The fragrance is very light, pleasant but barely there

This is like soapy powdery baby oil in a very rich oily texture with the least fragrant! i can barely smell the fragrance yet the texture is quite thick. A very very VeRy light even less than skin close fragrance.
I don’t know wither if this depends on skin chemistry! or it’s just a waste! cause i can barely smell nothing after 3 to 5 minutes
