Description

The “gourmand aphrodisiac” that is La Nuit Trésor, the flanker of the original Trésor (1990) from the beginning of 2015, gets a new, lighter and fresher version in September 2016 – La Nuit Trésor L’Eau de Parfum Caresse.

Lancôme Trésor La Nuit Caresse begins with a fruity blend of raspberry, bergamot and lychee, spiced with notes of pink pepper that gives it a bit of freshness. Damascus rose, known as the “Queen of Roses” rules the heart of the perfume, accompanied by a sensual duo of jasmine and almond blossom. The composition is completed by the warm base of tonka bean, orchid, vanilla from Tahiti, patchouli and white musk.

The diamond-shaped bottle is decorated with a satin ribbon and a rose in pastel pink. The fragrance is available as a 30, 50 and 75 ml Eau de Parfum. La Nuit Tresor Caresse was created by Christophe Raynaud and Amandine Clerc-Marie.

I have tried La Nuit Trésor long time ago but it wasn’t impressed me much on that time. So I don’t care about any flankers of this line.
However, I decided to blind buy this one online because it’s on discounted and I heard that it’s going to be discontinued. So it’s not a bad idea to get one, right?
I’m a rose lover and after knowing that La Nuit Trésor Caresse is a lighter edition so I think it may have a chance to impress me more than La Nuit Trésor and I’m right! I like it a lot. It’s sweet, rosy and juicy but not too heavy. Perfect for everyday use.
Longevity and sillage are very impressive. Too bad Lancôme decided to discontinue it. :/
P.S. I think I should try La Nuit Trésor again since a lot of people say that they smell very similar to each other.

I got this as an accident, i intend to buy the la nuit tresor but didnt see the “caresse” word after it. I thought i have the la nuit tresor for quite some time. I receive so many compliments and i wear it during summer. People really love this! I already got the original la nuit tresor and i can say that they are somewhat similar. If you like lighter version of LNT, this will work. They are both lovely! You can rock this during summer days and nights!

@MadScentist. I don’t think it was ever widely available in the US. Back when I was looking to buy my bottle, I saw that it was being clearanced out on the Canadian Lancome website and bought mine off a discount website since I figured it must be discontinued with no chance of a US release.

I got sent this instead of the original by Fragrancenet and couldn’t exchange it bc they were sold out of the original at that time. LNT is still my favorite but this has grown on me. I find it more versatile, easier to wear for daytime, it has the perfect balance of fruity and floral with a creamy, powdery base and a touch of spice from the patch. I like it so much I started looking for back up bottle. But I can’t find it on Lancome.com or department store websites, only online discount perfume stores.. Was this discontinued?

Okay so, I have La Nuit Tresor on my left hand and wrist and La Nuit Tresor Caresse on my right hand and wrist. 2 sprays on hands one spray on wrists) I first want to get it out of the way that I love both of them and this is meant to be a positive review.
Now on to the bad stuff: I can smell both of them from the nozzle of the bottle (a lovely candy-like smell 90% the same with LNTC being fruitier and pinker,) but when I spray either of them on my skin I have to wait around 2 minutes for them to bloom. They both start of smelling like: (this is a representation of my mind for the past 2 minutes:)
?????what?????is????this????I???can’t???smell???anything???this???is??weird??why????did???I???spend???money???on???this???twice??oh??okay??wait?I?smell?something now… no wait I smell it now! It’s good! Everything’s good! nevermind!
So if you get a weird start like I do, maybe we’re both anosmic to a common top note? I don’t know.
Okay, now that I can smell both of them… They smell remarkable similar. Like, when I complain how some flankers smell absolutely nothing like their pillars? This is the opposite, the flanker smells waaaay too similar to the pillar. These two are about 85% similar.
The differences: LNT has a smokier, darker caramel feeling.
LNTC is definitely less smoky, much brighter and more fruity (raspberry+litchi fantasy note.) Honestly, the colors of the bottles are spot on, the ambery brown base of the diamond for LNT and and the bright berry pink background for LNTC are very visually accurate for how these two smell.
As time progresses (about 7 minutes) LNT the caramel is getting more prominent and brighter and fruitier (litchi), LNTC, the raspberry is emerging as the dominant note and almond (it says ‘almond flower’ but whatever) is noticeable. The similarities have been reduced to 70%.
Someone said LNT is the night-time scent and LNTC is the daytime version, and while I don’t disagree (LNT is definitely either a night-time, or coldest winter when the whole day is dark kind of fragrance for me) I think LNTC can be fine for both daytime and night. It’s fruitier and pinker and it skews more Victoria’s Secret for me (and that’s not a diss, I love VS.)
In summary: Starts off confusing and 100% same. in 2 minutes 85% same (LNT smoky caramel/ LNTC bright raspberry) in 7 minutes 70% the same (LNT deep smoky caramel-litchi candy/ LNTC lighter brighter glowing raspberry-almond candy.)
I think before buying this or any of the other LNT flankers, you should make the time to do a proper wrist to wrist comparison because LNT and the flankers are not linear, they morph and change with time and I feel like I could have done without LNTC (I only paid $20 for a used 90% full 50ml bottle so I’m not crying too hard, I’m actually happy to have it because I like it a lot, but if you’re going to pay full price, I feel like it’s my duty as a fellow Fragrantican to warn you.)
ETA – It’s been about 7 hours now and I’ve made dinner, washed dishes three times, and I can still smell both LNT and LNTC, at this point they are both a very faint burnt caramel and about 95% the same. I think they were going pretty strong for the first 5-6 hours but now finally fading.

La Nuit Trésor Caresse is actually my least favorite from the La Nuit line, as the patchouli in here is quite strong and dominant, more than anything else. On me, I could only detect a little bit of nutty-ness from almond, very faint vanilla, raspberry, and spicy note (from tonka bean?), almost NO litchi, UNLIKE with the EDP, EDT and à la Folie.
By far this is the “greenest”/freshest La Nuit. The way it performed on my skin with my chemistry, did lean toward Mugler Angel EDT than belong to La Nuit Trésor line (which has ALWAYS been known for its sweetness, richness and creaminess). I guess I don’t have to invest in that Angel then 🙂
BTW, this one is still a strong “like”, just not “love”, nor “favorite” from me 🙂 In a very hot summer evening, I may use this one to “tone down” the EDP or others from the same line, for some “cooling freshness”.

I am absolutely IN LOVE with this perfume… It caresses your body and soul, it’s intoxicating without being too overwhelming. I’ve tried all of the “La Nuit’s” except for the La Nuit Trésor à la Folie one, which I desperately want to try. That will probably be my next purchase, if all goes well. All of the notes in that one check my want list off, perfectly. But until that day comes, this one is the definite winner. What a delicious stunner she is!

There is nothing that prepared me for the absolute magnificence of this perfume. I can’t rave enough about it. It is gorgeous…decadent, lush, sensual and intoxicating. I received this beauty as a trade with another fragrantica member and forever will be in her debt. It has a dominant jasmine, rose and musky vibe that is heady and euphoric. The lasting power is easily 8 hours. I feel beautiful when I wear this fragrance. Wow!

Very delicious, almondy, praline candy bomb like, overall super rich in body, at the same still has benzoin like darkness, just now got to be reminded of ysl black opium but done RIGHT, very tasteful sweet fragrance.

Sweet raspberry/litchi scent covered in nice vanilla with some almond blossom tones to it.
Fall to mid spring suitable I would say. Not teeny naive, but still very cheerful and playful fruity lighter gourmand fragrance.
    To me 6/10.

The first full wear I thought this was pretty much the same as the original. Today is my 3rd full wear and it does have La Nuit’s DNA but it fresher, more fruity yet still as gorgeous. Raspberry, litchi and vanilla are what i smell most. I would say that LNTC is the daytime version of LNT. It is bright, youthful and delicious. I honestly love this one as much as the original. You could wear this to work, then put on LNT to go out. Or, you could still wear this. It is sexy enough to wear on an evening out on a date, or going out with your girls. The biggest difference between this and the original is the raspberry and vanilla. It is like a creamy raspberry vanilla ice cream that is freshened up by the litchi. It is different enough to own both.

  12. :

My last attempt to realize if I need anything from that line. Exactly this fragrance smells almost like original. I like pink pepper, but I didn’t notice it in the sexy way here. My hopes on litchi not failed, but I’ve realized that it kinda candied. Besides, edp, edt and this one smell on me… light enough. Yes! Sillage?! Where??? I prefer more noticeable fragrances. So I decided that I don’t need this line finally after walking around for a long time. But I love the idea of the notes pyramide. It could be something more dark and mysterious, except raspberry.

A fantastic day perfume. For my taste – the best of “La Nuit” – series.

” You, even without this, you will never forget me…”
It was his words, someone that I was and maybe I am still in love with, that now comes in mind and really hurts. I remember choosing this perfume for our first meeting. Maybe I was stressed enough not to remember if Caresse was radiating in his car. It was late at night, the temperature was quite high and in a few days I had my last exam. We were talking about a chapter of the subject of my exams that finally was my main question asked by the professor. I’ve got an excellent score. Karma, you know?
Why do I mention all this? Because a perfume is equal to memories. That’s what it should be and that’s why I am obsessed trying to find the perfect one. I will be very honest with you. La nuit tresor EDP is way better than Caresse. Way more seductive, complex and addictive but I wanted something strong and not used by every single human I know out there. They do have many similarities but Caresse, since here is it’s page, is kind of fresher, not that sweet and trully mature. Though, it’s more romantic and good enough for every occasion. Key words: pink pepper, tonka bean, orchid, a vanillic almond blossom, raspberry and patchouli.
p.s: I will re-purchase it and meet you again soon!

This is very sweet to my nose,as original la nuit is,but I prefer caresse.they have a lot in common but I can also see common genes(though very little) between la nuit caresse and my beloved miss dior absolutely blooming, also lancome LVEB florale.
imagine la nuit tresor.now take away it’s darker notes, then add it some raspberry and rose.this is how caresse opens.I can smell lots of litchi and raspberry and sharp, intense sweetness of TLN line and a hint of powdery rose and pink pepper.it’s 80% similar to original TLN but in drydown, differences become more and more apparent.caresses sharp, sweet fruity undertone calms down fast enough and it becomes more powdery.vanilla softens the edges and almond blossom give it a new, softer, more creamy character.in this stage I can smell something like black current or black berry but it’s weak burried under powdery vanilla florals combo.I think TLN is sexier but TLNC is more classy
I like lancome tresor la nuit but I don’t like to wear it often.sometimes I enjoy how intense, attention grabber and multi-layered it is but other times it feels too much.I find caresse much more wearable.I like it’s powdery Dry down and the fact that patchouli is very tamed, almost invisible here.it’s not a summer version of original la nuit, but it’s softer and easier to wear and doesn’t scream for others attention
Longevity and sillage are good as most lancomes.I like that I can smell it on myself hours after application but all in all it’s a bit softer than original la nuit
Lancome tresor la nuit caresse is definitely a modern perfume.it’s not unique and it reminds me some other modern perfumes but all in all I like it’s sweet, feminine and attractive scent.I thought I don’t want to see another sweet, berry dominant perfume in my collection but initial berry phase goes away soon and the Dry down is lovely so I welcomed TLNC in my collection
It’s strange that they didn’t mention “powdery” among accords.it develops to a truely powdery scent on me
    ❤❤❤❤

I enjoy Tresor La Nuit EDP a lot, but it’s truly a nighttime perfume for partys and dates in my opinion. It’s true to its name. Caresse has many similarities with the original, but it’s the daytime version.
It’s still sweet and quite intense, but less rich. And maybe less interesting.
It isn’t the light summer version, that would be the EDT.
The almond note is very prominent in the beginning. It’s nutty and toasty and not a cherry like or powdery sweet almond, and I appreciate this.
In the original LNT the lychee smells a bit like peach to me, here it’s more explicitly lychee.
Even though Caresse has no incense note it’s still a bit smoky.
Unfortunately I think it also has a dusty undertone, maybe from the tonka.
It dries down very similar to its big sister LNP, but the fruityness here is more fruity floral and less sirupy, and it’s noticeable that praline is missing and almond + tonka are strong instead.
I like La Nuit Tresor more than Caresse. I don’t think anyone really needs both, except for collecting or if it’s their signature perfume. This one is very nice and more wearable than LNT, but I would rather have the ultimate sexy party gourmand than another sweet winter perfume. If you really love almonds or nutty scents or find the original too heavy, Caresse might be better for you.

Ok, I purchased my ‘black diamond’. I said I would and I did. The reason? La nuit tresor is a masterpiece and a head-turner. No one can disagree to this but I don’t like to smell like everyone and as I said in a previous review I really need of of it’s editions to my collection.
Lancome mades masterpieces although I don’t see much of creativity. You have to choose, creativity or thousands of editions and reformulation. Now fragrantica became something a secret diary that everyone can read your thoughts, likes and dislikes. Let me tell you a secret of mine, perfumes are the idea of smelling unique and be someone close to the character is shown on their adds. The only perfume I loved without second thoughts was Viva la juicy from Juicy Couture and the one I found close to my character Miss Dior for serious occasions and Poison Girl for fun.
Why do I mention this? Because it’s so true and I find, at least for my taste that the perfect perfume must be gourmandish, slightly floral and strong enough. I have no problem for those who love pure florals or have the ideal of the absolute rose, jasmine etc. La nuit tresor Caresse is a perfect hug and how I agree with one said compared to the original that is something like a silent lover, not a loud one. I bought it, I use it, I am sure it will be one I will use till the end without regrets as 90% of my perfumes are almost full (problem I know) and in one word, my feeling is: SUCCESS. Let’s go straight to the review but let me tell you that I find the original a little bit too much, the EDT newest edition completely different with a touch of the original nectar character and I fall in love with oldest sister Tresor-Midnight Rose! Wish me I won’t buy it cause soon I will test it on my skin and I though I like it a little bit more than Caresse!!
The actual review: A lighter version of the original Goddess of seduction and femininity. Rose plays a good role on it but orchid and a perfect soft patchouli give that something to it’s base. Vanilla and tonka bean end the perfume after 3-4 hours. Sillage isn’t that fine, longevity is very good and although I don’t believe in seasons for perfumes, this could work perfectly in spring or let’s say normal temperature and sunny days. I can really detect all of the notes listed above. The peppery touch, lichi-raspberry…bergamot, jasmin and almond are almost not present. So in a few words it’s a soft spicy with fruity-floral gourmand body. Hard to achieve a combination of these notes and have an excellent result as with Caresse edition. Romantic, ideal for dates, not too much ‘on your face’ like the original, playful, feminine but not sexy, present but not loud, soft but not weak, night lover but not bossy or rebellious. I am glad I have it in my collection and I am sure they won’t discontinue it. Can’t wait to use it to seduct some people I have in mind. xoxo

I hated the original La Nuit Trésor, so i wasn´t thinking of trying this one, but anyway, i did and i love it!
The original was a depressing syrup, but this one is heavenly! The sweetness is toned down and paired with a warm spicy touch. It is feminine, sensual, delicate, almost ethereal. This is everything the original failed to be. The name fits it perfectly, it is really like a caress. And, if not oversprayed, i can see it working in spring and summer too.
Try it if you like modern, elegant and graceful gourmands.
    Note: 9/10

  19. :

I do not like this one at all. The drydown is awful! Very weird, heavy, dusty, musky, powdery tonka sweet drydown. I find this type of tonka musk combo oppressive. Littlegrassstraw’s review was also my experience. The only La Nuit I like is the EDT. The EDT is bright amd lighter with less musk in the drydown.

Being a flanker of la nuit trésor, it’s difficult to judge on its own merit, in saying that however, this perfume maintains the similar sweet, gourmand notes but as the name suggests, it has been toned down. La nuit trésor has a strong fruity note that radiates throughout but has been removed and appears to be replaced with almond blossom and for me, herein lies the problem. On me, it presents itself as something like a nutty salted caramel and whilst not being unpleasant seems to compete against the sweetness of the scent rather than providing balance. If you’re deciding between the two, I’d go with la nuit trésor. It’s a sweet, fruity, gourmand powerhouse. La nuit trésor caresse is similar, but in my opinion doesn’t warrant enough of a difference to purchase if you already own la nuit trésor. Its similarities to la nuit trésor EDP make it pleasant, but if that’s what you enjoy, you might as well purchase the original.

Amazing!A true love for me. How do I see both La Nuit Tresor? Like too lovers… While the first one is passionate and a bit loud when making love…;) Caresse has the same sweet alluring charm but instead of screaming she whispers with just a hot breath to the lover ear. 🙂

I bought this and really dislike it.. It’s been sprayed twice, would anyone like to buy it from me? I’m definitely never getting any use out of it. Imo, it’s way too powdery and smells a bit like play dough. There is no sweetness on me at all. Pictures available if needed. Please let me know!

  23. :

    4 out of 5

Oh no on my skin this becomes something I hate in gourmands which is: overly sweetened headache inducing caramel musk with a bit of nondescript slightly rosy-irisy floral(this tiny part of the scent is not all bad) but really mostly just sweet musk after the fruity peachy top notes are gone. Patchouli is there as a skin scent, i wish it was the other way round, that patch was big and musk small and sweetness less… well I could go on changing everything about this scent I guess, no use. It is not for me and a scrubber. I have been enjoying smelling la nuit, not caresse, sprayed on a paper for about a week now, seems like a totally different scent. Caresse on my skin has no spice, no tartness, no smokiness…which I loved in la nuit. All they share is the exagerrated tonka sweetness like in lveb.
If you like a heavily caramelised musky rose maybe give it a try.

And the time has come. I love Lancome, who doesn’t? I admitted in the past, I wish Lancome could make my signature perfume since I’ve never met a sillage similar of this house nowadays.
This is my 2nd actual review as my first one was about my excitement to try it. When I first smelled, I said ok. Then, seriously guys? And I mean it, seriously? This is not identical but so close to La vie est belle. The more I smell it the more I believe it. Not even close to Tresor La nuit. It lacks that nectar-type of juicy sweetness and seduction. This is EXACTLY: La vie est belle Florale EDT edition, but softer, a bit frutier and gourmandise.
I have seen so many times people accusing Lancome for relaunching the same perfume with thousands of edition. See La vie est belle that for me is an absolute hate due to a ‘friend’ and the fact I can smell it everywhere. Not that is bad but this is my opinion straight from my heart. Tresor La nuit EDP is way better if you’re looking for a masterpiece. Maybe it’s my nose or notes of Lancome that trick me. Patchouli, litchi, vanilla, rose and maybe orchid is what I can smell. Nothing new so decide:
    1) A mix of LVEB EDT+ Florale EDT or
    2) La nuit tresor without what makes it special.
I strongly believe that right answer is 1 since I can smell osmanthus. See LVEB Florale’s EDT page and you’ll notice by yourself how similar it’s notes are. It’s all about marketing guys, Florale is not that famous so by watering down it’s juice and adding a touch of orchid, soft berries and vanilla, voila: Caresse is here!
From La nuit tresor EDP, LVEB Florale EDT and La nuit tresor Caresse, I could easily add to my collection a bottle of the last one just to have a perfume of it’s type. Hope you’ve enjoyed my review and remember, don’t be a victim!
p.s: Fragranticans please review more so we’re not dying to try a new perfume and then be disappointed. xoxo

OMG it’s amazing it’s an art and masterpiece juice of sweet fruits raspberry with vanilla pink pepper smell and the orchid make the fragrance to not become “that” sweet boring sweet smell !! Everything it’s perfect blending balanced notes in harmony together!!!!!!! I’m in love with this frag

I just love it nothing more to say! Remind me of the original La Nuit Tresor EDP, with a very strong opening, but after a time it getting more softer and lighter version, but i don’t mind the EDP at all. It is one of my most loved and favorite perfumes i just adore it! I want all La Nuit Tresor flankers!!! It lasts around 6-8 hours on me.

I like this. It opens with fruit which I couldn’t pick out because the fruit doesn’t last that long. It settles a minute later with praline sweetness. Not as heavy as the original. It reminds me of a soft cashmere sweater. It smells great!

OMG, I’m in love! First Lancôme fragance that I really like, I’m so excited!!!
Honestly, I first tested this already thinking I would not like it as I hate all the other perfumes of this brand especially the original Tresor and Hypnose, La Vie et Belle for me it’s not bad but too main stream and overrated. But as I opened the bottle I felt this amazing sweet smell, and I could not get enough of it. It remind me of cotton candy or popcorn but in a really classy, grown up way.
I sprayed all over, multiple times along the day. So I can’t really talk about the sillage and longevity. On me it was great but I almost took a shower of it. When I got home my mom immediately smelled it on the other room and said “what are you wearing? I don’t like, too sweet!”. But I’m known to like very sweet perfumes so she was not surprised.
I always tend to buy perfumes on dark bottles, I don’t know why but I’m drawn to them and always prefer night versions and stuff.
I smelled the original, I think I tried it before, I didn’t like it… I could tell it was stronger but it lacked what I loved about this one. This one really caresses your body and soul.

For me I find it very simular to the original wich I really liked , really like la vie est belle but wanted something darker and a touch of rose, and boy did I find tje right scent for me !
This one starts out fresh and fruity but soon calms down to a smoother scent , really can smell the almond blossom in this! If you like that this is something for you. On me its quite interesting , on different places on the skin, the notes come out differently, on some part almond blossom and tonka bean is strong, and a bit from it the fruity notes comes out 🙂
    Really nice scent overall.
I would not say this is a light scent, but a warm, soft delicate scent
And the bottle and box is ridiculously simular, the fabric rose on caress is pink instead of black.. Thats it.

I was sent a generous sample of this from a very kind Fragrantican and friend and at first sniff found it extremely similar to the original La Nuit Tresor, which is one of my favourite perfumes. For me the lychee and raspberry notes are dominant in Caresse and overall it’s a sweeter, lighter and fruitier scent than the original. The almond blossom note is a really nice addition here. Personally I do prefer the richness of the original and just find La Nuit Tresor a bit more interesting, unique and special than Caresse. That said, I would still love to get a full bottle of Caresse and would like to know which international retailers who stock it will ship to the UK, as from previous experience I don’t expect to see it in stores over here anytime soon.
EDIT I blind bought a full bottle of this online and have been wearing it nearly every day since! It is absolutely gorgeous and so wearable. The weather where I am is cold now, the seasons are changing from Autumn to Winter, but I can imagine wearing this all year round and think it would be perfect for Spring and Summer too. It doesn’t have as much sillage as La Nuit Tresor, it’s softer and more delicate. It gives me the same sort of vibe as La Vie Est Belle L’EDT Florale. Really beautiful.

Just got my bottle, and I like it a lot more than the original, which I found too thick, too much patchouli for my taste..
Caresse has a fresh sweet top notes, smells great, then the heart is similar to Nuit, which worried me, thank goodness it doesn’t last and goes to a warm soft oriental base…in a way it isn’t that different from the original, but for those who disliked it this is a more likeable version., much lighter too…the top notes are a delight!! But they are fleeting., the litchi gets swallowed up by heavier notes …nicely done..I just wish the top notes would have stayed around longer.
Not like Midnight Rose that has a berry rich vibe throughout,,lCaresse is definitely an oriental, but not a heady longlasting one…

This is a lighter interpretation of La Nuit Tresor. The Caresse part indicates it is softer, and it is. It is sensual, but soft. There is still a sweetness to it, but it is much less sweet than the original. The tonka bean note gives it a more almond like scent. There is still vanilla. I think it’s a welcome addition to the line, as the EDP is quite strong. This is also an EDP, but a lot more wearable for day.

I have the original and I love it, it is one of my favourites.
I was excited to try this one, but got confused after realising that the opening is the same as the original, identical.
Minutes after it becomes slightly softer with less rose and fruit (on my skin) and more soft vanilla, almond flower and tiny bit of jasmine, later some musk.
Fades into softer version of La nuit.
    That is about it.
Not soft enough to buy, for example, for warmer weather. It is still quite sweet, fruity and powerfull.
To compare: Black Opium and B.O. Nuit blanche are very similar but I can still sense more difference then between La nuit and Caresse.
For those who ask about comparison with Tresor Midnight Rose, on my skin original La Nuit is closer to Midnigh rose.
I would love a deeper version tho, with more chocolate, smoke, patchouli, coffee… That would be a winner 🙂

Too sweet. I don’t like it, just as I didn’t like the original.
It reminds me of Jessica Simpson’s Fancy, only it smells a bit more expensive.
It’s a little better, but something is still off about it. Not the best, too overwhelming.

Sweet and nice litchi, almond & vanilla scent. Not too sweet, just right. Elegant, warm, perfect for fall and winter. I truly like it. If you like cozy, warm oriental scents, try it.

I finally got my bottle today and I’m very happy to say that this is GORGEOUS! The opening is very similar to original La Nuit but you can sense there is something different and wonderful in it.
This version is still very sweet but the heaviness of La Nuit has been changed into a smooth velvety sweetness, words can’t do justice to it,The rose is very candied and present in this composition.
Caresse will be amazing in cool weather, sillage and longevity the best.
Lancome has created some great scents lately and Caresse is no exception. If you like La Nuit Tresor but find it too heavy this is a fantastic version still very sweet but slightly lighter and the rose is just amazing.
The only thing that puzzled me is the colour of the bottle wich is very similar to the original but the fabric rose on the stopper is pink this time.
Does anybody else get the same colour frm the bottle as I did?
I got mine from Marionnaud perfumeries in Italy so I def got a good bottle,

I have a feeling I will love this. Lancome’s perfumes, either we want it or not, aren’t actually the best one, but the most long lasting. Quality or just how the perfumes should last and radiate? I wish I could take my favorite perfume to Lancome’s perfumers and tell them: Please, make it last like it’s your!
    – La vie est belle is not a bad perfume, it may has a huge sillage and a great longevity but Jesus! Ok, men love it, women also because it has everything but so many editions, weared by everyone and that mix of sweet/dirty notes makes me dislike it easily.
    – Tresor la nuit, it’s aphrodisiac! It’s the word it describes this perfume 100%. It does remind slightly LVEB but if I had to choose, you know already my answer. The only problem? It doesn’t make me feel something special. It’s just a perfect nectar, sweet/light patchouli gourmand.
La nuit tresor Caresse? Please people review it! I really wanna know. The only thing scares me is rose. Why did they remove praline & caramel and some other cool notes? I don’t care, I couldn’t smell them anyway in the composition haha. What I believe? Hope it stays closer to the original Tresor la nuit but in a fresher way. I see tonka bean that parties hard on my skin, almond – trend of 2016 and white musk. Pink pepper for sure will be the fresh touch and raspberry a nice fruity surprice. The rests are just the same. Mixed feelings for some notes missing and curiosity for the newer added. Anyway, I’ll spray my self with my latest 100ml bottle of Poison Girl and I’ll try to sleep tight.
