Was lucky to find this at a T.J. Maxx store. One thing I can say is it has “bite”, like true lavendar. Some people have refered to it as like an aftershave sting. Fresh and crisp when applied, then it mellows to a calming aroma. Love lavender <3

I love lavender, but I am a purist — I like my lavender unadulterated by other notes. That makes this lavender really nice. Smells really strong when you first apply it, but softens pretty quickly. I only wish it lasted longer! It’s gone in like five minutes.

I love lavender, but it must be tempered by other notes to 1)make it last and 2)make it pleasant to the nose.
This is the real thing, all right; but too punguent for my taste. Very sharp; better as an aftershave than a cologne. Longevity is poor (about 1-2 hours)Sillage strong for a short time.
I bought it for myself but passed on to my husband. He likes it but doesn’t love it for same reasons listed above.
