Description

Dior presents its new fragrance Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming from the famous Miss Dior collection in August 2016. The in-house perfumer Francois Demachy announced it as the edition that opens with bright fruity notes, intended for cheerful women who love life.

Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming is a new olfactory variation of Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet, designed as a sexier, more passionate and more modern scent. The hot pink color of the liquid matches the delicious floral character. The composition is comprised of three layers: red berries, Centifolia May rose from Grasse and peony, as well as white musk.

It is available in 30, 50 and 100 ml sizes.

Ah, my new every-day love! It is bright, clean, berry-sweet, rosy, fresh and a little sour. It projects well and stays quite well. A very safe perfume to wear to pick me up. It is more for spring than winter. Absolutely Blooming is quite different from Blooming Bouquet, it is more distinct. It is similar to La Nuit Tresor, but a whole lot lighter.

didn’t like it a lot I think it’s mixed between la nuit tresor and si with more sweetness gave it 8/10

Love this delightful candied raspberry and rose blend. It wears so well. Delicate, feminine, yet strong, powerful. Sparkly and delicious. Vibrant, indeed. It has that elegant Dior touch every woman deserves to feel. Great longevity and sillage.

This one is pretty, but has a weird note on my skin (figures, as my skin ruins many fragrances.) Starts out fruity & floral…I get almost a plum raspberry, but on the drydown, there’s something that smells like plastic and cereal – like eating shredded wheat while putting up a new shower curtain? What is wrong with me?! I wanted to love it, as Miss Dior Cherie was one of my favorites, so I figured a flanker would be good, but sadly, this one is just not for me.

Luscious!! Simply captivating and richly enchanting. Cannot say enough about how much I adore this Dior berry-rose scent on my skin. It opens with a spicy-berry punch greatly elevated by pink pepper. The peony helps keep the rose bright in the heart–a very youthful vibe for a floral! When I’m wearing this scent I feel sexy, a little mysterious and very vibrant! When I’m not wearing Absolutely Blooming–I Absolutely wish I were 😉 The base is simply lovely with white musk swirling gently around dusting each sensuous layer. Maybe not for everyone, but a Definite YES for me. Oh…and how she lingers on my skin. This Dior will stay in my collection–on the front row!!

A charming scent from the house of Dior!
Sweet, captivating elegant and refined! Unlike many of the sweeties out there this one is restrained to a point of comfortable pleasantness! Not sickly overbearing or sticky! The raspberries here are sweet and very subtly sour balanced beautifully with Pomegranate, Rose and peony! With a white musk dry down.
I love wearing this, it has a happy positive carefree vibe! I find it fresh and uplifting!
I also own Tresor La Nuit and yes I do see a resemblance! However TLN is sharper deeper and more syrupy! I find sillage and performance better here however! (TLN)
-Some here compare it to Georgio Armani Si I have worn Si and to me the only resemblance is the sweetness! Si is seriously a sugar hit though! I can’t detect a distinct note of fruit or flower! Even though it has freesia and rose! Two notes I love! Maybe I need to try again! AB to me however is fruity with a subtle softness of distant flowers! Sweet but controlled! Very feminine and ladylike!
This frag is only new to my collection (5ml) sitting on the fence whether to buy a bottle though! @//(*~*)\@.
PS:This bottle and pink juice looks adorable!

This is absolutely one of my favorite perfumes of all time. I’ve lost the cap though–if anyone has one they’d be willing to part with from an empty bottle, please send me a PM!
I love the way the rose, pomegranate, and raspberry come together to make this perfume a cohesive beauty. It is exactly what I wanted Estee Lauder’s Modern Muse Le Rouge to smell like without the rotten-smelling drydown.

I now see the comparison to Si. But Absolutely Blooming is fuller, rounder and has that signature Miss Dior dna they all share. The scent of elegance and class.
Si is sharp and smells like pungent, sour wine which I could never tolerate. Fortunately everything I disliked about Si is missing and everything I wanted to like about Si but couldn’t is pronounced here. There’s nothing stale or sharp about this. It’s a very pretty, easy to wear fruity floral that’s grown up, not overly done at all. Simplistic sort of, but very very enjoyable. I plan to add this to my growing little family of Miss Diors.

This is an ever so slightly altered version of Armani Si to my nose. I bought this blind as it came up for a really great price online and I am very glad I did. It’s nothing new on the market, it’s unbelievably sweet and very similar to others already available but I still love it nonetheless.
USE WITH CAUTION! This fragrance has amazing projection, longevity and sillage. Don’t use in the high heat as you will suffocate yourself and everyone around you. Perfect for autumn & winter, I have been wearing it much more recently as it’s getting cold here in the UK. Top marks.

I live in the valley of California where it’s hot and dry and maybe because of that more than two sprays I feel engulfed. I remember trying it for the first time and singing about how wonderful it was.
Now it sits on my dresser, beautiful but a force to be reckon with.
I love the fragrance but I consider this to be a beast that I use with caution.
Beauty and the Beast. This is what I get. Icy and Sweet. What more can I say, spray with caution, that rose jam has thorns.

This is the most beautiful perfume I’ve ever smelled. I fall in love at the first sniff. I started to use one week ago and it’s going to be my spring /summer signiture. Sweet enough but not owerhelming and the longevity is awesome.

I’m surprised to see that this doesn’t have iris in its composition, as it has that distinct floral/powdery undertone feel. I find this to be comparable to a combination involving Armani Si and Lipstick On. It makes me want to layer the two, as I own both, and see if the outcome is very similar to this.
Really nice. I don’t detect any bitterness in the drydown, as others have experienced on their skin. I wouldn’t mind owning a full bottle of this, but I think I’ll focus more on Si and Lipstick On and see.
A fresh Raspberry sauce with rose jam.

Syrupy rose pomegranate that lasts rather well. Preferably worn in wintertime for its warm qualities, not pretty enough to be a regular in my scent wardrobe. It’s super generic and one is easily tired of its almost sticky sillage.

I retested Absolutely Blooming few more times just to be sure, and I’m glad that I did, as now I can happily add it to my collection, along with Viktor & Rolf Bonbon Spring Summer 2018 EDT (another fruity fragrance that I’m in love with this season).
It is no doubt that there is a smidgen of Miss Dior DNA in this one, but it is not so similar to Miss Dior 2012 and 2017, IMO. Absolutely Blooming is about the prettiest raspberry pomegranate fruity combo infused with elegant rose scents.
When I first tested Absolutely Blooming, I sensed something off putting. It must be because I also tested one more fragrance on the same day, just to save myself a trip to the mall. Scents must have overlapped or crossed each other on me. I usually don’t like pomegranate in a perfume as it tends to turn “bittery dated” on my skin (and the same result goes with geranium). But in here, pomegranate tames down the sweetness of raspberry a notch. The combination of sweet fruits is balanced just right, leaving room to absorb rose scents and does not turn the composition into something cloying or overly sweet (as I found in YSL Mon Paris). To my nose, the sweetness in Absolutely Blooming smells as natural and gentle as it can get. The dry down also has a soft and quieter woody/musky touch. Sillage and longevity are great. After washing my hands few times, the scent was still recoginzable and stayed lingered on my skin.
Once again, I really appreciate Dior’s charming and elegant signature in their fragrances for women. Comparing with other sweet fruity frags for summer, this Dior still stands out and stays on the top range. Despite how others have considered “Dior has lost its uniqueness by creating flankers like this”, Absolutely Blooming still does it for me. To be honest, I get nauseous sniffing scents like Miss Dior Le Parfum, Mugler Aura or Angel EDP…, and I myself can’t wear Chanel No 5 EDP…Well, you get my point. I NEED scents like this for my everyday carefree enjoyment, without any “side effect” or big caution, and know that I still absolutely smell good, if not incredible.

i love it, one of the perfumes that i’ll always keep buying. it’s one of my signatures.
sweet but not too much i feel the musk balance all together. i only love this out of the line.

Good in the start, but then suddenly it gets a remarkable strange kind of bitter note that competes to dominate the fragrance unfortunately. Luckily it dissappears and whats left in the drydown is lavender like, powdery and sweet. This perfume doesnt work its Magic for me.

Absolutely Blooming is absolutely beautiful! I remember when this first came out I tested it but I bought the eclectic YSL’s Mon Paris that day instead. I already had a bunch of Rose-Berry scents and I love them all. I just did not feel I needed another one. How silly of me!
I remember I was impressed with the way Absolutely Blooming wore so well and it had great projection too. I smelled it on me all day. Very nice. I recall hinting to my love that it was what I wanted for Christmas that year but he did not take the bait.
I seemed to have forgotten this little beauty until fast forward to June 2018 when I acquired Elie Saab Resort 2017 from TJ Maxx which also has a strong Pomegranate note but it most notably has that awesome Orange Blossom Note that ES does so very well.
My love loves anything Pomegranate and he loved smelling it on me. I did a search here on Fragrantica for other perfumes that had it as well. To my joy AB was on the list. I was stoked. Now I knew I had to get it for myself. I am so glad I did too.
This baby is in a class all by itself. It is sparkly and Rosy with the most beautiful jammy Berry and slightly tangy Pomegranate notes. There is a sweetness that is classy and very urbane. I also like that it is not too peppery like some other types of this genre can be although it is in the bouquet.. On me there is no heaviness or cloying factors to this either making it great for warmer weather. I feel it will be nice for cooler weather days as well. I also did notice on the dry down the Musk which is not too heavy and which adds a sensual vibe to the Rosy-berriness. This does add a warm dimension and it is a layer I really enjoy. What a beautiful drydown.
I went to Ulta today to find it and there it was just waiting for me like a spider. I spritzed with it and that is the rest of the story. I got the 100ml bottle because I know I will be wearing this one often. I feel girly in a very grown up ladylike kind of way.
I do not think AB is too much like LPRN Couture which is one of my favorites. Couture is more Chyphre style and has a bit more warmth. This is more… well…I will say Pomegranate and Berry smoothie-ish. It has a coldness that is curious and stunning at the same time.
Some people are saying this goes bitter on them. I wear berry notes really well so I never have this problem but it happens to others. I think it is the Pomegranate note as it does that on my Hunny’s skin with soaps and shower gels.
I suppose AB is not a safe blind buy though it is beautiful. It should be tested on skin first. Also if you are looking for a Pomegranate that is sweeter maybe try the Elie Saab Resort 2017. The sweet Orange blossom somehow really balances the tanginess of the Pom in it. I did not notice it all actually.
I will say the longevity is astounding with Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming and the sillage is not heavy but she gets noticed. Give her a skin test at least. She may be for you.

I have Armani Si Rose and La Vie Est Belle Florale. I also have samples of LVEB, Miss Dior (2017) and some La Petite Robe Noires (EDP, EDT and Couture). When I smelled this, I thought “This is what LPRN Couture should have been!” On me, this is a beautiful raspberry-rose, a little similar to the drydown of LVEBs, a little like Armani’s wispy roses, and as classy and versatile as Miss Dior EDP. Much smoother than anything it’s being compared to.

  19. :

    4 out of 5

There’s someting bitter on me in the far drydown – it irritates me. Like the sythetic molecules that hold the scent together were not that well covered with other notes. Otherwise – it’s a gourmand impression on the Miss Dior subject. A bit too clumsy to be a Miss.

MD Absolutely Blooming is absolutely a damn good fruity floral. The opening is an unexpected waxy iris, and it begins to morph almost instantly into a bright pomegranate and patchouli scent, kept from being too dark or heavy by the supporting act of raspberry, currant, and peony, with the musk in the base grounding everything out nicely and becoming more apparent with longer wear. Patchouli isn’t listed but it’s there, providing a familiarity for those who enjoy MD 2012. The sweetness here is more juicy than sugary. I find MDAB to smell like a chicer, somewhat less sweet take on YSL Mon Paris, or like LPRN Couture minus the hint of medicinal cherry. A solid composition and highly recommended to fans of this genre.

I was on the market for new fragrances and went to the Miss Dior Counter.. I tested on paper the other “bouquets” but they smelled spicy and peppery, not my taste, but then tried Absolutely Blooming and it was love at first smell. I put a little on and continued shopping, 3 hrs later the smell was intoxicatingly beautifull, sweet, fruity and floral… I had to go back and buy it… It inmeadiately modified my mood, it energized me!!!

There’s just something about this fragrance. I can’t get enough of it. It’s soft, sparkling, tangy, classy, rich, but also playful, sweet, and sugary. It makes me think of peaches. But it’s not too sweet. Longevity could be better, but at least it doesn’t disappear after an hour like so many fragrances these days. Beautiful and elegant bottle, too. This and Clinique’s Happy Heart are my signature fragrances. They are not dissimilar, both being warm florals. Love!

Opening notes are exactly like La vie est belle then dry out its very similiar too but then u start feel rose too

  26. :

    3 out of 5

The black current almost mimicked patchouli in the opening. I was surprised by the deeper opening. It descends into a usual fruity, pink pepper pink perfume and it getssweeter as it wears on. If that’s your bag, grab it.

  27. :

    3 out of 5

I have not tried all the scents from the Miss Dior line, so I can’t compare Absolutely Blooming to all of them. It has some family resemblance to the current Miss Dior EDP, but it doesn’t smell the same.
This starts out very sweet with a sensation like frozen whipped cream. Then it moves into a fruitier and sourer direction with icy berry notes, rose and peony. It’s still sweet like dessert and has a very girly, pink aura. The musk only comes through in the final drydown.
Absolutely Blooming is not a good name for this one, it has more berries than florals.
This might not be the most unique perfume in the world, but I think it has something to it. Contrary to most perfumes of this style, has neither vanilla (which would make it warm) nor patchouli (which would make it sharp and sparkly), and this way, it stays icy cold and creamy sweet at the same time.
I could imagine that this would be a scent I could grow tired of quickly, but I could also imagine wearing it in the right mood.

I am a newbie to perfume (5 months), disclaimer. This one, on my skin, has a very notic able opening, mid, and dry-down. Opening is too kind, gentle, warm, safe, lovey, for me. I have finally accepted that I have a hard edge in my personality. The mid is wonderful! The twinkle-sparkle I am looking for (pink pepper?) reminds me of Tinkerbell – flirty, sexy, Tinkerbell.

  29. :

Yes this is great. I like the berry and rose scent but it is strong enough and long lasting enough to validate the cost. I love that the base gives it enough staying power and foundation to be not just another pretty scent.

It is blooming. One of the best of those 5, which stand in line in the local department store today. (3 Misses and 2 Bloomings stand there.)
Fresh, rosy. A part of the scent is Woody.
I wonder the “heavy” bar: the scent feels almost light as wind. This definitely is not a heavy perfume. Well my pullover was scented lightly, but sensed the perfume max 1 hour round me, and couldn’t find it on the skin after 1,5 hour.
I sense rose, and maybe raspberry and peony.
This is much better than the Blooming Bouquet. (BB is too fresh.)
As with the Blooming Bouquet, we are still hanging around, near, “the serie Facial Cosmetics”, but not so clearly. Fresh, but not cold. It’d be lovely to wear this in Summer. This brings real roses to me in the middle of the winter.
I usually complain about scents not being sweet enough. This scent is not so very sweet, but it is still quite lovely. Many would call it sweet, I guess. I don’t. It’s fresh and light.
Exuding/ perking light alcoholic rose water. No, not alcoh, but rose tear. Watery.
P.S. Perfume departments smell like this. This is a bit watery and empty. Gaining wind-light blooming without frowsty effects has a price, I guess.
2nd testing: after 30 minutes: sort of “vinegar” – maybe because I was hot.

This is my second review after playing with this perfume for a month or two.
It’s my review below about teaching high school girls and what perfume you’re wearing. I don’t smell Patchouli in this at all and , reading the reviews below, I have to wonder if people are confusing this perfume with regular Miss Dior eau de parfum. To me Patchouli either smells hippie-dippie or like pipe tobacco, and I cannot smell these in miss dior absolutely blooming. does anyone else agree?
I do want to add my thoughts at this has amazing projection and longevity and to be kind to your co-workers and not gas them— “use a dot, not a lot”

I gave my girlfriend the 100 ml bottle for Valentine’s day yesterday and she is nuts about it. I knew after sampling it that it would be a good choice.
A very well blended perfume that lasts long and projects well.
Maybe not everything Dior releases can be called great, but they do consistently release good stuff, I feel.
Guys, spoil your woman with this , I’m sure she’ll be as appreciative of it as mine was.

Wow okay so I may be setting the record for three reviews on one scent lol but it kinda makes me sad I sprayed my other ab sample tonight n I don’t smell the cotton candy note I originally did in my other ab sample ?That’s why I wanted it and I sprayed original miss Dior perfume on my other wrist and I like it better lol for some reason their is a note in ab that is rubbing me the wrong way ? Is it just me lol it’s like miss Dior is more toned down but still sweet and captivating

  34. :

I thought this was going to be a longer lasting version of Blooming Bouquet, which I think is lovely. Instead what I got was an over sugared berry blast. Absolutely Nauseating or Absolutely Too Sweet would have been a better name. I couldn’t scrub it off fast enough and used the store bathroom to do so.

Hmm am I allowed to add another comment lol I HAD NO CHOICE after seeing so many comparisons to Armani Si??Heck NO! it is nothing like it, to me anyways ! Si is very cloying at least on my skin but AB develops into a fruity scent that’s more diverse, more layered with even a slight cotton candy scent to it! Don’t let that have an effect on testing this perfume out because I actually may be one of the few who doesn’t enjoy Si but love Dior AB! And now that they came out with a roller pearl! How luxury and it’s pink lol I think I need to treat myself to this I’m thinking

I really love it. It gives me sparkling wine vibes with red berries and fresh cut flowers on a sunny spring morning.
I picture a beautiful french girl in her 20s wearing this while she’s running errands on a busy weekday.
It’s sweet, fresh and floral, very youthful and easy to wear.
Also to me this one smells like a mix between Si by Giorgio Armani and La nuit Tresor by Lancome.

  37. :

    5 out of 5

I thought this would be at least a little like Blooming Bouquet, but it’s sickly sugary sweet to me. It’s pretty when you only spray one small spritz, but if you want a stronger Blooming Bouquet, this is definitely not it.
This is a lovely, strong eau de parfum, but it’s just not for me to wear, at least not every single day, that is.
I hope that this sugary sweet trend that all of the fashion brands have been following lately will stop soon, because I prefer fresher and more mature fragrances.

  38. :

I really like this flanker, more than I thought I would. It’s a gorgeous floral but in the sweet sense. I think if you like Miss Dior Cherie (not in this sense the new miss Dior but rather the Miss Dior Cherie. And maybe if you like Poison Girl too. This is quite different from Miss Dior or J’adore as it’s fruity floral sweet. Very nice!

Continued…I do agree with the few reviews stating this def does remind them of something they have smelled before like Guerlain mon Paris , it has that very sweet powdery feel thats in that & Lancôme’s la vieste bell but the one thing that sets this apart, to me anyways is that cotton candy note that every once in a while I catch! I suppose I could spend 30 and get pink sugar but because of the hot pink juice, gorgeous bottle with stunning silver pretty bow and the DIOR name, I’m thinking I may just have to splurge & buy a bit of luxury & feel like a fancy princess

I received a sample of this from a nice gentlemen at Nordstrom ! I was so excited to try it because I do not like florals that much, I’m more of a fruity sugary perfume girl and when I read the reviews I was almost positive I’d love it! Well at first spray it was very different then expected , extremely sweet but powdery which I’m not a fan of, almost a bit plastic smelling like a Barbie doll in a good way? Lol idk but anyway as it dries down believe it or not I got a note of cotton candy which I LOVE ❤️ in fragrances, I’m surprised I haven’t read that on the reviews , I did see a YouTube review that mentioned that though:) this fragrance LASTS and is very strong so keep in mind! I sprayed the tiniest spritz on my inner elbow and wow it’s two hours and it’s as strong as when I first sprayed it:) it’s def sweet but honestly I do not get her raspberries in this, maybe some berry but honestly it’s more of a sweet smell with a dash of spice, maybe the berries will show up later lol I hope fingers crossed!

One day i sprayed a sample of the parfume and i went for shopping. In half an hour’s time 2 people expressed their admiration and asked what was the name of my cologne. I went right away and i bought a 50ml bottle!!!
In my skin is as sweet, feminine and elegant, judging by the compliments i recieve, as i want, meaning not like a pop corn-candy smell or nothing like a rose scence (that i don’t like at all).
One of my favorite perfumes ever!!

@Mae10 – First, disclaimer, I apologize as this is not a review, but I had to say something. A fragrance that does not work with your skin chemistry or is not to your taste (or your dad’s) does not make it the worst perfume ever. Also, using terms like “old laddish [ladyish?]” is offensive.
Before you come on this site guns blazing, read how other people write reviews, state your personal perception/opinion on the fragrance, but don’t generalize or be offensive about it.

@janedelamare I absolutely love your review!!!! So funny! Nikki is NOT getting my money either lol.
Absolutely Blooming is Absolutely Amazing! I hope that I don’t overdose on this because it is addictive. I also like Blooming Bouquet which is prissier than this one. This fragrance is BOLD without a shy bone in her body. I opted to get this one for now because I love love love the spicy sweetness so much! This one can last for 24+ hours if allowed to lol. I am 40 yrs old & enjoy it very much, so this one is ageless.

wow, how much i like this scent. This has been an expensive six month quest.
i am an older lady 60+…you guys know what i am talking about. i wanted some fragrances younger people would wear. i teach high school and smell all the lovely fragrances the girls wear. Typical teenager: “you smell so good…what perfume are you wearing?” Blank stare, “I dunno miss” “well, where did you get it from?” Derp… “my sister got it for me.” “Well, can you read the label and tell me tomorrow?” No response . “Well, what does it smell like?” Sarcasm ahead “use your words…” Ending in Total Frustration.
i polled my students and they recommended anything victorias secret and nicky minaj, progress on this front. Ok, onward we go.
not a dime of my money is going to nicky minaj. nuf said. Edit: I did smell them, but i am so anti Nikki minaj, I couldn’t tell you what they smelled like.
going to victorias secret is probably not going to happen. Edit: I went to VS and fell in love but that’s another story.
i tried all sorts of fragrances clerks recommended and they all smelled the same, lovesick, lovestruck, viva juicy, new miss dior etc… fruit plus patchouli. smells like cuban cigars (in a good way); i love them but now i own four different bottles and they all smell the same to me. I now know what a fruit chouli is. I get it. No more.
so my wish became please let me find a fruit, modern, “now” fragrance that is not patchouli based.
enter absolutely blooming. i stumbled across two youtube videos about it. very strong, long lasting, new to me, happy, gorgeous, wow.
Went to macys instead of Walgreen.
my only wish is that i could dab instead of spray.
    good stuff.

This is a lovely sweet and fruity scent. I get hints of floral when I first spray it on but then it dies down a bit. Love the sweetness. Too bad my husband does not like this one on me, so I have to wear it when he is not around. (Truck Driver lol)

  47. :

Miss Dior (Cherie) is more distinctive and interesting. This one is sweeter and very much along the lines of Mon Paris. I’m surprised they haven’t mentioned patchouli as it’s definitely there. Yet another fruitchouli? You bet! But I love it just the way it is.

  48. :

I was expecting to like this, but not as much as I do. I love this, you guys. I saw that someone on here wrote that it smells like raspberry bubblegum, and it does, but in the best, most high-class way possible. Very pricey, but very very worth it. For those who say it’s boring, I’ll counter that: it’s not. I think that what I’m smelling that makes this fragrance unique is the blackcurrant/pink pepper combo, but regardless of what it is, it’s amazing! As for the type of girl who would wear this, I’d say this is geared towards “girly” girls, or a woman who is unafraid to showcase her feminine side.

This perfume is loveliness in bottle,so radiant and happy. Super sweet and fruity but absolutely not cloying or nauseous, it has a subtil medical vibe but it’s so well blended that it’s simply addictive. one of the rarest sweet perfumes that I love.

Syrupy teenage hell in a bottle. I love Dior, or what Dior used to be (I am looking at you whoever has their finger on the reformulation button!!), and am disappointed with their fragrance releases. It is unfortunate to be drowning in a sea of sugar and fruits when all you want is your Miss Dior Original to stand out for the lovely work of art that it is. Sigh. This fragrance is a sorority girl – popular, visible, well-liked – everyone knows her name. It is, however, the quiet, complex individuals who change the game and, hopefully, they will have their chance to shine again.

I tested this today, having high expectations but I am not that impressed.
It is a very nice scent but to me it’s not that unique.
Maybe I would like it more if I hadn’t already smelled so many similar things.
Still, it’s a good smell. To me it smells sweet and soft and sophisticated.

It’s a scent that won’t make you go unnoticed, both in a good and a bad way, I’ve had compliments but also one person who couldn’t stand me wearing this next to her, understandable as it can be headache inducing or a bit strong to who doesn’t like these kind of perfumes so use sparingly.
A strong berry/patchouli note hits you as soon as you smell it, to me aside from the Le Parfum is the one that stands out the most, the sister who steals the attention from the other Miss Dior-s by being a bit dramatic and a bit of a diva.
Very sweet and girly but not ditzy, Absolutely blooming left me puzzled as the florals seem hidden while the other fragrances from the same line seem to have a link between them, the only one that vaguely reminds me of this is the Eau the Parfum, also reminds me of Armani Sì.
On my sister this transforms different than on me thought, on her it develops into a sweeter version without the punch that you smell at the very beginning which surprised me as I didn’t even recognise it anymore but it was still very nice, on me I feel like it doesn’t have such a dramatic change as I feel like it smells pretty much the same, just slightly faded out after a while.
I’d suggest this if you like a perfume that will leave an impression and get to the point, personally I really like it as it’s cute but not boring.

I knew I’d love this! I found a raspberry to love…❤️ It’s just such a pleasing gorgeous juicy fragrance. Reminds me of Si Intense a bit,and also surprisingly enough,,Coco Mad but with much better longevity and sillage. 😉
    Utterly addictive..

among all variants of Miss Dior on the perfume counter, this one is my favorite. just the right amount of floral and sweet raspberry, and last really long time on my skin. nothing bad to say about this fragrance.

This one is an absolutely sweet berry smelling perfume, specially raspberry. It should have been named Absolutely Berry and not Absolutely Blooming. It’s heavy with cloying sweet berry notes which for me are headache inducing, I can’t smell the floral notes… the fruity gourmand notes are so dominant… not woody at all. Drydown is quite nice.
Long lasting and great sillage, good quality perfume.

It smells like bubble gum in raspberry favour. Too sweet and too heavy for me, and also too long-lasting. When I was having lunch, I can barely smell the food as the whole room was full of Absolutely Blooming. That was a nightmare to ‘eat’ with perfume.

From the first spray of a sample I had, I was instantly hooked! I went hard to get a bottle! Lol.
Absolutely blooming is sweet and fruity but also has that lipstick smell, which I normally do not like at all (Prada candy was a major fail for me because of that) however, it just works here. And I absolutely love it! Raspberry is the key note, which most likely plays a major part in the reasoning of me loving AB, as raspberry is one of my favorite notes.
Sillage? Amazing!! Near LVEB amazing! Longevity? Amazing! This is an exceptional quality fragrance that I don’t ever want to be without again.

After waiting for a long time to try this out, I was sad to say this is not what I thought it would be. It sits so close to my skin there is almost zero projection, and is not as long lasting as I expected. As a fan of Dior, I am heartbroken.

It’s a mix of La Petite Robe Noire and La Nuit Tresor. Love it.

Currently addicted. I don’t even really like the way it smells but I can’t stop spraying it. It’s narcotic. Possibly toxic. Send
