   Regardless fragrance itself – people who work in liquides imaginaires are rather ignorants and neverminded… Fragrance trio : melancolia, lacrima, phanthasma are in production but hardly achievable. I can’t find even samples. So I wrote directly to costumer services. The answer was : ” Because containers thous 3 fragrances are very fragile we don’t sell them by sending. If you want buy one you need to go directly to our scent bar in Paris. Thank you very mutch ( I got specially go from London to Paris to buy bottle of perfume or even smell it) I can afford it if I’m Rockefeller or Bill Gates only… I asked about sample info – No reply… Thous people p… ed me of so from now on I’m boykoting their fragrances….There is so many nice scents just skip liquides imaginaires onestly.

   To me this fragrance, classified as a unisex woody spicy scent, is autumnal and a perfect start to my Halloween festivities.
   This is indeed a melancholy scent, brooding, Gothic, intellectual, but more on the feminine side. Such a surprise because it isn’t stereotypically feminine in its notes.
   he is a woman straight out of Edgar Allan Poe’s imagination, a sickly beauty, pale, dark hair, barely alive.
   She is dying of a broken heart. She is never seen during the day and she is excused as being consumptive and ill, bed-ridden and a prisoner of her own estate, a decaying mansion.
   This is also evocative of Miss Havisham from Charles Dickens Great Expectations. She has an old wedding dress always in sight in her closet and cannot get over how she was abandoned at the altar.
   There is also something of a funeral parlor air to it.
   Now you’d think that such a scent is ugly or won’t smell good but it smells very pleasant. It lacks floral notes but it smells feminine, like a woman’s skin.
   This smells like a pale hand on your shoulder. There is a fresh cool bergamot orange opening with a mint that smells like medicine or a medicine cabinet. She is taking a vial she needs to get through her every day in her depression and gloom.
   There is also a sweet ginger and spice.
   But for whatever reason it never gets too spicy. It delves deep into the musk scent and the laurel leaves.
   The result is a masculine dry down, even after the feminine heart of ginger goodness. The dry down is musk with a bite.
   Smells like an animal has begun to devour you. That snake in the packaging is true to the scent smells like snake skin.
   This fragrance is bitter, aromatic, medicinal, Gothic, and mysterious.
   The fragrance can be worn as a Halloween party perfume. Unfotunately it’s an indie niche fragrance that one has to have bought when it first came out about 2 years ago and through their website.
   This blew me away. I love Halloween and love to create the mood with perfume. This one, Magie Noire and De Profundis are my top Halloween scents.
   A fragrance to wear if you’re in the theater, an actor or actress portraying Hamlet or Macbeth, a Gothic fragrance to wear with black attire.
   Smells best in autumn and winter.
   Moody, nocturnal, melancholic, beautiful.
