Juicy Couture Juicy Couture for women of Juicy Couture

Share:

Description

Juicy Couture is a lovely floral fruity fragrance designed by Harry Fremont for the eponymous brand. It was launched in 2006 and became an instant hit with both the American audience and the critics who awarded it with the industry’s top honor—The FiFi Fragrance of the Year 2006. Europe followed suit very quickly.

The top notes reveal the pleasant freshness of watermelon, mandarin, pink passion fruit, green leaves, water hyacinth and marigold flowers.

The heart brings with it charming notes of tuberose, lily, and wild rose, while the base unites notes of caramels, powdery vanilla, creme brulee, patchouli and woods.
The fragrance is truly multifaceted—light yet not naive, fresh but not in the just-got-out-of the-shower way and sexy without being too suggestive. It seems like Juicy Couture is telling us a few stories (or, in step with this brand’s tradition, fairytales) at the same time.

Juicy Couture is available in luxurious bottles sized 30 ml (1 oz.) and 60 ml (2 oz.) for parfum concentration and 50 ml (1.7 oz.) and 100 ml (3.4 oz.) EDP. The collection contains matching body care products in the form of crème and body lotion. Juicy indeed!

I neglected it in the past because I didn’t enjoy the tuberose note, but now I like wearing this one.
To me this smells like a classy girl having fun outdoors in the daytime. What I smell most is hyacinth, tuberose and fruity sweetness and I welcome the burst of upliftment it brings on each application.
Just like other JC fragrances I’ve tried, sadly this scent does not last long. In addition, I detect no base notes as it dries down. Therefore, this fragrance to me is like a person I am attracted to but the beauty is only on the outside because when we have a conversation there is always that lack of depth I desire for my attraction to bloom into something more intense. Nevertheless, we can be friends…at least until my gifted 100ml lasts.

Of the JC perfumes: JC would be the one that went on to live with an old-money family. She’s youthful, elegant, and better than you,

Between the ages of 18 and 21 i was a bit of a wild one; i liked to party,I worked hard and played even harder. I was drawn to loud fragrances that fit this type of personality and they were always white floral bombs, I even had a dupe of Giorgio Beverley hills called Flowers or something.
So when i was gifted this JC fragrance i was originally wanting Viva la juicy but ended up loving this. As soon as i got a whiff of that blazing tuberose note i was in love.
The lasting power of this one is pretty intense too.
I sometimes think about replacing it purely for nostalgias sake but i dont think ide really wear it as much as i used to.
My fragrance preferences have changed over thhe years but for anyone looking for a tuberose dominant scent; this is one of the best IMO

    juicy couture
    summer test
    inner elbow two sprays
this isnt the same as when i tried this long ago.
i get: white floral, lovely cool creamy white florals, a tad pinch of botterness to the outskirts of the smell if i sniff up close to skin, not a bad thing.
    could be similar to:
CK beautiful, that seems more floral
kors – Glam jasmine, but that goes more bitter and i sold mine
kors – michael, sort of, i prefer this to Michael, JC is more… it just sits better
Kim K the one in the dark bottle … could be named Glam??
this lasted very well, back about 5 years this went bitter and i couldnt deal with it, or the other JC’s for that matter – smelled cheap.
now yesterday i got a days worth of lasting power – which is far more than can be said for the other JC’s ive tried which have been poor.
im a big fan of trying before you buy, and i guess revisiting if its been years since you last tried a frag.

    ~LOVE~
I love this gorgeous fruity tuberose scent. It smells amazing on me. Creamy sugary tuberose from start to finish. It’s the best tuberose dominant scent I’ve smelled so far. I guess I’m a juicy girl now. haha.
I’m pretty surprised that the patch doesn’t come through on my skin. That’s a really good thing because patchouli usually goes sharp on me. Anyway, I love this scent. One of my favourites.

I get a lot of hyacinth at the beginning, which reminds me of Estée Lauder Beyond Paradise. After a while it develops into a lovely tuberose, and is overall pretty sweet. It’s definitely a nice fragrance, incorporating two of my favorite elements from two of my favorite perfumes (Beyond Paradise and Hermès Twilly), but Twilly takes the tuberose crown. I don’t get a lot of the fruity notes in this except for a vague fresh sweetness, but that’s fine by me because I love florals. I can really see a stylish, feminine young lady wearing this as her signature, as it’s a gorgeous and versatile fragrance, but it’s not really for me, so I’ll be saving this for the next time I want to feel like a girly young ingenue as opposed to wearing it every day.

    Boring
I hate this perfume. First off, it doesn’t smell like anything sweet and fruity. This is pure floral. Horrible formulation. The floral is really strong. Almost headache inducing. It smells like old people minus the heavy powdery scent. It’s also really warm. If you guys can touch the area of my hand where I sprayed it, you will feel how warm it is compared to my other hands. It warms up like an oil perfume. That not good or bad, but just a heads up. This is a smack dead in the winter fragrance.
Also, as someone said, it smells like shampoo or dishwashing soap. Lastly, it doesn’t smell unique at all. I feel like I’ve smelled this on everybody and their mama, but it somehow fails to give me nostalgia. Its also borderline unisex. For me personally, I hate unisex perfumes unless its very light. Unisex fragrances make me feel like I’m wearing male fragrances. Everything about this scent is disappointing to me.
I think if you love floral fragrances, you will probably really like this one. If you’re the type to like Gourmand sweet fragrances over anything, you probably will not like this.
    Overall, I give it a 3/10

Wore this for several years after it’s release as my signature. I recently bought it again for a steal! And I can’t believe I ever stopped wearing this.

So I’m generally a cheap perfume type person, but this was the very first perfume I’ve ever had. I had a tiny sample size that I rationed/would wear very rarely as a young teen. Maybe it’s the nostalgia, but this is one of the more expensive perfumes that I think is worth dropping the money on. Typically I’ll walk through the perfume aisle of Ulta and find like 4 out of all of them that I can even tolerate…this is one of them. I’ve bought some variants of this but always come back to this one. Worth the money in my humble opinion.

This original JC fragrance is the only one of the bunch to represent serious perfumery— the rest of the line is just variations on candy. I give JC points for reinventing the brash white floral for the 21st century. With its gaudy crested bottle and “royal” aspirations, you could say JC is Giorgio Beverly Hills for millennials!
JC is loud, sharp, and complicated, but lovable. It’s got a very front-and-center tuberose + lily combo with a supporting cast of notes such as watermelon, vanilla, and caramel. Sounds like a hot mess, but it works. The sweet fruity stuff— and the utter lack of “dirty” or fecal notes that older white floral fragrances often sport— establish JC as a contemporary fragrance. The florals remain in the foreground, however, so if you think white flowers always scream “old lady,” stay away.
Ultimately, for all the praise I have for JC, I cannot wear it and I sold my bottle at a garage sale. Why? Well— it’s just not “me.” It is relentlessly extroverted & loud (louder than most of my vintage stinkers) and the sharpness of the lily stings my sinuses. It is still absolutely
beautiful and well-made but I can’t carry it off. Highly recommended for very girlie extroverts though 🙂

To my nose, this is the quintessential fruity-floral girl’s perfume. I can see other people liking it, including my boyfriend, but I’ve smelled it on a lot of people.

Again a real perfume! In the world of pralin, fruits and chocolat sometimes we meet real perfumes!!
You add some drops of tuberose essence to burberry london and thats it ,a very well blended floral perfume with good lasting power
After 10 or 15 minutes you can smell caramel which gives light dose of sweetness
If you are a tuberose or floral lover give it a try ,I love it so much

I wore this one in Syria on the country side, far away from the city. Riding horses with my long boots and jeans. The good old days.
The scent itself is really pleasant. Floral/ creamy/ a little sweet giving it a unique scent than the other sweet gourmand juicy couture perfumes. I bought it in 2006 around its release, but I never really used it, it was just sitting on the shelf. I finally started using it in 2009 and finished the whole bottle around 2011. I have never heard of it or seen it since but I’m always thinking of repurchasing.

Big creamy white florals; tuberose. There is a vanilla/caramel underpinning. It’s pleasant. I usually am against both tuberose scents and gourmands, and this is a surprisingly pleasing and interesting scent. I think it would be best in Winter or autumn, as it might be a bit much in the summer heat.

I am not a Viva La Juicy fan, but I really love this scent. I feel like it is quite girly, but also somewhat mature. I am 52 and feel really comfortable wearing it. When I spray it I definitely get the passionfruit and melon right away… but then the lily comes through as does the green notes later on. It is absolutely not linear (as I feel most Viva’s are) and morphs many times before settling into a very pretty, sophisticated and warm white floral. I bought a bottle of this about 10 years ago and loved it. I used it and then forgot about it. I recently picked it up for a song on Fragrance.net. I am glad I did. I also love the bottle…I love all JC bottles, but this one is very chunky, substantial yet elegant.

White floral bomb with a bit of citrus and caramel.
Thats not to say its a bad thing as i quite like white florals and this is one of the few JC scents missing that signature berry blast in the beginning.
I owned this a few years back after telling my mum i wanted a perfume called juicy couture; i forgot to say Viva la juicy as that was the one i meant, and she got my grandparents to buy if for me for xmas. i was undure when i saw the pale pink box if i was going to like this one asmuch as vlj but i really did love it! in the heat the jasmine is really strong and everynow and again ide get whafts of fruity caramel notes.
If, like myself, you’re a lover of warm white floral scents than this is great. its not sickeningly potent and has some fruitiness to it to mix it up a bit. i may repurchas as its now quite affordable these days
Lol i just re read the notes and jasmines not even lusted, oh well, i smell what i smell

With Juicy Couture I was always being cautious; inhaling only what was left in the caps of the bottles, for the most part I was appalled by the excessive sweetness. The same did not apply for Juicy Couture, the fragrance that bears the name of the brand and realistically doesn’t seem to belong in the same family as the other sweet offerings.
Labeled as a fruity floral, you expect it to have a substantial amount of fruit; well, it has it as a base. Underneath the florals, there are aquatic-watery (not calone!) type of fruit: sheer watermelon, sweet melon, pear maybe? It isn’t a specific fruity note, but rather an idea of those. It works. You could call it shampooish.
The top layer consists of straight up white florals, that’s undeniable: jasmine, tuberose, honeysuckle. It even has the addictive mentholic note, the tiniest bit, that tuberose has, emerging at times. You would call it synthetic and acrid, but it works.
The development of the scent has a balmy and woodsy facet as well, which might seem heavy to girly girls, but it makes a wonderful and interesting contrast with florals and fruit. Very appropriate for young ladies (and older, why not?); a juice to make them feel polished. A starter perfume to initiate someone into white florals without having undergone a shock. Successfully conbined a touch of the past with the modern trends.
Overall, they bottled a tropical, cool, dry and perfumey perfume. It won me right here. It might not be the knock-out top quality white floral, which I’m all for no doubt, but it is a lil’ summery cheerful modern perfume with the classic white floral bubblegum accord in it.
Initially it is very loud, then “melds” gracefully on the skin and becomes airier. Lasts almost five hours. I can see the comparison with London, but the latter is thicker.
    A tuberose-jasmine for the summer.

This is something manufactured by Juicy Couture..?
Alrighty!! lol 🙂 Seriously, though, I seem to associate (or in the past) Juicy Couture = sugar bomb. That is not the case with this. And I am not really sure why they felt the need for “Juicy Couture Eau de Couture,” as these two look absolutely identical, the bottles and even the boxes, and can easily be confused when ordering online. I’ve gotten incorrect frag’s before bc of the flankers being and looking so similar. Frustrating and aggravating!! Anyhoo…….
I like this. There was a tester of this in wally world and I seem to suddenly be on a Juicy Couture kick lately. And they seem to be getting away from the ‘sugar bomb’ category that I always lump them in. This is nice, starts off a wee bit sweet, on a ‘sugar scale’ of 1-10, I would rate this about a 4 or 5, so not a sugar bomb. Soft subtle sweetness, not the ‘little girl’ cloying sweetness. This does dry down to a white floral and soapy smell, but white floral and soapy scents are always right up my alley, so..no wonder that I like this. I really do not pick up any of the other notes. Soft to moderate sillage, depending how many sprays, and lasts a good 8+ hours.

I have sampled and reviewed 4 Juicy Couture fragrances on my skin and sniffed the bottles of a few more, and I wasn’t really impressed by any of them.
This one is different from the others, it’s neither very sweet nor sharp and scratchy, and I really like it! It feels youthful, but more mature than for example the Viva La Juicy line.
Juicy Couture EDP is very much a white floral fragrance to me, I don’t get the fruity notes.
Wonderful creamy tuberose is the most important note here, followed by lily. The opening is fresh, a little green and maybe slightly soapy due to the wild rose and the hyacinth. It feels very spring-like.
In the drydown it’s a bit more powdery and sweeter, but still light and fresh. Vanilla is nicely blended into the white flowers. I also get hints of light woody notes. The caramel note is light takes its time to arrive on my skin, this is not a gourmand perfume, but it has some delicious sweet warmth in the drydown.
I like the end more than the beginning, but overall, this is a lovely feminine daytime scent, fresh and clean but not too boring.

This one isn’t so bad. Let me preface this by saying right up front that I dislike the Vival La Juicy line and so I had assumed I would dislike Juicy Couture.
The scent itself, straight out of the bottle, reminds me smack of Burberry London. The difference comes about 30 minutes later, where London goes woody on me, JC becomes a little smoother and richer. I am not getting hit upside the head by Tuberose or Lilly; I am getting a prominent citrus note. I am also not getting CARAMEL in all caps, but rather The caramel provides an undercurrent of smoothness and richness. It actually works very well here.
I am rather surprised that this isn’t ungodly sweet and it is not super strong. I’ve only had it on for three hours at this point, so I can’t speak for longevity.
Not a love but I like it. I swapped London away but I think I will be keeping JC. I actually prefer it over the London.
UPDATE: sillage and longevity are both modest. Sillage wears close to the body after the top notes have faded and longevity is about 4 hours before it is completely gone on skin. Certainly clings and lasts longer on clothes.
    Final verdict: Feb. 25, 2018
It’s a keeper for me. Still reminds me of London in the top notes but mellows to a warm, summery, rich scent. It’s a keeper for me. He’ll must have finally frozen over for me to admit this Lol. In all seriousness, it is well done.

AFTER I bought this perfume I found out that I’m not into Tuberose at all
This is soooo sweet where I can’t wear it in any season but winter!!
I like to mix it with something powdery and less sweet!
I won’t repurchase it ones I use it up!!

The best JC scent! This is such a beautiful, rich, feminine scent and way better and more mature than Viva La Juicy and all its unnecessary flankers. Plus unlike VLJ this lasts forever on the skin. The musky drydown is so sexy. Perfect mix of white flowers and sweetness.
Not sure how anyone would think this is old lady. I see it more for 20s and 30s whereas as VLJ, a pleasant scent in its own right, is well suited to teens.
Couture Couture is another one I would recommend from this line.

After reading all the reviews here, it seems that most people who like tuberose and lily, will find this perfume almost perfect. Those who dislike tuberose and lily will call this Juicy Couture the proverbial “old lady” scent. Not much in terms of juiciness or fruits or creme brulee is going on here. I was intrigued to find out what a tame, easy-going tuberose smells like, since I don’t quite understand its polarizing aspect to different people. It’s either love or hate, usually. Well, the first image that came to my mind when I sprayed this perfume – funeral parlor. I apologize to the fans of this fragrance, but somehow that’s the olfactory connection that came to my mind right away. Then I asked my friend to test it – and she got to almost the same connection without me prompting it to her. I thought that we both can’t be THAT morbid and crazy, so I read every single review on here to see if anybody else got that unpleasant imagery through this scent. Indeed, a couple of reviewers did. I also tested very recently a heavy tuberose and hyacinth scent “Gres Cabotine”, and no weird imagery like that came up. Outdated, soapy, suffocating, maybe even “old lady” – but not death and funeral parlor. So, I think the culprit here is dominating lily and tuberose combination. Strong lily note is kind of annoying in perfume, but it would blend well with fruity, woody and/or green notes. Here, it’s just lily and tuberose, and all the sweet and fruity notes take a very far back seat to them, barely detectable, if at all. Maybe it’s reformulation (I tested 2017 bottle), maybe the scent originally was much juicier and more youthful. Maybe, it’s just matter of personal taste and tolerance/intolerance to certain notes. On the positive side: the longevity on clothes is impressive, and actually I like it much more how the traces of this perfume smell on clothes a day or two after spraying – some tart juiciness and soft creamy floral sweetness surface.

This is just beautiful! A little Barbie, fresh, yet sultry and the dry down with the light caramel notes is absolutely stunning! Not your typical teenie sugar perfumesbut not old lady either!

I could see this as fall time perfume. Because you need a little chill air to appreciate it from top to the bottom. I find it very overpowering in summer. But as soon as leaves start falling from trees, Juicy Couture opens like creamy gourmand dessert made of caramel and floral petals. This is like Pure Poison of modern times.

  27. :

I can’t believe I’ve gone all these years thinking I didn’t like Juicy Couture. I had a sample and it must have been bad, because I tested it again today and oooooohhhh my gosh, this is really lovely! The tuberose is creamy and with the caramel and watermelon, it’s…well…delicious!! It’s not completely gourmand though, so that makes it really interesting in my book. Sadly, while the top notes and heart dried down fairly quickly, I’ve been experiencing a kind of sweet-nutty dry down now for a few hours. Is it the creme brule? It’s tantalizing, whatever it is!
I will own this fragrance soon, because I love it from top to bottom!

  28. :

At first, I get a distinct somewhat spicy floral scent that I do recognize but cannot place, which stayed throughout. From reading the comments, I assume it is the tuberose, maybe the lily, maybe both (I have no idea what either smell like). After an hour or so, I could detect a very very subtle hint of caramel and vanilla with a vague musk but I really had to stick my nose on my arm to smell it. And about three hours later, the scent is barely detectable.
I do like and enjoy it, it would be a nice go-to for the office on those days I don’t know what to pick, but I doubt it will become a love.

I just picked this up today (without trying it first). It must be my body chemistry because I don’t get any fruit, no sweetness, just overpowering screechy in your face floral. Sadly, this one is going to have to go back.

  30. :

    3 out of 5

An aldehyde-floral gel hairspray type of scent quite reminiscent of the 90s but with the modern trend of lots of fruit. I find the fruits quite overwhelming with a particular melon-grape bubble gum note that kills this one for me.

  31. :

    4 out of 5

This perfume isn’t the most unique perfume ever, but it’s quiet nice. To me I smell tuberose, vanilla, and a little bit like chemicals (weird I know but that’s how I can explain it).
This fragrance is kind of messy and all over the place, it’s not directly focused on anything (it’s not a floral scent nor is it fruity or sweet. It’s a mixture of all these types of fragrances! Not in a bad way!
Unlike the other Juicy Couture perfumes, this perfumes lasts SUPER LONG on my skin!!! And perfumes just don’t last a long time on my…not even if everyone claims they the perfume lasts a long time on their skin, max a perfumes usually lasts on me is 4-5 hrs!
When I spray this perfumes in the morning, it lasts the whole day! I have 9 hrs work shift, and I don’t have to retouch on the perfume!
A little goes a long way for this perfume, so be light handed with spraying it on!
Some days when I want this fragrance to smell more sweet, I mix it with Fantasy by Britany Spears and it’s such an AMAZING combo!!!
Overall this perfume is average on how it smells, but it’s longitivtiy is amazing and it’s sillage is good too!
It’s not my favorite Juicy Couture perfume, but it does last longer than any of their other perfumes…at least in my skin.
Worth smelling, but I don’t think I will be repurchasing it!

  32. :

    3 out of 5

This is my favorite Juicy. It’s a really beautiful, well-rounded, sweet white floral. It smells so good! The sillage is just about perfect, noticeable but not too strong. Longevity is great, lasts for about 7 hours on my skin.
To my nose, this fragrance smells best in cool/cold weather: the watermelon, hyacinth, and caramel notes really shine, and the whole composition smells like all of the most gorgeous and delicious things in life!! A bit of clean patchouli in the base balances the sweet and floral notes very nicely.
In hot summer weather, it’s almost a different perfume: the tuberose dominates and overshadows all of the wonderful intricacies of the fragrance. Also, in high humidity, it takes an almost animalic turn. If you like strong carnal tuberose, you might enjoy this different side of the fragrance and get year-round wear from it.
I think this is a fairly safe blind buy for anyone who likes their florals a bit on the sweet side; this stops “just short” of gourmand. You can get some very handsome deals on this scent on-line.

Huele mucho a flores blancas, no es de mi gusto.es como para alguien mayor o para una reunion importante. Es un perfume floral dulce que me recuerda un aroma a burberry.

I have always loved perfume, but this is what drove my passion and obsession into high gear. I don’t know what made me stop and want to smell JC so many years ago, but I’m very grateful that I did. It seemed like the bottle was screaming at me to come try it. I left the mall with a full size gift set that day and since then I’ve been constantly on the lookout for new loves. JC will always remain close to my heart.

  35. :

    3 out of 5

This was my first ever “high end” perfume that I got as a gift when I was 13. I had previously only worn cheap fruity body sprays so I really thought this was the bee’s knees at the time. This was also back when Juicy Couture was at its peak popularity, so I definitely thought I was the coolest babe in school.
I know better now. The one word that comes to mind when smelling this perfume is “messy”. There is so much going on in this scent, it’s almost as if the designer just threw in every fruit and flower they thought was pretty.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not an offensive perfume. It just lacks focus. Nowadays, it brings my memory back to high school, but it’s not a scent I would ever pick out myself.

  36. :

    4 out of 5

This is a very youthful and fun take on tuberose. I can honestly see why this won a Fifi. The melon is present but not gross to me as it so often is for me in perfume. JC is sweet and creamy a gourmand without a doubt. The patchouli and woods notes kind of ground it, and bind all the fruit, florals and vanilla together. The silage is great and longevity also impresses me. I much prefer this to Viva la Juicy which truly underwhelmed me and had terrible performance.

  37. :

    5 out of 5

Great durability, that’s for sure. The smell itself is sweet though it has the gentleness, it is not as refined as any next of this brand, more and more gourmand sweetness. Pleasant but not memorable. I finished the sample tests. And I’ll end this. I recommend when someone is looking for something not complicated

Until recently, I had forever dismissed this fragrance as a loud, fruity floral. I was definitely wrong or else it changed because this is a nice soft turberose. A good everyday scent.

I just purchased another bottle of this, it is such a feminine smell.
It lasts long and is most certainly not overpowering
    VERY feminine and fresh!

    5 out of 5

I first smelled this in a magazine in 2006, and the unique smell, along with the cool bottle, made this a “gotta have.” It was a grand mix of tuberose, sugar (which was caramel, but to my nose straight up cane sugar–maybe this was the creme brûlée note) & watermelon. I loved it & wore it often, using it up in just a couple months. Unfortunately, soon after, it was a new coworkers signature scent, and she was also a heavy drinker most nights, so I would smell my beloved JC mixed with alcohol radiating from her pores. Alas, I could never wear (or stand to smell it) again.
I did give it a sniff this past weekend for old time’s sake. Still smelled the same, but 10 years later, I wonder what I was thinking. Definitely couldn’t pull this off now. Although my 17 year old son who was with me gave it a sniff & said he really liked it.
I agree with the other reviewers who said this is what Barbie smells like!

  41. :

I wasn’t expecting much from this perfume. I bought it on impulse and the first time I applied it I was a little taken aback by what I then felt was the overwhelming notes of watermelon and tuberose together. I wondered if I had made a terrible mistake. However, after a couple of days of testing it out I was delighted with it. As Obi Wan Kenobi would say, “the fruit is strong with this one,” and it is true, but those strong watermelon notes help to make this fragrance stand out. It is not overwhelmingly sweet, and the sweetness is tempered with vanilla and caramel. I have received so many compliments from men and women alike when wearing this fragrance. Don’t let the comparison to Barbie put you off!

Oh wow, this is a really, really great perfume! Seriously, you wouldn’t expect the same label that put out velour tracksuits with words in rhinestone encrusted across the ass to also do a perfume like this. It is sweet, yes, very sweet, but there is complexity, and the realistic florals and animalic stank make it awesome. It is interesting and adult smelling despite all the frou-frou fruit and gourmand notes, and reminds me a bit of a creamy Giorgio. An absolute delight.

I have had this fragrance for a few years… and didn’t realise until now, when I was about to resell it that it is the tuberose scent I’ve always longed for! Quite sweet but not overly so, it’s a creamy, well-rounded tuberose with a touch of crisp green apple, fresh green leaves and a slight hint of patchouli at the base. A keeper.

I recently bought a new bottle of Juicy Coture because I had been longing for it since my last bottle ran out in 2012. With so many other “must haves” on my list, I hadn’t gotten around to it until last week when I found a 3.4 oz with shower gel/lotion for 35$. I was so excited!
I know this house catches a lot of flack for being immature and unsophisticated but I don’t see it that way at all. JC has something for everyone! This particular fragrance is so creamy, clean, and feminine that it is easy to see how it won a Fifi award the year it was released. Any age can comfortably wear this. It’s just so likeable. I like it best for Fall but this is so versatile, I’ve worn it in literally every season without feeling out of sorts. The lasting power and projection are pretty much perfect as well. This is one of those that I honestly cannot see how someone couldn’t like it… maybe you don’t love it, but it’s hard to imagine anyone absolutely hating it.
There are a few Juicy Couture fragrances I’m not super crazy about as I feel they are best suited on a much younger crowd than I. But I highly recommend this one and Couture Couture especially. I do like Gold Couture and VLJ as well although I like those two in totally different ways and don’t wear them nearly as often as this or Couture Couture.

I’ve been hesitant to try this perfume because I’m simply uncertain when it comes to more pronounced floral notes in fragrances. However, I’ve come to realize that it’s not always the florals that are wrong. Juicy Couture is very easy to like, it’s definitely tuberose that I smell the most but I think that I like that note, (at least it does not make me sick or give me a headache…)For me it was very fragrant for about 2-3 hrs. and when it dries down it’s mellow with a spicy, very light touch of patchouli (not a patch scent and the only time I pick it out is in the deep dry down).

This smells like something Barbie would wear (as others have mentioned). You would always imagine Barbie wearing something like Pink Sugar but the second you put this on, this is what she would wear. It’s so painfully girly, but so elegant and an extremely well composed perfume. This is one of a kind.
I blind bought this, you know, taking advantage of the christmas sales. I’ve had my eye on it for awhile because honestly.. watermelon, patchouli, creme brûlée and caramel? WITH WHITE FLORALS? I was so intrigued. The smell from the bottle was pretty average, but the juice in the bottle… lord. This some good stuff! I’m not a massive white floral lover. I enjoy them, but they’re not ones I set out to really buy. Straight from the first spray this is 100% the same as Fairy Dust by Paris Hilton. But done so much better.. I didn’t get much of the top notes. Maybe a touch of watermelon but really it was mainly a massive hit of tuberose and lily. The Lily is the star to me, it’s so delicate and light.
The end was very musky and quite sweet. I was surpised to see there was no musk in the notes. I couldn’t tell the difference between the caramel and creme brûlée but they were definitely there.
Overall, I’m very impressed. This is a strong like at the moment and I’ve only worn it once. Silliage is strong. 4 sprays is more than enough and longevity is okay. It’s strong for an hour but then becomes a nice skin scent.

So Kohl’s and most department stores have lots of holiday boxed perfumes. They have several Juicy Couture perfumes for sale, .25 fl oz. purse spray for $12.50. Coupons are valid to use on these, too. I like that I can sample this before committing to buying a larger bottle.
The positive reviews on Juicy Couture is warranted in that it is a very sexy, animalic fragrance. I get lots of Tuberose with sweet fruits, caramel, and Sandalwood. I would have to wear this on cooler days and nights. It would also layer beautifully.
