This scent is all about spices. A true arabic scent with strong sillage and nice longevity. The opening and the middle stage have many similarities with Ajmal Shadow Grey so if you like this Ajmal you’ll probably like King Solomon.
Because of this similarity I think that there are more notes from those listed here in Fragrantica. There must be olibanum, black pepper and sage which most of them are shortlived.
As time passes it transforms into a completely different scent with a soapy blend of oakmoss,, vetiver, camphor, well ballanced cinnamon and mild cardamom giving to the scent a barbershop vibe.
The dry down is better than the opening and the middle stages IMO. And it’s logicaly priced.
