Description
Jewels of Blu is a fruity-floral fragrance bursting with ripe peaches and appricots. It is created for a girl which wants to be in the centre of attention. Sweet peach notes blend with vanilla and a hint of patchouli creating a flirtatious, charming composition, which makes a woman wearing it feel confident and feminine.
The fragrance is composed of Peach, Apricot, Rose de Mai, Ylang Ylang , Egyptian Jasmine, Vanilla Bourbon , Patchouli, Tibetan Musk.
The fragrance is captured into an interesting round-shaped bottle the details of which are reminiscent of the ancient love story – the faux gem represents the precious stone inlaid throne of Sheba, while the heavy brass bottle cap features the crowns of ancient royalty. The bottle comes in a red draw-string pouch reminiscent of Arabian jewelry pouches.
Jewels of Blu was launched in 2007. The nose behind this fragrance is Vito Lenoci.

A very light, airy, clean and wearable version of Gucci Rush or Bruno Banani Woman or An’na by Annayake (they all have a lot in common in my opinion). If you find the three I named too sweet and cloying, or if you’re looking for a daytime version of them, Jewels of Blu is a very good option! I actually like them all. I guess I’m a sucker for peach.

This is the smell of turquoise! I got the picture immediately after inhale it! it’s smooth and sleek like a stone, like a cold surface of a blue mat stone.

I love this. On me it is really not the regular floral-fruity combo. I would say that the mix of such fresh and fruity notes as apricot and peach just boost the floral notes on this one. It is fresh, elegant and it has a little “je ne sais quoi”. It will for sure go on my “I want” list. I am in love (again)! 😉

This smells really pretty when I first spray it on. It is floral and fruity, but not too sweet or sickly. Very feminine and elegant – definitely exudes quality and refinement – lovely for a spring or summer day. Unfortunately though, it doesn’t last long at all on me, and for this price I expect a fragrance to keep wafting around me all day. So for me not fbw, but I enjoyed using the sample.
