Description

The spring is marked by editions with light green liquid. Among them will be the new fragrance by the house of Avon joining the collection of Little Black Dress with a refreshing composition perfect for the warmer part of the year.

The collection of “fragrant dresses” by Avon was launched with the edition Avon Little Black Dress from 2001, followed by Little White Dress, Little Pink Dress, Little Gold Dress and Little Red Dress. This year Little Black Dress received a successor announced as an elegant refreshing edition which blends citrus drops with delicate flowers, resting on sensual musk.

Top notes of the composition offer luminous, sunny aromas of lemon and sparkling grapefruit, refreshing the floral heart with blooming peonies embraced by musk in the base. LITTLE BLACK DRESS EAU FRAICHE is available in the same flacon form as the previous editions, as 50ml Eau de Parfum. The new limited edition arrives as a summer explosion of citruses that accentuate the sophistication of the fragrance Little Black Dress, creating its refreshing, lighter face.
Little Black Dress Eau Fraiche was launched in 2015.

I must say I love LBD, and the Eau Fraiche is just as lovely a smell only a little less potent. It lasts quite well on me and citrus and floral combination is a winner for a summers day wear. I tend to treat Eau Fraiches’ as a ‘freshener up’ anyway and this has to be one of my favourites. If you want something more heady go for the normal LBD.

Here i read the same old – GRANNY SCENT , old lady scent . Dig deeper peeps .. we are all getting old , shhheeesh . Anyway this scent is nice enough …lemony , musky .. hint of rose. 6/10 .. moderate lasting

Too musky and quite not “fresh”. At first reminded me of a granny scent. Now, after 2 years on the shelf, I think the gapefruit is a little more distinctive and thus a little more pleasant. As a whole I am not a fan of Avon.

Reminds me of Chance Eau Fraiche when I smelled the Avon brochure page. Not sure if it’s supposed to be a dupe of that.

It was almost a blind buy for me as I knew the smell from the catalogue page.
I was looking for something fresh yet complicated to wear in summer. Since I’m addicted to perfumes owing such fragrances as Dior, JLo, Hugo Boss etc. I decided not to spend much for this wish.
My choice was right, I like the smell a lot, although it doesn’t last long on my skin at all, nearly after an hour my nose doesn’t feel anything. Big BUT is that on the fabric it stays long enough (about 3 hours) and that’s fine with me, as during this time I am surrounded by a cloud of freshness. I actually hear the rainforest, waterfalls and fresh flowers in it…
Lovely and suitable both for both day and night.

Watered down version of LBD, fresh and easy to wear. Like it !

I really wanted to love this. Love the top notes. Agree with previous comments. The musk is taking over. I want a version without the musk. I should have known better. Avon tends to overdo the musk and/or amber.

Generally, it is a really likeable scent but the name “Fraiche” is a bit misleading, as musk is the dominant note here and in my opinion musk is the opposite of freshness. It’s a warm and cloying note, so definitely not a “fraiche” type of thing… However the combinantion of peony and other flowers with the citruses is really great and I’d love to get a version of this perfume without the musky basis. So – I want a flanker of a flanker!:)

Personally, I see no point in releasing such kind of fragrances. I mean, there are tons and tons of “Little dresses” in Avon. One black dress is enough (a true masterpiece by the way!) The other thing is, i dislike citrusy ones. All possible lemons, grapefruits and stuff – no thanks. I would have suggested this to be called with another name and another bottle. I deeply doubt for any decent longevity, most probably will place it between the Celebre, Pur Blanca and the rest of that class… 🙂

this is quite a nice fragrance. the citruses are not too fresh and there is a pleasant floral dry down. not particularly long lasting, but cheap as chips to buy.
it’s nice, but I have nicer citrus floral scents in my wardrobe, so I’ve given it to a friend.

Not soooo fresh. At least it is not citrus, zesty, lemone. It was a disappointment at first, because I wanted a kind of elegante lemonde. It is more flowery, watery, bamboo-like creamy fresh.
