thereafter it unfortunately tends to fall apart, though the non-descript dry-down is long-lasting.

Orris roots and violets.
I got the orris roots fried note the first thing but it vanishes almost completely after few seconds leaving the violets, dirty vetiver, dusty sandalwood, cedar, oranges, and jasmines. I also detect Rose’s and lily of the valley with hints of sweetness.
It’s a cute blend with its orris, violets, rosy blend. I cant classify it as woody but more floral iris blend. Cute.
Edit (30 minutes in) the colder it goes ththe soapier it gets with cleaner musk, no orris, and not violets no more.
